Today I stopped into the no appointment service ( I believe it is called quick lane). I had a couple of questions as I had not used that service before and wanted to talk to someone. Nathan came to offer help. I want you to know how very pleasant and helpful he was. Answered all my questions and even helped me without hesitation to fix a tail light cover. I was so grateful and you need to know that you have a great employee in Nathan. Please let him know how much I appreciated his professional approach and his easy helpful manner. Give that guy a raise!

How to I even begin on how excellent our experience was with your team!!!!! For months my family and I have been looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family. Mark Philbrook and I had been in touch about our tough situation but understood our needs. 6 months later the stars must of aligned for a better way of saying it. My wife and I decided to take a peak at a 2020 Ford Transit Connect and I decided to get with mark. After the first, I wasnt interested in any of the other shops in town, because they did a flawless job, and the customer service was way beyond expectations (customer service can be a lost art these days). This time around, it was even better; as an unusual circumstance led to extraordinary effort on their part, which they did with no hesitation. We were traveling through Oregon with our Ford 350 pulling a 38-foot RV when our check engine light came on. We left the RV at LaPine SP and drive the truck to Roberson in Bend. We got there at 7:30 am and the service department was open and busy. When we explained our situation, the service writers listened carefully. They understood we had to have our truck back in order to tow our RV and our reservation at LaPine was only for four days. These folks were unbelievably responsive. They promised to do all they could despite how busy and backed up they were. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace a sensor. Incredibly, we were back on the road headed back to the park by 9:30! We were so impressed. We would give these people 10 stars if we could. Thank you again.

I came in on a Thursday looking for a new car, I didn’t have much in mind except a CD player. Derik was so helpful, he talked with me about a few cars and found the perfect car for me, he even went as far as checking everything out including adding some gas to my new car for me before I bought it. I had a very difficult and technical repair that had to be made and she was extra diligent about staying in touch with me. Just had a horrible experience at the parts department! I was sold 2 parts for my van that were the wrong parts, I came back to return them (completely unused and in perfect shape, with everything other than the usps box it was shipped in) and Lance & Steve (parts manager) were absolutely rude to me and refused to take the parts back. I’m out $300 and now have parts that don’t work for my vehicle. What happened to customer service??

Just picked up my brand new Ford Explorer ST. My third purchase over the years from Robberson Ford. Thanks to Jeff Robberson, a Bend native and legacy owner of the dealership for running a classy operation and putting his customers first. I flew in from Seattle and was picked up at the airport by Mark Philbrook, my salesman whom I have worked with before. Mark put together a very aggressive deal and gave great guidance along the way. This is the first time I have bought a used car in 15 years, and I was not disappointed. I told my salesman Larry Russell what I was looking for in the vaguest way possible and he had me in the perfect car in a matter of less than 1 hour. He was attentive, but never pushy, and he was exactly right with his selection for me. This was the first time I bought a car by myself and Brian Couraud was awsome and made the process so simple . I called him several weeks after I had my expedition and asked him about the problem I was having with my 2 Nd row lights not turning off. He said swing on by and he wouldLook at them.. he did for about 20 mins and he try to solve the problem but he was stumped. He didn’t have to do that .He was the best part of the experience of buying a car from Robinson Ford hands down!!! I would give 5 stars but the finance department I haven’t been happy with. I have had issues getting calls back or emails replied back on a issue I need resolved. Which is totally sad because up to that point the experience buying from Robinson was great.

I had an appt for a recall fix and was not notified until minutes before my appt that they did not have the part. I had planned my day around the appt and am disappointed because this is something that could have been easily avoided with a phone call. I hope someone comes up with either a notification program or creates a review of appts so other customers arent similarly affected.

