I have been meaning to do this for awhile now. If you are looking for good service from professionals that know what they are doing don’t look any further. From the people up front to the techs in the back this is hands down my favorite place I have ever taken my bike. I was quoted a time and a price for suspension/tires/brakes/speedo healer and much more and the bike was done before the date I was told and under the original price quoted. 1,500 miles after service in my zx-10r My bike rides like it was new and my confidence in longer road trips is 100% because I know these guys took the time and did it right. Thank you for being the GOLD STANDARD for motorcycle shops in Central Oregon.

First of all I’ve never left a proper review on you guys but I would recommend M-tech to anyone of my friends and family. These guys are the best in bend and you will not find anywhere better. If you want something done right come to M-tech you will not be disappointed. I’ve had countless times where I had to bring my dirtbike into other shops and had to bring them back in because they were not done right. I’ve been a customer of M tech for over two years and I’ve never had to bring my motorcycle back into them; which is a huge on time and money. For anyone who is needing something repaired go to M-tech and don’t go anywhere else because they’ll charge you bogus prices; They have fair prices and honest work.

Mark and everyone that worked on my motorcycle did an absolute amazing job. I brought it in for a ECU flash and new front tire. They suggested a great new tire and the tuning they did made it feel like I was taking home a totally different bike, but in a good way! Thank you guys for taking care of my motorcycle and I’ll see you for the next servicing job!

I have two bikes they have worked on 18 Husky 501 and 18 Africa Twin. Engine and clutch work on the 501, and if memory serves tires on the AT. Probably a bunch of other stuff too. Have always been satisfied with their work, and even the few times Ive asked for quick turn around times which they were able to provide. IMHO....What they charge for work is way reasonable and the BEST you find in this area! Thanks to Matt and his crew!!

Big shout out to the guys at MTech for a killer job flashing my ECU. I did a cat delete and threw on a new Yoshi pipe, brought my bike in for them to flash. There was a miscommunication and they also put it on the dyno when I alredy told them that I only wanted the flash. They didnt break a sweat and knocked the bill from $500 down to just $240 bucks for the flash. My bike runs and feels like a new machine. I got a quote from another shop in Redmond for close to $500 just for an ECU flash. MTech is the best and those guys know how to take care of riders.

How do you get charged $77 when you asked for nothing but a tube to be replaced, hmm. Maybe because they took the liberty and did other things as well without notifying me first. Its only 77$ not the end of the world but I feel taken advantage of, when they told me it was 20$ labor and around 15$ for the tube. Also said it would only take an hour or two and It took all day long. Poor service. Poor communication.

I’m a new rider with a new bike. I planned to take my bike to Portland for every little thing but for some reason Monday I decided to do a little local research and came across M-Tech Motorcycles. Matt answered my call and said I was welcome to stop by and go over a few things with my bike. I arrived and Sage was there to greet me. He knew that Termi sound and knew it was a Ducati but this was a little different with the old school scrambler style and colors. Bumblebee. I’m pretty sure he could tell I was as green as could be but he didn’t treat me like many others have (this little girl doesn’t belong on a bike). He gave me his input on modifications and was a wealth of knowledge. Beyond what I ever expected. I have had to pick my battles with this whole bike thing and at this point all I wanted was someone trust to work on my bike. Bonus would be to help/teach me how to work on my bike. I made that call based on the reviews. After a few hours of honest motorcycle conversation my instincts were right. My new baby has new Docs at M-Tech Motorcycles. This is THE place you take your motorcycle new or old. Thanks guys for being real, down to earth human beings. Hard to come by these days.

Amazing service, even better prices. I needed a peace of mind check up on a KLR I had just purchased - Matt was able to squeeze me in to a really tight schedule, came in way under what I thought it was going to cost, and was exceptionally thorough. From replacing a blown tail-light to fixing a poorly done stator repair from the previous owner - he caught it all. Bike is tuned, feels great, and now I have no worries about commuting every day on it. Thanks M-Tech!

My KTM 690 enduro was stranded 45 miles east of Crystal Crane, Oregon with a seriously fried clutch. I had no gears of any kind. I trailered the bike to M-Tech on Monday morning and they had me back on the road by Wednesday afternoon. They even replaced a missing bolt on my skid plate. Bend is a great place, but home for me is Vancouver, BC and I needed to get back there. The efforts of Matt and the mechanics was stellar, professional and so very much appreciated. More than fair pricing as well, which topped off the experience with a nice surprise!

My only regret is that I cannot give these guys 6 stars. I came through Bend on a trip and everyone from the shop treated me like a longtime customer. I was charged a fair price for a rad flush which was all I expected. I mentioned that I had a loose shifter pedal which turned out to be stripped. They stayed around past close to help me fix this problem with no effort spared. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at the shop and I hope to roll back through again soon.

Ive had numerous motorcycles serviced at M-Tech over the years and have been very happy with the quality of service and the prompt turnaround times. Their shop is the cleanest in town and reflects the quality of their work - and justifies their prices. Recently I started installing heated grips on my Yamaha at home and had it nearly completed on my own until I struggled to find a good place to power the grips from. I resorted to taking the bike to M-Tech to pay them to finish the job for me. They were happy to clean up my installation for me, but Sage also offered me 15 minutes of his time (and expertise with a volt meter) to go over the wiring options and simply point out how I, if I wanted to, could easily complete the project on my own - which I did. In the end Sage saved me money and I learned a few things in the process instead of simply giving it over to somebody else... Its nice to have a repair store that is always there to work on your bike when you need them, and also willing to give you a little bit of their time to support you even when youre saving money by doing some of your service on your own. I highly recommend this shop, and this is one more reason why. Thanks, M-Tech!

