Called into the service department about their Fast Lube Express. Only received recorded message after the voicemail loop when no one answered. The message said come on down, no appointment needed. So, I went down. Waited behind 2 other vehicles for 20 minutes. No one bothered to come and ask what I needed.I moved to the front of the line. Went into the service office and saw the Express desk. The person behind the desk was helping another customer. I dont think it was for Fast Lane service. The person did not acknowledge me for the entire 25 minutes it took to take care of the customer at the desk.Lots of other service people walking around, but no one cared that I had been waiting for a long time.So, I have waited 45 minutes now. The person at the desk ask me what I wanted. It was not a very nice greeting. I said I was there for the Fast Oil Change. He mumbled that he would check. He did some other paperwork and then went in the back. Came back out and informed me that it would be about an hour and a half.By this time I had no expectation that waiting would be a good idea.Just moving to the area, I was very disappointed with the lack of any sort of customer service, let alone good customer service. Needless to say, I will not go to this Lithia dealership for anything for my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Most useless salesman I’ve ever met. I walked in and waited a good 5 minutes before anyone even greeted me, even though plenty of salesman saw I was standing there. I asked for a quote on my truck and asked what I would get if I decided to sell my truck out right, the guy straight up told me “I don’t know.” Didn’t even try asking other people for help. Just “I don’t know” and offered no help, so I thanked him and left. He had no interest in helping whatsoever.

I dropped my car off at 1230, guy said 2 hours, I said no problem. I came back at 3 to see that they pushed my car off to the side. Guy said an 1 hour 15 minutes. I came back 1 hour 30 minutes later, still not done. Why do I get pushed to the side and lied to twice?

I had my 2012 Ram 2500 truck serviced last week. I asked them to do an oil change and transmission service. When I picked the truck up, I asked them to show me the fluid levels. This is something I started doing many years ago to ensure everything is as it should be before I leave. When I asked, Ethan just handed me a rag. After I started the engine, I found the the transmission fluid was not even on the dip stick. I went back in and asked Ethen to have a tech come take a look. The tech came out and was really frustrated that he was having to check. After he saw that the dip stick was dry, they took my truck back to the service bay to fill the fluid. After sitting for another 15 minutes, I finally got my truck back with the correct fluid level. I will NEVER take me truck back there again!

Had a sticker price on a vehicle that brought me into the location. Once I received the offer sheet for my trade in value and price of the new truck i noticed it was over 6k more. Their answer was ADM and new tires and wheels. Had I known that was the price of the truck I never would have went in there. I do wish there was a 0 star option….

Went to look at a Jeep that was advertised for a couple weeks. I got there and Jeep is not detailed! Broken mirror, and dirty interior, mud on tires, rusty bumper! Why would any dealership have a vehicles advertised and in this shape. Horrible! I will never be back! Junk!!

I reached out for info on a specific Jeep Compass in Olive green since my usual dealer (Northwest Jeep) only has boring colors in stock (white, black & Graphite). Sean emailed me promptly & kept in touch, which was good because I had kind of forgotten about this car after talking to a couple of other dealers & having a very busy week. I negotiated the price and details online & over the phone since I was driving from Portland. Sean had the car ready for me on a short notice and made the buying process smooth and easy. I loved the finance associate too!

What happened to the day when you bought a used car and it was detailed and ran through the shop to make sure everything was in working order?? Finding McDonalds toys and food between the seats tells me they hardly went over the car before slapping it on the lot, not to mention the clogged windshield washer lines. Car was sold undetaled and with only one key. Not super impressed with the customer service. Its been a while since Ive bought used...Maybe this is the new norm?

EXTREMELY over priced used vehicles. 14k for a 2005 nissan xterra with 177k miles?! Not even worth HALF of that! Same price for a 250k mile toyota truck (I know Toyotas are bullet proof but come on!) I understand that dealerships have to make profit but these are outrageous prices and they should be ashamed at the fact that they are trying to rip people off like ! Come on guys, do better!

Completely terrible!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership!! Selling cars that never went through inspection and never get back to people no matter how much you call, give extremely dirty loaner cars out with used masks and garbage everywhere in it, and they do nothing but lie!! They will tell you what you want to hear so you buy something from them, and take advantage of young families that are just trying to better their lives!! Just terrible!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!

