Real pushy salesman kept trying to add things to my purchase. Really pushy

I really don’t give reviews but I definitely feel like it is well deserved went to two different cricket store before I went to this store and had the worst experience seems like they were all having a problem switching my number over from t Mobile to cricket something about T-Mobile holding my number but man shoutout to Hassan dude was a real life saver he was very patient stayed on the line with the t mobile customer service for about a hour in a half and he was finally able to switch my number over AFTER TWO FAILED ATTEMPTS FROM TWO DIFFERENT STORES I was finally able to switch my number here at this store all thanks to hasan I will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing staff, and special shoutout to Shailesh who has provided exemplary customer service. Ever since I walked in the door, he has known exactly what I needed in terms of a mobile hotspot data plan and went above and beyond to set it up and test the hotspot. I then ran into another issue with my online account, and he was able to help me troubleshoot quickly.

Even one star is to much this store rips you off so keep track of what your buying because they will overcharge you purposely and then write a review in your name saying how great they are. I would recommend a different store.

First of all there is a review on here in my name which I didn’t right. Second I was never given a receipt or any paperwork for the stuff I bought and third I was overcharged about 800.00$ for which I have filed a police report and have talked with lawyers and I do plan on getting my money back Lily. And if you are in fact the owner of this store I would think you would do something about this like get ahold of me for a receipt and credit back my account. I mean come on add it up you’ll see.

Beware--the store employees here misrepresent their products for sale. I will never buy another product from this store. Also they dont tell you that all sales are final. It does not say it anywhere on their receipts nor anywhere in their store information, plus they do not tell you this when you buy. In addition I was given false information about a product and when I returned it they would not give me a refund even though I brought the product back within 48 hours (about the time to figure out it wasnt working). Cricket customer service told me I should be able to get a refund, but since the store is individually owned they cannot or will not enforce it. Too bad, they are going to lose a multiple line account because of the unpublished, and I think somewhat arbitrary policies of this store. They also do not post the owner of the store information so they purposely make it difficult to get resolution. I dont recommend doing business with a store that lacks transparency of ownership, so my bad for going in the store in the first place. If I could give less than one star I would. A totally regrettable experience.

I want to acknowledge the store manager at the cricket wireless store I Berkeley. Aziz, is extrodinory patient, a bit sarcastic at times, but in an affable kind of way, In a field that is inherently and increasingly indifferent to anything but the bottom line. He is unusually supportive and accommodating to wide range of personalities. Walking into the Berkeley, I know for a fact that he make your purchasing experience both pleasant and respectful of your actual purchasing needs.