I was recommended to M-Tech by several other riders.Dropped my bik off for fork seal repair. Had a call two hours later (after shop hours) that the bike was done .Picked up the bike rode home (2 miles). Went out of town for a week. Went for a 100Mile ride. 30 miles into the trip I went to stop and the forks went soft. Limped back home.Called Sage and brought the bike back in. Once again dropped it off and it was done two hours later. They had the wrong spec on the oil level.Initial service was speedy. They got me back up and riding and admitted to the error. That means a lot in Bend anymore. 46 year native. This is like the old school shops.I’ll be taking my bike back.CSTUpdate: my forks went soft again. Then lock down and won’t come back up.Uggghh!I’ll take it back one more time for themTo hopefully fix. If not then it’s off to someone else.

Called in to find out how much to patch my tire that has a nail in it, explained what bike I had, response was no problem bring it in well fix it. Ok I said, how much will the flat fix cost.. 60-65$ I was told. Sounds perfect!.. so I took the bike down and they said will fix it right up and call you shortly when its done. about 1.5 hrs later (super fast!) they called first thought was wow thats awesome, then.. they say we patched the tire it still leaks we cant fix it and you need a new tire.. well damn.. ok sorry Im not ready to buy a tire right now can you just put it back together.. sure no problem they say and so I head down to pick up my bike. Bike is back together and ready to go. I asked what procedure they used to fix my flat and the guy at the counter put me in touch with the tech that worked on the bike, he explained that the nail was in at a 45 deg angle and that they couldnt stop the leak with the patch procedure they use. Alright fine.. it cant be fixed at least not with this method.. how much do I owe you.. $75 he says.. so here we are tire that leaks, charged 10-15$ more than what he told me on the phone.. So maybe Im off base here but they tried one time to fix the hole, I felt as though no real effort was put in to fix it.. maybe im just old school but if it doesnt work the first time then i try again and maybe try adding some extra adhesive? if it doesnt work the second time then ok.. maybe it just isnt going to work.. whatever thats not my real issue.. but then they charged me more than quoted for a tire they didnt fix? I dunno.. but Im not super happy about this, you didnt fix my tire and you charge me more?. Anyways.. shops in Bend are limited so I may be forced to return in the future to try again.. but first impressions not the best.. the guys were proffesional and courtious enough ill give them that.In response to the comment below.. I said I was not happy about being charged more than quoted for an unsuccessful repair.. but your entire rant is about the repair. The 2 stars was not for services rendered so much as for not even holding to your price, sure the unsuccessful patch was annoying but I get it, it was a tough patch.. the hey by the way you owe us an extra 10$ because F-you is what warranted the 2 stars.. thanks for pushing me ahead of the big jobs though!

These guys, Matt and Sage, Im sorry I didnt or rather dont recall the other mans name. These guys are not just the best. THEY ARE THE VERY BEST! after 4k miles my KLR seemed ( I was told incorrectly by local shop as I am 600 miles away, and I will onky go here) anyway after 4k mikes and about 7 months I was told by local shop I had 35% leakdown, so I called talked to Sage, he said with out hesitation if you can get it up here we WILL DO WHATS RIGHT: Well Matt bent over backwards he tore motor apart, nothing wrong in THIER work, I had told Matt I didnt have a penny as I live on SSDI, LONG STORY short Matt was pulling his hair out trying to figure out what was wronh, he knew I travelled on Jan 1st to be there first day of year they are open, Matt worked and worked doing all kinds of very safistagated tests, and still being intermittent issue, I fully expected them to tell me well, we looked at it has nothing to do with work we did 7 months and 4k mikes ago, but MATT did not say that he worked his rear end off for 5 days on my bike, again with understanding A) it was not his fault about the bike, nor that I was broke add pain in same, but Matt is a rare rare person, he wasnt going to send me home even though he had every right to tell me soory man, but he didnt he worked and worked and problem solved until on the 5th day countless hours of him working on it it had several issues, eltrical, fuel flow, cracked spark plug, then thinking it was fixed I rode it it did same problem all 3 guys jumped into trying to figure it out, well on 5th day after fixing many issues Matt went through it again making sure mechical was ruled out, eltrical was fixed and ruled out, Matt rode it, said it felt like it was running outta gas, so for 5th time he tore into carb, rebuilt it again, set float bowl a little higher due to being a 705 kit and because Matt was well Beyond professional and absolulty throual he fixed it, I felt guilty as sin, knowing I was costing him money, and all I had was some brand new parts for KLR to offer him as I knew he did more than anyone could even hope for! So if you want the best of the best ( read Matts bio) working on your bike, its worth sending it or in my case towing it 14 hours each way, its is beyond a shadow of a doubt THEY ARE FAR AND AWAY THE BEST BUNCH OF GUYS Ive ever had the extreme pleasure of dealing with, so as I was saying I dont care where you live if you want the very BEST OF THE BEST working on your bike, either SEND IT TO THEM, OR IF YOUR ABLE to install yourself its worth sending machine parts as well but BOTTOM LINE NO MATTER WHERE YOUR FROM IT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST PLACE AND BEST PEOPLE IN BUSINESS BAR NONE, ONCE you read Matts bio youll see for yourself SEND, TOW, SHIP your bike/ Snow mobile, anything Motorsports Super bike racers as they do suspensions they do it all, they have dyno, and simply put as I said The BEST OF THE BEST, Thank you Matt, Sage, and sorry I didnt get name of other top notch mechanic. Youll be glad you did, Fair prices, clean shop fully stocked with cutting edge tools and knowage base unsurpassed, so folks this review was not asked for, I doing it because I would like to think everyone wants the best of the best, thats Matt and Sage former FACTORY RACE TEAM MECHANICS cant beat that multi AMA SB wins Thank you Matt, Sage and all.
