First time coming to this Harley store, very clean and they greeted my Husband and I the moment we walked in, we needed to order a shirt, Erik and Shelby in motor clothes went above and beyond to help me order and ship the shirt to our home from out of state. Highly recommend shopping with these two as it’s hard to find exceptional customer service in these times.

Wow its been a long time since I have stopped in here. All staff members were friendly and made me feel welcome. The store displays were great in all departments. I was provided excellent customer service with great attention to detail. I was given information to help me locate parts elsewhere that were on back- order or obsolete. I love this place!!!!

We had a really bad experience with the service department. We made an appointment weeks in advance after explaining to the scheduler over the phone that the bike needed a lot of work done. After trailering the bike hundreds of miles to bring it to the appointment, the staff said that we only had a service scheduled and they would not do the other work. They even went so far as to accuse us of lying to them about what needed to be done and showing up under false pretenses. It was really disappointing! After explaining to them that this was their mistake, they finally said they would speak to their superior and call us back. They never called us back so we borrowed another trailer to pick up the bike and the staff was really rude. They brought the bike out, said here you go, and walked off without even offering to help load it up. This is the first ONE STAR review Ive ever given and I believe it to be well deserved.

I recently purchased my first bike here and I am beyond impressed with the customer service here. I called them looking for a red ninja 400 after calling at least 10 other dealerships looking for one and they finally had the bike I was looking for so I asked if I could place a hold and how long they could hold it for since my job has me away from home 2-3 weeks at a time. They told me that they only hold bikes for 2 or 3 days but they were willing to work with me and I really appreciate their willingness to hold it for that long because no other places would.I was able to make it to the dealership after 3 weeks of them holding it and the sales man I spoke with (Kris) was such an awesome dude he made all the boring paper work stuff fly by with his upbeat attitude and funny jokes he also was extremely knolageable and answered all the questions I had about the bike and the financial paperwork.Once I finished up everything with Kris I had to go do all the final paper work with Fred the sales manager and I was equally impressed with his attitude and kindness he got everything all finalized and warped up for me super fast.I am so extremely happy with my entire experience here that when its time for me to purchase another bike I will most definitely make the treck from Portland to Bned because of how awesome the experience here was.I hope my review gets seen by Kris and Fred because you guys rock! Just wanted to take a minute to say thank you, yet again, to Marshall in parts and service for his going out of his way to make sure we were taken care of this weekend. I was headed out with my son from portland metro area headed to China hat for a family guys riding trip and in need of an oil cap for my sons quad that literally no one would help me locate.. Marshall went out of his way to track one down and then after getting hung up in traffic to stick around until we arrived to get it to us. My son and I GREATLY appreciate your efforts and had a great weekend thanks to you and your effort. It is things like this that go along way and I will gladly make a trip to Bend when its time for a new bike, thanks again Marshall! 🤘

I have only made a few purchases here, but I had my bikes first service performed here recently. Thus far everyone has been polite and helpful. They appear to have done a good job on the servicing and had it done pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend at the moment.

Last week I made an appointment to service and fix a problem on my 1995 fat boy, and was able to secure an appointment. A week later I was informed by the service department that my motorcycle is too old for them to try and fixed. I own three more motorcycles which I will never service Nor spend another nickel in this dealership. Be sure that all my friends will notified of this poor excuse, to not service a motorcycle.

Just stopped at Wildhorse Harley in Bend. Clothing selection is amazing! Bought really cute boots and a cute warm fuzzy jacket. Emily is fantastic and helping pick out clothing for myself and the perfect gifts for family. My Christmas shopping for the adult children is done! Some Harley stores are blah as far as clothing but if your a sparkly freewheeler rider, it’s worth the stop at Wildhorse! And...the hubby loved the bike selection. :)

Theyre just getting out all of the spring line out! Cabin fever is hightened after the rolling dumpster fire of 2020, and SOoo enjoyed getting out.

Happy to see the sign on the door Mask required... went inside and none of the workers were wearing masks and none of the customers. I understand the need to be rebel... but to not care about the elderly and other vulnerable populations on Bend.... taking my bizness elsewhere.

I came into this shop to see if they could change my tires on my street bike and was told by the service tech, We only change tires we sell because we cant warranty them. I dont understand why they do this because I could care less about the tires warranty. Wildhorse doesnt make tires so what they have to do with the quality or warranty of the rubber is beyond me. At the end of the day I found that the following shops in town would be willing to change tires on my Kawasaki even if you didnt buy them from them.1. Motoshop - Bend2. Mtech - Bend3. Rex Racing - Redmond * (This is where I went and it was a 5*)4. I think Ace motorsports would also do it. - RedmondI hope if you are needing tires and see this you will check these other shops out because wildhorse service excuses were a joke.

Bought a used 2017 road king. They where suppose to fix brakes which didnt happen.sold me a bike needing new front rotors. Charged me a 500 dollar fee for reconditioning the bike which from what I can tell didnt happen . also need new rear brake pads. To add insult to injury I take bike in to paradise harley to get fixed and the extended warranty is not active. Luckily it is now. Hoping rotors are by extended warranty. Brakes are a safety issue. Cant believe sold me bike in that shape

What a fun day to shop, the day all the new stock arrives! Customer service was great. But I had to leave some shirts for the next visit.