I had to wait 10 minutes before someone could address me and what I wanted servicing while there was no other customer insight. I would wait an hour for my first service on my Jeep Gladiator, but then 15 minutes later, I was told it would be closer to 3 hours. So I had to get a shuttle back home (Victor, the shuttle guy, was real nice).After getting my Gladiator back, I was told everything looked fine. I left but then noticed on the receipt that the tires were NOT rotated because they could not find a lug nut socket. It is a universal socket, and any tire shop has one. Unacceptable to use this as an excuse. I had to call and verify what was and was not completed.I ended up taking it to a local shop to have the tires rotated as it was due, and I am surprised they would let me leave the dealership not rotating the tires as they were scheduled for rotation.I was then informed they did not take a few minutes to check for software updates saying they ran out of time. How? They had it for 3 hours! Now they say I need to make another appointment to have this checked and updated. It was a poor experience.

Let me start out by saying, this is the FIRST dealership that has taken the time and energy to right what was wrong with with me. (a first time customer to this specific dealership.) Initially, I had an extremely sour taste in my mouth because of a specific salesman I was working with *cough*Sean Benton*cough*. I guess that either he had made promises that he could not keep or was just lazy, therefore others had to pick up the slack for him. Everyone else there had corrected his mistakes and made everything wrong with the experience, right. I have spent 8 years of my life in customer service and support, and have never had an experience like that with any salesmen. A HUGE thanks to Jared Jordan, Robert Manning, Michael Dipasquale, and Matt Paden. These gentleman deserve a raise. When I was at my peak of anger and disappointment, after being mislead time and time again because of my salesman, these men talked me down and resolved the situation. Jared Jordan, who is the service manager, came out and hand polished my car for me because I was unhappy with how my newly purchased car was handed over to me. This speaks LEVELS on the team there. Good on you guys. You are changing peoples views on car dealerships. You (not Sean) have gained my business and future purchases. Thank you again!!!

I’ve bought a lot of cars ... I really don’t enjoy the experience but Larry at Chrysler Dodge was a straight shooter and didn’t waste our time. I mean buying a vehicle in the snow, pandemic and dealing with my boyfriend ... not a joy really.He was calm, patient and knew his numbers . I appreciated that he wasn’t running around checking with managers -He just gave me the bottom line. I wasn’t there all day and financing was easy and quick .

Purchased a vehicle here at Lithia CDJR Bend. Overall was a good experience and I recommend working with Sean in sales. Sean had a good balance between customer service and not being too pushy, which is more rare in car sales now.I do, however, suggest exploring options outside of their service department. I was quoted $1,500 to $1,750 for a job that Mopar states requires 4-6 hours, so by that logic their labor rate is approximately $320 per hour. I understand the dealerships can tend to cost a little more for service, but compare labor rates from other reputable shops if you are out of your factory warranty.

Back in March I brought my truck to #smolichmotors for valve train noise. After cancelled appointments and trips back and forth, they acknowledged there was a problem. They stated parts were back ordered and it took a month for them to complete the repair (bad lifter). The service writer stated FCA does not warranty an oil change when pulling heads and recommended I pay them for an oil change. I passed.They returned the truck to me with oil and coolant running down the frame and the same valve train noise. I returned the truck for them to clean it up and fix again. This time they blamed the noise on me, claimed every one of their techs looked at it, and then dismissed me.I took the truck to a dealer in the Seattle area who diagnosed the bad lifter in ten minutes. Tearing down the engine they discover all of the intake manifold bolts were loose, A.C. clips broken, and fasteners damaged inside the engine. They had the head pulled off and the bad lifter isolated in less than three hours. They changed the oil when they were done because FCA does actually warranty the oil change for a head gasket change.Heres the interesting part, why did the lifters #smolichmotors claimed to have changed look original to the motor? Why so much wear for a lifter with supposedly only 1400 miles on them? How did #smolichmotors get lifters that were on national back order? Strange coincidence since the fixed lifters sounded like the old lifters and the problem actually got worse.#smolichmotors was contacted by the Washington dealer and supposedly were going to call me to apologize...I never heard a peep.Total time for resolution was almost four months. I missed multiple trips and incured significant transportation cost and lost time (36 hours of drive time total).ETA: The service manager reached out to me. Not once did they apologize or ask if they can make it right.

