I was really impressed by this motorcycle shop. Lots of dirt bike services and excellent in-shop inventory of dirt bike accessories. Even cool little add-ons like aftermarket carburetor air screws, muffler repacking kit, tires, goggles, gear, etc.They have been helpful in person and on the phone.They also changed my dirt bike tire for $15 in labor. A+

On the day 14 of my somewhat demanding ride I ran out of inner tubes! Too many flats the day before from too spirited riding in the wild... 100 mile pit-stop brought me to Bend. After wasting time at big stores that opened earlier, a n extra cup of coffee, I ended up at The Moto Shop. Brandon and his crew could not open fast enough to help me out. What was even more amazing, in todays excuse-mail-order world, Brandon had everything in stock to get me back on the trail, spare tubes, and even a new front sprocket for my rare steed! I has so happy to properly fix what I needed that I even picked up a new tire! In-and-out in less than an hour! (i RRd the wheel myself). For a traveler, especially on a tight schedule, this is a gem of a stop. Youll find everything you need, right now right there, and then some, only at The Moto Shop. Best in Bend! Thank you!

This shop is a real woods dream. It’s like a 7-11 in Taiwan (not that any reading have been there...), small shop with everything you need. They don’t really sell brand new bikes from what I could tell but they have it all from a service and gear perspective. Real enthusiast shop. Best shop in Bend for someone that is a true rider.

This is a great shop- wide selection of parts and gear, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Best way to describe this place is “for riders, by riders”. I really appreciate that when I’ve asked for recommendations about products, they never try to sell me on flashy or expensive stuff- they recommend what works for the area and what their riders recommend from personal experience.Very reasonable service and labor rates, and pricing on clothing and gear is the same or better than online.Make sure you call ahead during the peak riding months if looking for extensive service- they can get pretty busy.

Best Moto store in town, by far. Always super helpful and knowledgeable. If they dont have something in stock, theyll order it and have it within a week. No matter how small or obscure.

Rolled into town while on long distance road trip. I had entirely worn out my rear tire. These guys worked hard and got me back on the road quickly. They also checked over the bike and found that my rear pads were running low considering how far I had to go on my trip. Replaced those for me as well.Great guys at a great shop.

Great Experience. Called them on a recommendation to have fork seals done. Everywhere else in town said they could fit me in, in about 6 weeks. Was leaving town for work, without even looking at my bike they told me theyd have it done by the time I got home. It was ready when I got back, during peak season. Will definitely be back for service and be recommending myself.

I have an older bike that is harder to work with and find parts for, but Zach and Branden have shown tremendous amounts of patience and service through it all. Great guys and great shop

Exceptional Customer Service. This shop is amazing with their customer service. They have a great selection with very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I was passing through and needed a new tire ASAP, they had the right one in stock but Brandon was too busy. He let me use his stuff to take it off the bike myself and then he put the new tire on for me, even straightened out a small dent in my rim.Awesome folks. If I lived in the area, this is definitely the place Id go to.

I have been racing motocross for over 30 years and have been to a lot of motorcycle shops. The Motoshop is hands down the best motorcycle shop in Bend! Brandon and Dana are some of the nicest people you will meet and Brandon does his homework on the best parts,tires, gear etc.. you name it, Brandon has researched it and gives you his honest opinion. They have an excellent selection of the best parts and accessories in stock and fair prices.

Stopped by to buy new tires half way through my moto trip, the employees were very helpful and friendly and allowed me to change my tires behind the shop. Two big thumbs up!

I want to give huge props to Brandon and Dana at The Moto Shop. They both go above and beyond to help get you back riding asap. If they dont have the parts they can get them fast. Unlike the other shops in town they seem to have the common parts you need. I was looking for a rim lock, a fairly generic part were talking about. Cascade didnt have it, Pro Caliber didnt have it, so I call Brandon he says sure front or back, what wheel width, we have all sizes. Friend brakes his Shift lever off out riding his KTM. I told him lets go to The Moto Shop before the KTM dealer, I bet they have it on the shelf. Guess what they did!