I had a great buying experience here. I was interested in a used Tacoma and was in contact with Beverly. Living a few hours away I was able to negotiate before I arrived the next day to pick it up/purchase it. Larry was extremely helpful in picking up where Beverly and I left off, processing my trade-in, etc. Once it was time to wrap up financing Joe made the process easy and swift. David Simmons and Tim Long are awesome! We came in to look at a Ranger but the one we wanted was at the Prineville dealership and they were closed. David came in the next day on his day off to make sure it made it down. He also took a lower commission so we could get a payment we were comfortable with. I have had really traumatic experiences in the past shopping for cars. This one with Robberson was so different. Working with David Thwing for about a week of trying out a couple of different types of pre-owned vehicles felt like I was working together with a friend for a mutually defined goal. David was friendly, personable, professional, and he made the deal happen. So 10 years ago I sold my 94 F150 that Id owned for 13 years to a friend and purchased a 2006 Mazda MX5 from Robberson. That 94 F150 had a major amount of customer running gear and suspension. The friend I sold it to sold it a few years later and it ended up here at Robberson Ford as their Plow truck. I drove by a few weeks ago and saw it and made a plea to see if they would sell it back to me. My wife Pleaded to Jeff Robberson without my knowledge and they said yes. Very helpful and low pressure. I drove up from CA to look at a used 2019 F350 CC. Tim met us promptly and showed us the truck along with a test drive. At no time did I feel pushed or rushed. We ended up buying the truck at which time we met with the finance manager and again low pressure and not pushy at all. A nice experience however a long drive home:)

UPDATE 3/24/2021:I spoke with Dwayne, the service manager this morning. He attempted to call me twice the day before (Tuesday) but I missed his call. So, good on him for making so many follow up attempts.Dwayne did some research, learned some things and apparently brought this up within the company on how they can tackle the issue with the factory codes. Dwayne also offered up a way to make it right as far as compensations goes, which I greatly appreciate.Dwayne mentioned that as a company they cannot advise people on how to take apart their personal vehicles as the staff at Robberson does not know they mechanical ability of each individual and does not want to be responsible for someone damaging their vehicle, which I completely understand.Overall Robberson heard my frustration, received it and did their best to make things right.3/20/2021I purchased a used Ford a while back and it did not have the pocket card which contains the factory keyless entry door key pad code. I called the service department and asked how I can locate this code and was told I had to bring the vehicle in to have the door code pulled from the computer and it would be approximately 1/2 hour of labor.The one good thing I will say is they had a slot open within two days, so they got me in quick.I brought the vehicle in and about 45 minutes later walked out with the factory code after paying $75.Once I got home, I did a quick internet search on how to program a personal code and to familiarize myself with all of the functions of they key pad (there are more functions than just unlock). The first video that popped up was how to locate the factory key pad code on a sticker near the fuse box. I went to the location of the fuse box popped off the panel and located the same numbers given to me by the service counter person. This took me no more than 5 seconds. Ill call it two minutes including the internet search.I called Robberson and asked to speak with the gentleman who helped me at the service counter. I told him I was disappointed that I was charged $75 and shared my findings. I was told, I dont google this stuff. This is what we do for every vehicle.Well Robberson Ford, If this is what you do for every vehicle in for this request, this is inefficient, and unethical. I took time away from my wife and three kids (including a 3 week old newborn) to go have my money taken from me. I was not offered an apology, a service credit, anything.I have left a message with Dwayne, the service manager.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BEND!Let me preface this review by explaining that this purchase was one of three brand new car purchases we made in 2018. The other two vehicles we bought were through two different car dealerships and those experiences in no way compared to the friendly, low pressure, and all around top quality service we enjoyed from Robberson Ford/Mazda, Bend. We specifically dealt with the Mazda team, (Patrick and Tim) in purchasing my wife a new CX9. The entire car buying experience was miles beyond anything wed experienced at the other dealerships and was such a pleasurable all around experience. Patrick and Tim were low pressure, extremely knowledgeable and so very professional; they were an absolute dream to work with.A few weeks after buying the car my wife returned to have the leather protected/sealed as part of a service we purchased with the car. While the car was being serviced they provided her a beautiful and very clean loaner car. Then upon her return to pick up the car, she discovered her car had been entirely detailed AND FILLED WITH GAS, along with the service we had paid for. Parts and service could care less that I was a Robberson ford customer and just bought a 2017 F-150, they were so unhelpful and clueless when I tried to get a battery test and possibly buy a battery. 4 different people told me to go to parts, no service, no parts back and forth. Worse of all They had a tone and demeanor of We could careless about you, you are bothering us.Never will I go here or even promote this company. My husband and I were traveling to La Pine from the Portland metro area, pulling out 25ft trailer with our F150 when we started having issues. Robberson Ford was the closest dealer so we stopped at their service department. The guy who helped my husband was so rude and refused to even look at the truck until the end of September. We got to the campsite, called the dealer we regularly go to, and my husband drove our truck back for at 7am appointment. Even our normal service guy was surprised that Robberson wouldnt even look at the truck given our circumstances. I would definitely not recommend them.