Last time I took my Jeep for oil change I arrived at about 11am pulled up in the express lane. I then walked in side to be told it would be about 4.5 hours for a express oil change. I told them that I drove from lapine to get a oil change. You need to get here between 7and7:30 to get in and out quickly. Today I showed up at 7:20 to get my oil changed on my Challenger. I was told that it was going to take 3.5 to 4 hours.. no coustomer service. They have the deisal trucks go through express lane they take one or more hours to do.Express lane should be for fast oil changes. You can do three oil changes in a hour per stall. They have no compution over here, in the valley your treated very well because there is four dodge dealer ships to choose from.

I would not recommend this dealership.The TEAM at the dealership would like to discuss this with me further. They are asking me to look up their phone # and go thru their phone tree to ask some random employee who I might need to speak with? When I filled out their email generated survey I ask to come into their off ice and sit down for 30 minutes to talk about this. FYI...If anyone from their team looked they would find both of my cell #s and my email are in their system. I would still not recommend this dealership.

Our experience with Smolich was fantastic. Our sales person, Chris Braido was very knowledgeable and great to work with! The sales team worked hard to earn our business. The whole staff, from the sales manager to financing were friendly and welcoming. Got a great deal on a great vehicle! Chris even drove to Redmond to have my wife sign some paperwork so we could complete the transaction without having to go back to the dealership. This dealerships service departments are straight crooks in my opinion. I brought my vehicle in with two specific items I needed fixed. They called me back at the end of the day to tell me that I was correct, the two things needed to be fixed and I owed them $225 just for looking at it! A part I needed was discontinued from Dodge, so they would order an after market product. Their parts department marks up parts nearly 100%! I strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid this dealerships.

Don’t go to litiia to get your doge promaster oil changed.. I bought a mew dodge promaster in 2017. Then I moved to central oregon. The first time I came to the dealership I was able to buy an oil change plan of 3 oil changes for $89.00 today they wanted $89.00 for 1 oil change... no plan available except a lifetime plan for $2000.00

I just wanted to highly recommend Victor Perdue. We went in today with our family (including our two young children under 5) and Victor was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. If he didn’t know the answer he let us know but was able to find out for us. I hate when sales people lie in what they know. Especially when you have a husband that knows trucks. We didn’t feel pressured into anything and he was super patient with our kids. We highly recommend him and if we go back and decide to purchase, we will go out of our way to work with him.

Horrible customer service, slow and frustrating! I could have replaced the brakes myself but didn’t have the time, and in the end a job that should have taken a few hours took three weeks and 3 return trips. Lots of phone calls with the service manager doing everything to avoid owning it and fixing it right away.Afterwards my truck was more screwed up before I brought it in. They disconnected my rear window wiring harness for some reason and never hooked up back up which one close of the door damaged the boot which then cost me more money to fix.All in all I would say it was a very expensive lesson to never go back

Bought a used vehicle, easy buying process. Was told truck would be detailed the next day, it was not ready. Picked up the following (2 days after purchase) and the truck was washed very poorly, no wax or “detail” put into the vehicle. Very disappointed in the customer service as a whole. Before picking up the vehicle I stood in the lobby for an hour and not one sales associate acknowledged me being there or offered help. Salesman promised a tank of gas and another car wash but I’m skeptical that will ever happen. Overall a dishonest car dealership that only cares about the sale.

I want to edit/update my review. At the end of our transaction at Lithia, we were told by Shannon we would not be enrolled into any extra services (oil packages etc) until he had confirmation on if we could lower our payments. Days go by with no callback (we called everyday). Turns out they did not lower our monthly payments AND get this.. Shannon had enrolled us into the oil package charging us extra on our monthly plan. We fought this after this was 100% against what we had discussed. They cancelled the oil package HOWEVER.. we are STILL being charged the extra charge for a service we NEVER wanted and cancelled!! I regret ever recommending this place to others. DO NOT do business here unless you want to be screwed over with empty promises.

Allen our salesman, was great and worked hard to make us feel safe with distance and get us the truck we wanted at the price we needed. We took test drives on our own. Chris got us a great rate and informed us of all our warranty options with no pressure. Bossman negotiated with us reasonably. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends. After all was said and done my husband had more questions, returned and was welcomed, all questions answered and they bought him a new emblem for the rear of the truck because my husband didnt like the one that was on it.

