I can not say enough good things about Giant Loop and their customer service. Their bags are amazingly strong with great durability and they have never let me down. I have only had two issues (both were my fault). They really stand behind their product and when things go wrong, they fix it immediately. I have purchased about 5 soft bags over the years. Once I bought my bag off Amazon from a 3rd party retailer, the bag arrived missing the rear mounting straps, I emailed Giant Loop customer service and they sent me the straps and I had them with in a few day. Most recently I had a bag that I installed using the giant loop clips, this caused my straps to start to cut due to the angle and install points on my bike, they warranted the bag and gave me tips for better mounting of the bag. I know there are a lot of other options out there, but I will only buy Giant Loop products and specifically from their web site due to the excellent customer service I have experienced.

Another local company in Bend that sends its products worldwide, and with good reason. I recently spent 6000 miles over twelve days with the Coyote saddlebags and Fandango tank bag. The system is versatile, and by the end of the trip, I had the bike loaded or stripped in 15 minutes, utilizing a pronghorn strap to mount.The drybag system works well, and it is nice being able to compress all of the air out of them to make putting them back in the Coyote easier. Plenty of mounting points for extra attachments, which came in handy on a number of occasions. I was also able to use a drybag as a laundry bag during laundry day, which saved me the hassle of taking and worrying about the whole system.I rode through hours of Texas downpours and Oregon coast rain, and while gear ended up damp, it was only because I didnt have an opportunity to dry it out. The Fandango had a little bit of moisture seep through the top to the map pocket, but putting essentials in the tank drybag worked a charm.The last thing I have to mention is how awesome the crew at the shop is. In addition to not overselling you gear you dont need, they give great advice on what gear works for your bike. Also, they host a variety of events throughout the year, including Garage Night, and open their doors and free time to their community. Thanks for being amazing!

Ive had a few products from Giant Loop Moto and theyve all been wonderful. My first was their Fandango tank bag and that has lasted longer than my motorcycle! Very tough and great for someone who rides off road a lot. I also like their Pronghorn straps and use them all the time.

If youre into adventure riding this is the place to get the best equipment made.