I just love this dealership. Every department has friendly, knowledgeable staff. Scott found the perfect trike for me in Arizona. Scott in service has always hooked me up with whatever I need. The ladies in MOTOR CLOTHES always assist me with my gear from leathers to heated outerwear. And then TODAY I was out riding solo and my security system locked me out. I called to tell Brandon I was alone and stranded. 20 minutes later he and a service tech (Im sorry but I dont remember his name) were at my rescue on site where I was stranded. He unlocked the security system, replaced the battery in my key fob and I was on the road a few minutes later. Now I dont know if they rescue all damsels in distress or if it was just my lucky day!!! I am highly appreciative that extra effort was made on my behalf. I will definitely spend some extra money in there in the next couple of weeks to compensate some how for the royal treatment I received today. Please do business with these guys, you wont regret it!!!!

This place is open 7 days a week which was a big plus for us. We stopped by early on a Sunday afternoon and pulled up to their parking lot which has a nice grassy strip with trees and picnic tables where you can sit. It was a great place for my husband to sit with our dogs while I went inside and looked for shirts to get my brother-in-law, who is a Harley Davidson owner and fan.The selection this shop has is really superb and in the end I ended up getting two very nice shirts with rather unique Wildhorse Harley designs on them.The Wildhorse Harley store has a good sized shop and their staff was helpful and considerate without being pushy. There were a couple of people there getting their bikes worked on, and based on the conversations I heard, they also seemed pretty pleased by the service they were getting.The shirts I bought will definitely be a big hit with my brother-in-law. So Id our little side trip to Wildhorse Harley In Bend before heading back over the mountain to the Willamette Valley was well worth it.

“Dealt with Scott to get my bike in for the upgrade. No problems for him to find the parts that are becoming scarce it would seem because of new EPA rules. He had them located and let me know that the shop was ready to install them faster I was. While I had my bike in, I found a chrome trim piece that I was going to take home and install myself, but Scott said that the tech could get that on for me with no delay. Always great to deal with any of the crew there at Wildhorse.”

What a joke! The best deal they would give me was 1700 more then a different Harley dealer same bike same week. They act like the price is set in stone and then add on freight and setup. Some dealers will negotiate to make a sale these guys won’t.

The dealership and its staff were great, helped me out in a pinch twice when I needed some jets for an S&S carb. One of the techs pulled some used out of his tool box for me. Something I would do as a mechanic myself. Thanks for that.

Stopped in hot and tired, after days on the road, looking for a water cooling vest. Sadly they were sold out, but the awesome staff handed me an icy cold water bottle and offered me a comfy seat to relax in. The washroom was perfectly equipped for a clean up, with qtips and mouthwash provided! These folks know how to treat riders. Very impressed with the showroom and all the great gear and bikes. A true testimony to legendary Harley hospitality.

These guys and gals are friendly and make you feel right at home. Very clean, personable, willing to take time with each customer. I was there on my Victory motorcycle, but they treated me with courtesy and respect as if I had purchased from them. You wont go wrong here.

When my wife went down and had extensive damage to her bike, they put it back together as good as new. There are no shakes or rattles and no one would know it ever had a scratch. My local shop. While I bought my bike elsewhere, because I was living elsewhere, the staff has been friendly and professional. Selection is good for clothing, service is prompt and professional, prices are fair. Somehow they find bikes with amazingly few miles on them.Ive met lots of travelers who were able to fix a problem on thier travels in good time.

I was on the road headed to see family in Bend, my Harley had a vibration coming from the primary, and on they way into bend started making bad noises. Took it to this dealer and asked for a service and to see why it was making the noise. Bike had just turned 35,000. They called said it was the cam chain tensioners, which is to be expected. They fixed those (I assume they dont make noise any more) but did not adjust my primary or clutch which they charged me for. Less than 500 miles later, My primary got worse and so far out of adjustment that my bike left me on the side of the road. Took it apart and the primary chain was loose as a goose, adjuster was tight, so they never did it or did it completely wrong. Primary oil was black as the night already, not sure if they even changed it. But the real problem was the nut that holds the vibration compensator on the front sprocket had come all the way lose to the point the bike wouldnt run. Long story short I wouldnt take my bike here again ever. Mostly I do all my own work anyway but I was on a trip and only had basic tools with me. Wildhorse Harley ripped me off!!

Every time Ive come into the dealership Im greeted by name. Customer service is very good. The suggestions for my bike from the parts counter have been excellent. Service department delivered on time both times Ive had my bike in there. Good people to do business with.

Just called them to ask a few questions about where I could buy a motorcycle trailer to pull behind my small car. Stated I was calling around to all the motorcycle shops in the area to try and find one. Encountered a VERY rude individual over the phone. Stating that he doesnt approve of trailers. He even went on to say that I am going to encounter that same problem with every Harley dealership I call. That statement finally made me lose my composure and I stated How can I call any other Harley dealer in the area if you are the only one? and hung up on him. Im glad I have no plans of ever getting a Harley. I would not want to deal with a person like that.