Re: Service Department: After 3-4 email notices to submit a survey for my recent service at Smolich Dodge in Bend, OR I finally submitted the survey to help them improve based on the experience I had. 30 minutes after taking the time and submitting the balanced survey citing one concern with plenty of good feedback too, I received a call from a defensive person from there asking me if I knew who my service advisor was, to which I replied, shouldnt you know that if you are calling me? They asked if I come through Bend often, I said yes. They asked why I did not raise issue at the time, I did, and the advisor told me “You might want to get that checked out.” - Back story - “Express” Oil change & multipoint inspection for my truck still under warranty - but 2-3 hours later when my truck was ready the service advisor only thing they told me was that they would come out pop the hood and check the caps were tightened… as he was shutting the hood I asked why the coolant level was obviously(pictured) below min level… and told him I had smelled coolant recently, which is when he told me I might want to get that checked out… I thought it was weird that he would walk me out and pop the hood like no other dealer/service advisor had ever done, but also weird him nor the techs did not notice this? On the phone call after submitting the survey for them, I was very polite answering his questions, as I was genuinely concerned about the quality of service, but he ended up hanging up on me before I was done talking only a couple minutes into the call… wow. Leads me to believe that the person on the phone was my service advisor with their level of frustration and inability to be helpful given multiple opportunities. Really not a good feeling when you are treated like this after submitting a survey. He pressed on the fact I need to raise the issue at the time, which I did, but after that oversight and how it was handled, I’m not keen to return to this dealer. I was offered no other explanation as to why this was acceptable or how it happened. I wrote this review after the call from them, but waited to post it 2 business days and a weekend to see if they would try again to contact me again, only professionally, nothing.

You will do better on price and customer service by dealing with any of the 10-20 Ram dealers in a 150 mile radius - they will bring the vehicle to you in Bend at no charge. This sales team at this dealership will give you price proposals thousands of dollars higher than competitors AND THEIR OWN WEBSITE PRICE, and act offended when you call them out on it. They also push a ridiculously marked up extended service contract when you can just buy the real MOPAR one online for thousands of dollars cheaper. And they are non-responsive to calls and emails. They lost my business to a competitor who brought me a truck from Portland for many thousands of dollars less. You can do the same.

We purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe from your dealership on 11/7/16. During the purchase, we were disclosed that the rear main seal was leaking and needed to be repaired along with replacing the fog lights. Our salesman Sean Stiff informed us that it would be done by the weekend, either Thursday or Friday. He stated that someone will call us and let us know its ready to be picked up. No one called. I called and left multiple voicemails until I finally got a hold of our salesman. He stated that the service department just go the parts in and the repair would be completed the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Picked up the vehicle, drove it for about 2 weeks. During these 2 weeks, check engine light came on and noticed that the vehicle was driving rougher than when we test drove it and before the repairs were done. I attempted to contact our salesman once again. After 2 days and 4 -5 calls later, leaving voicemails, I got a hold of him. He stated to bring it in, so I did the next day. Spoke with Tim LaPlount our service advisor. Please note that my wife and I both work full time and live in Redmond. That being said, we drove from Redmond to Bend to originally purchase the vehicle, drove from Redmond to Bend to pick up the vehicle after the initial repair, and than a third time to have it dropped off for it to be looked at it. During this time, we were inconvenience by the fact that we had to share a vehicle to commute to work and we work completely different hours. Received a call from Tim stating that the bank 2 downstream O2 sensor needed to be replaced. He quoted us nearly $300 for the repair. I asked Tim clearly, if everything on the vehicle was checked out including the transmission and all the fluids, etc. Tim confirmed that everything was checked out and that the bank 2 downstream O2 sensor was the only thing the vehicle needed. After paying $10,000 for a vehicle that Ive had for only 2 weeks, I could not afford spending another $300.00 not to mention all of the money for gas to Bend. It was clear that Smolich wasnt going to pay for the repair even though once again I just purchased a $10,000 vehicle from them. I proceeded to replacing the bank 2 downstream O2 sensor by other means. During this repair, checked all fluids in the vehicle. Upon this, I found that all fluids were running low or were empty. Found this funny as the service paperwork stated that they replaced the transmission fluid/transfer case fluid although transmission fluid was nearly empty. The oil was also BLACK and was not changed whatsoever. The sticker on the windshield for the last oil change stated that the return mileage for the next oil change was at 117,963 miles. The vehicle currently has 138,132 miles on it. That means that the vehicle has not had an oil change in over 20,000 miles! Wow, the service center couldnt have done such a simple task such as change the oil and fill/replace all the fluids in the vehicle? AND, the fact that Tim lied to us on the phone and when he told us the vehicle was ready for pick up and to my face when I picked up the vehicle is ridiculous. I replaced the bank 2 downstream O2 sensor and had the oil change ASAP. During the oil change, other things needed to be replaced as well. You would think that a big/well known dealership such as Smolich would have done all of these things that needed to be done before a customer would purchase a vehicle. As of today, the check engine light has come on once again. That being said, the service department failed to diagnostic the right part that needs to be replaced. The driver side door handle just stopped working, I have to open the passenger side door, climb over the seats to even drive the vehicle. Again, we paid $10,000 for this vehicle. Now were stuck with a vehicle that has problems that we owe on. We will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Smolich ever again or have our vehicles worked on there. I will be sure to let all of my friends/family know to do the same.

