I had an issue with my LTE watch that always would say Sim Not Provisioned MM2. Thankfully the employee Stephani went out of her way to help me! She was really attentive and supportive. She was able to fix the issue and now I can make calls from my watch. Great staff support and going out of her way to meet my needs!

We had a wonderful experience at this store with store associate Ahja who was extremely helpful with an insanely complicated issue relating to a 30 year old account that is no longer available.Ahja, and the rest of the team at the Berkeley store, was super patient and got our issue figured out, even though it took multiple calls to the call center. I was on the verge of taking my business to Verizon, but Ahjas helpfulness kept us at att. Give her a raise.

Folks in store are nice but if youre looking for internet service its awful. Technicians dont show up, at&t customer service cant do anything with the tool they are given, they always says its going to be fixed and then nothing happen. Issue is fixed and you have to call back for another round. In addition to the bad customer service on the phone, its more expensive for slower internet in comparison with Xfinity. 60 usd for 50 Mbs against 50 usd for 400 Mbs. So I would recommend to go to Bay Street Xfinity or call Sonic instead. This review is for at&t internet service and not for the folks in the store but wanted to let people know.

I went here to get a local SIM card, and I was impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. The adherence to COVID safety protocols stood out. I dealt with Gil, he was courteous, pleasant, polite and professional. He know his job well, and did his best to get me a great deal. A big thank you to him! I’d recommend this store highly based on my own experience.

I visited the Berkeley, Ca branch just before closing time in the evening because I lost my phone that morning. The sales representative provided excellent customer service; she was patient and I did not feel rushed at all since closing time was near. To my surprise another teammate chimed in when overhearing me ask about a phone cover with- we have this package, we have what you need. Anything I asked I was greeted with a warm and supportive response. I later learned this teammate was the store manager. Such humble and kind customer service. Five star and top notch!

Gil was great here, helped me get the best plan and use my phone insurance. He was so dedicated and thorough to ensure that I got the best deal that made sense and to make sure I could apply any possible discounts. Truly sincerely helpful in helping to meet the customers needs.

We worked with Steph, who was AMAZING. She was totally helpful—every deal she could find us she found, and she offered a lot of help with even the smallest details of getting us set up. We are older, so this took patience, and she also gave clear explanations at each step so we knew where with the process. She cheerfully changed direction when we changed our minds based on new information, and generally was a delight to work with. Thanks, Steph and AT&T!