If I could give them zero stars I would - Let the buyer beware! These guys are either completely crooked or just stupid - They sold my Dads friend a used bike at going rate and it had a salvage title when the title came back from the DMV. Best part is that it is documented that the title was branded as salvage and they are denying that it ever was. Wait...best part is that they are refusing to make it right. If the consigner altered the title it is their responsibility to go after them - not try to cover up either their stupidity for not doing the due diligence or their shiftiness by doing something completely illegal. Sparks are going to fly over this one.

We rolled into town after a 7 hour ride to get to Bend, to find out my inner primary bearing was shot. The service department made a hole for me and took my bike in the same day and repaired it and also gave me a loaner bike to ride while mine was being fixed! Special thanks to Phil and all of the service department for helping us have a fun and enjoyable vacation instead of what could very easily have been a bad and not fun at all vacation! Good selection of new and used scoots. Friendly not pushy staff.

They sold me my 2016 road glide that is what there good at ! I recently hit a black tail deer on the bike, kept it up and got stopped safley. Took it to them to have them fix it and they shined me on and pushed me out the door, telling me that its just scratches in the paint. Well it might just be scratches in the paint to them but to me that bike brings me home safely to my family and its important to me they showed me that its not important to them. They said they replaced my crash bars (still bent) they said nothing is wrong with my fairing air vents still (not fixed), there is a leak coming out of a bolt in the engine side cover (never leaked before hitting the deer, not fixed) I am thoroughly dissatisfied with them I do not recommend them and will not go there anymore for services and repairs.All they care about is making that sale, other than that they couldnt care less!

I have stopped at a lot of HD dealers over the last year. This is not where I bought my bike and not where I have dropped the most cash, that has just been a matter of timing not because of them. Yesterday I was in and found the helmet I have been wanting, at a price I couldnt pass up. The service in the clothing section has been outstanding. If the weather ever warms up and I can get my bike to Central OR I will trust them with service and upgrades as well. The dealership has a great feel and a great selection.Oh, and dont forget the loyalty program.

In the middle of a long ride I stopped to make sure my oil level was OK. I definitely needed an oil change and they squeezed me in and took very good care of me. Every one was courteous and helpful.

Fantastic service. Stopped in on a road trip for a problem with my Fathers bike. Was fixed quickly. Service was so good I now travel 2 hours for all of the work I get done on my bikes.I live closer to portland, but the service here is well worth the trip.

I have my Motorcycle endorsement, but I only ride horses these days. I love the Bend Wildhorse Harley-Davidson Store. I mostly purchase clothing there, and buy gifts for my friends and family members who ride Harleys. It has always been a great experience, the staff is awesome!

Great HD dealership.. I was on a ride from Lompoc CA, and had my New 18 street glide transmission fail due to trans fluid leaking into primary. Much appreciation to Scott and the service team.. Highly recommend!!

None of the HD dealerships in the Portland area (asked all 3) would consider installing the HD grips I had selected- because its a CVO, and I wanted cheaper grips. Scott agreed to install them, and even gave me the 1/2 off winter labor rate when I brought it back over the mountain in May. They checked in with me twice just to be sure I was OK with the work they were doing. Ill definitely be going back, recommended to all the guys I ride with. Scott is awesome.

I was traveling home to California from a trip to Washington. My rear wheel broke some spokes and shredded my rear tire. The owner before me put an 18 inch wheel on my dyna. An 18 inch rear tire is a weird size and because of that fast the tire wasnt stocked. Also, my wheel was bad. Ron at the service counter, and the tech crew, both gentlemen introduced themselves to me but i cannot remember their names, were awesome. They got me back on the road and back home in time for work the next day in California. We had limited options and they made it work. I am indebted to Wild Horse. When I upgrade to mag wheels for my bike, I may make the 500 mile journey to them, just out of the fact they did such a great job

I was riding back from Portland yesterday and my Harley developed a worrisome metal clanking noise that I couldnt identify. A mechanic took my bike for a short ride, identified the noise as a cracked pipe bracket and told me where I could get it welded quickly and cheaply. No charge. That kind of consideration and service will keep me coming back to Wild Horse.

Update 6/17/2020.... Well such as life would have it. What was a good thing, this dealership has changed hands. And Ive discovered they feel the need to charge customers sales tax that has not been approved by the state. When I asked any person in the store about it, they were instructed to say that the tax was imposed in the middle of the night by Gov. Brown. My research says otherwise. So essentially this store is stealing your cash. They went from 5star rating to one star, I would have gone lower if I could.2 years ago:Wildhorse HD has turned this dealership around from what they used to be (Bears and Roses). These guys have worked hard to turn an undesirable store into a reputable one. I would recommend Wildhorse HD for new/used bikes, parts, and service. Ron and crew thanks for the good work.