Had my Dodge Ram serviced at Smolich last week, just checked my air filter and oil to see what work they did and this was what was inside. Not even the decency to tell me about it, had been in this box for months and probably even the last time it was serviced and I never took the time to check their work. This place is crooked, ruins cars and is the worst service ever. I deal with cars for a living and these folks have the worst reputation in Central Oregon. Go to the valley to purchase a rig or get serviced as this place is horrid.

Did not have a good experience with service. Had an appointment, was there for almost 4 hours, mechanic brought my car out and said I didnt find any leaks. I pointed the leak out to him, he said I didnt see that. Made some excuses and then just walked away. I went in and the service counter told me my vehicle was all set and there were no leaks. I showed the service counter guy the leak and he said Oh. Very disappointed, spent half the day there and rearranged my schedule and they could care less about me or my vehicle.

When Lithia took Smolich over, they stopped honoring the pre purchased Oil Changes I bought when I got my new truck. Its frustrating that Lithia refuses to honor their exiting/past customers. I called again and asked if they would reconsider but their answer was a hard NO. Because of this, Im happy to no longer return for any of my service needs or future vehicle purchases.

The only good thing from this experience was dealing with Jarod, he was the only person who was willing to assist us. Started calling and leaving messages in March and finally got to speak with someone in July, no one ever returned our numerous calls. By the time we were able to get vehicle in for service our warranty had apparently run out the previous week. We had to call two different dealerships in another state to figure out the warranty issue, these guys couldnt get it figured out. No customer service at all, lack of communication. Parts not being ordered. Being quoted one price and being billed more than agreed upon. We will never be back and will discourage anyone else from going there.

I purchased a used truck 2011 diesel Ford F 250 in bend at the lithia chrysler dodge jeep, a couple weeks ago. When I bought it I asked the salesman if it was a truck that needed DEF fluid. He told me no, they didnt start that until 2012. I unfortunately took his word for it didnt look.On my way home I stopped by the gas station and noticed it did need it. I texted him and he lied and said he told me he said he didnt think it did.Once off the lot driving home a check warning light came on and I texted the salesman about that as well. He told me they were finicky.. Thats it. I see now I was getting no help from these people.They also forgot to give me the car fax so I asked for that as well.Since purchasing the truck I have driven it twice.I had to wait on a part because the windshield wiper wiper transmission was broken and had to purchase a new one.I then also noticed the wind shield wiper fluid is not hooked up and missing all the tubing for it and missing a nozel for one side.So they did not do an inspection on this vehicle or lied on their 170 point inspection.They cleared codes and didnt fix the problems, knowing they would pop up again. They hid the fact the windshield wiper transmission was broken.I was told I was going to get a full tank of diesel on my departure by the salesman. When I was about to leave he told me his boss said no, but talked him into 50$ since I came a decent distance to purchase the vehicle.They put 10 gallons in, which is around 25$ right now.Fix the problems on the car before you sell it. Do not hide it from the consumer. I have text messages to back this up. I want these issues fixed. This is no way to do business by lying and cheating your consumers

Was completely taken advantage of. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. They charge 165/hr. Their team of service people are extremely shady. I listened to them take advantage of 3 others they checked out before Me. They did work that was not requested that didnt need to be done (fuel induction service) and charged hours where my truck was sitting in the parking lot untouched. They did not fix the issue I came in for and dismissed it. I did get them to knock the price down significantly because I refused to pay for things they didnt need to do. They were very aware they were scamming me. The only reason I paid anything was because they hassled me and it was the end of the day and my grandmother had just passed away and I was ready to leave. They were extremely sleazy and didnt do their job. I requested a refund and made a complaint and have heard nothing back. Do not go here.