Great group of people!! I went in off the cuff due to a bad sound coming from under my hood of my car, common sense told me not to drive any further but Robberson Ford was right there. The car had a cracked rim which we had to replace after being stranded on the road 500 miles from home. The dealer promised us that the wheels were checked out and fine.2. The transmission warning light came on after less than 3 months. A pin was broken somewhere in the transmission causing us to spend more money to replace the broken pin.Both of these issues we had the VW dealership in town take care of. Give them your business, not Robberson.

Beverly was prompt in her response to my questions and Internet price. She even got more photos of the vehicle about which I was was inquiring. Larry Russell answered all my questions cheerfully and promptly and completely. He even picked me up at the airport (I live in Newport) on the day that I got to drive my newly purchased vehicle back home. The best part of the experience was seeing the pride that Robberson takes in ensuring that their used vehicles are of the highest quality before they are sold to customers. My used Ford Ranger got new tires, brakes, and windshield after trade -in. It was already in very good shape but Robberson made sure it was in the best shape possible. I also received a 12 month warranty as well--for extra peace of mind. This is not how I have found other used car dealers approach selling their trade-ins. I am so happy that good old fashioned care about customers and pride in what you sell is alive and well at Robberson. It was well worth the trips to and from Newport to be treated as a customer in such a respectful and thoughtful manner.

I have read several of these review and the responds.What a great business and customer service.The respond to the reviews are great good or bad.I have had my own experiences and with Robberson Ford dealer and I have to say both my purchases and experience I have had have been fantastic. Two years ago I had purchases two vans, I believe at the time it was Bill to whom was the salesman, retired now. He really was the best I was able to walk in that day tell him what I wanted and wasnt walking out till I got it lol. and trust me I did my research,I even told him dont give me any kind of salesmen pitch I know what I want and how much ;-).Bill and the financial person at the time made it all happen.Had such a great experience. I even told him I would pay them off early and be back for a pick truck.I just recently purchased two pick up trucks a F250 and a F350 again I have to say what a great experience. Bob was the salesmen this time.Bob understood my needs and my situation with COVID.He made the process seem seamless, we where able to do most everything online.He has and is still going the extra mile for me with the patient of a saint and is so very much appreciated.Joe was the one that helped me with my financing and the signing of papers, what a fantastic experience.Joe was never pushing, very honest, he as well understood my situation and concerns with COVID made signing fast and easy, explaining everything along the way.They both made my experience that much better.Even more so when I had to call after only having one of the truck for a short time and needing major repairs done. Brought my truck in for a/c and wiper issue they charged me over 100 dollars to diagnose and tell me what was wrong. They said my wiper motor was bad and the a/c needed a relay.There quote was over 500 dollars for a wiper wiper motor and relay then 30 minutes for labor to put one relay in under the hood. So i bought the two relays for wiper motor, and a/c, wipers work perfectly fine now. The relay was 7 dollars and they wanted to charge me over 500 dollars. So there 140 dollar diagnoses was a joke or who ever did the work clearly needs trained better. Feel like i should get my money back because they didnt do there job accurately. Hope no one else has had them take advantage of you,and charge you hundreds for a couple dollar fix.

Had my 2018 Mustang in to get updated and they were very nice. I had my 1.5yr old with me and they had a nice hang out area for us. Faster then estimated and priced a bit high but fair for a dealership. Will use again for future warranty items. They also had a 67/68 fastback on the lift which I thought was cool they still work on the classics.Thanks,Mike

I had decided to purchase a Toyota Tundra but had heard that Ford was worth a look. It was at Robertson Ford that I met Ben and Bill. I was up front with them with my inevitable purchase with Toyota. They shared some differences in the trucks while never putting down their competition. I was blown away with what the Ford 150 offered (and for less money than the Tundra). My first test drive was about an hour because we drove it to my house to show the family. The family met Ben and everyone was impressed with his personable and relaxed nature. Then, Ben and Bill were OK with me leaving to digest - a refreshing change in the auto buying process. Later, I wanted another test drive and Bill allowed me to take the truck out (by myself) to make sure it fit in the garage. A few days later I purchased and have fallen in love with my new F150. Ben and Bills laid back approach was the difference. They are not pushy nor do they pull the sales tricks that are common in the auto industry - Ben and Bill were there to help only. My experience was one where I felt valued and cared about. I never write reviews but my amazing experience with Ben and Bill at Robertson Ford deserves recognition. I am absolutely confident in recommending Ben, Bill and Robertson Ford to my friends, family and anyone.

I had an oil change done about 3 to 4 weeks ago at this location. Sometime last week I noticed some oil leaking. I checked the engine oil and it was practically empty. So I filled the engine oil up and I ended up taking it to a repair shop in Redmond since this is were I live. After inspecting my car from that oil leak they said that the oil filter was completely loose. That who ever did the oil change never tightened up the filter and that all the oil had leaked through there damaging the shield under the car. Now I had to spend $250 that I do not have on parts and labor. Who ever did my oil change at Robberson Ford needs to get fired. THIS COULD HAVE DONE DAMAGE TO MY ENGINE if I had not noticed the leak! I cannot believe that this place has people working there that cannot do their job right! I need someone to contact me. I am an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer and will never set foot in there again.I emailed this person with still no response back. Definitely poor customer service!

Even though I bought a Chevy from Robberson Ford, I feel this review needs to be read.Rick Winner is a no-pressure salesman, literally. He was polite, answered all questions, very personable, and still remained courteous and professional when I told him I was interested in a truck at competitors lot.Ultimately, I decided to continue looking elsewhere for a truck. Rick kept in contact and sent pictures and information about all the trucks they were receiving on their lot. He was the only salesperson from any lot I visited in the Northwest that stayed in contact.Having not found any other trucks I was interested in, I returned on Labor Day and purchased the Chevy I had been looking at several weeks earlier. Purchase went smoothly.Here is where Rick and Robberson Ford went above and beyond...Driving the truck home, the truck threw a Check Engine Light and went into Limp Mode. I called Rick that night (Labor Day), he answered, and said hed take care of it the next morning. He picked up my truck from my house, had it fixed, and delivered it back to my home on his own time. My first experiences with Robberson Ford were with the service department, so I was well acquainted with the Bend, Oregon dealership when I took delivery of a 2016 F-150 in December of 2016. Over the last 2-1/2 years I have been wowed by their commitment to service and attention to detail. For regular maintenance, I take the F-150 to the Robberson Quick Lane and for advice, it is easy to connect with the sales department again. Incidentally, this F-150 is powered by the Ford EcoBoost engine and after 2-1/2 years, it is the most trouble-free vehicle I have ever had. Plenty of power and fuel efficient with 21-23mpg on the highway even now.

I own a 2015 Mazda 3 with only 25,000 miles when the check engine light came on. This vehicle has had one electrical problem after the other since buying the car new.Robberson charged $180 to plug the car into a diagnostic computer and perform a software update to fix the problem, yet theyre uncertain that it has permanently resolved the issue.While the service department disclosed their fee before performing the work, I feel $180 is excessive for a simple 15 minute diagnosis and firmware update.This should have been covered by Mazda but they no longer warrant anything but drivetrain malfunctions.Since the vehicle is no longer under a manufacturer warranty there is no further need to use an overpriced dealer when an independent shop will charge half the fee that Robberson does.