I purchased a 2014 ram truck used only had 20 k miles. The salesman didnt say anything about the motor having to be replaced. I didnt find that out until I took it in for services when the service agent told me I didnt need my oil changed yet it was a brand new engine so my odometer didnt read correct for the engine. I also bought a 2014 challenger at the same time. A few months later traded it in for brand new 2016 challenger with Scat pack. I told the salesman if he could get the price down to 43,000 Id take it. I drove it home thinking I was coming back the next day to give a check for 20,000 because they gave me 23,000 for the first challenger. I ended up paying full sticker price. Stupid me! When I brought the car back.because it had some body issues,passanger door didnt close properly and the hood was not straight. Plus they failed to put mud shields on that I asked for . and the car pulled left when I braked. Things that shouldnt be on a 50,000+ car. I was going on a trip the week after I brought the car in to get fixed. I got the car back the day I was leaving. The car was exactly the same condition as when I brought it in. They even tried to say that I had messed with the hood hinges. I spent about 100,00 on cars and truck. You would think they would take better care of there customer. I cant stand Smolich Motors and will never give them my money again. They dont do what they say. So Im driving my dream car that I feel is flawed to the valley for my next scheduled maintenance

Poor service and in lack of responsiveness seems to be a trend with this dealership. Per other reviews and our own experience. We used the online pricing tool to quote out a monthly lease price quote for a Grand Cherokee. The website let us select the car by vin# and gave us a monthly payment amount based upon the MSRP. When we tried to redeem the price, we were told the internet tool was broken and they couldn’t give us the price they offered online. We were ready to buy a car same day but got bounced around between multiple sales people who never called us back. We worked with Sean in internet sales, but I had to call back twice and after 7+ days I called and started working with Becca who also stopped returning my phone calls after a few days. We were willing to negotiate and find a price that made sense for both of us (even after getting the false quote online) but since no one returned our phone calls we walked across the street and purchased a Volkswagen Atlas SEL for the same MSRP and same features but 50 dollar less per month than the Jeep internet quote that “wasn’t possible.” Highly suggest the Atlas it has been great and plus FAR SUPERIOR service at Kendall Volkswagen. Ask for Adrian he is one of a kind.

I recently purchased a 2020 Ram classic. Within a month the truck is already in the shop. The drivers side seat is having spring issues and is extremely uncomfortable to drive.Service department CONFIRMED issue stated on my paper work that although this is an undesirable issue it is common. I was told the seats are just poorly designed and that customers shouldn’t expect a ride like a high end pickup. That was the exact comment from the service team.I asked for the seat to be replaced and they said they had no grounds to send it in. That it would be rejected. I have a call into Ram customer service and have an agent on the case. Hopefully they can be more accommodating. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here and would be weary of purchasing a brand new vehicle from this dealership.

This is the worst service department ever!!! I bought a used RAM from another dealer in bend. But though to myself I should have it serviced by the dealer of the truck I bought. Worst mistake I ever made. The assistant manager actually took care of my truck and by the way he handled the customer service I truly believe he should never interact with the public again. I went in for a DEF issue found out it was a faulty emitter just before the catalytic converter. In removing the mounting bolts to take the part out for replacement they broke a bolt and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for buying a used truck. That if I had actually purchased the truck from them they would have helped me out. Five days later and after already being paid by my warranty they swindled me out of another 300 bucks for a bolt they broke.NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM OR GO TO THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY .

I made an appointment to buy a truck at the price advertised on their website. There were four trucks with good discounts and I asked the salesperson to reserve the one I wanted for a few hours so that I could come and buy it. I verified the price and stock number with the sales person over the phone.When I arrived after a 45 minute drive from my house the sales person showed me the truck and we test drove it. I then once again verified the discounted price with him and we confirmed it on my phone.I spent the next hour verifying my insurance, credit score and signing a sales agreement that would be checked with the sales manager.The sales manager then said they would not honor the advertised price because it was a glitch on their website and the price should not have been that low. He went on to say that he could run the numbers and sell me that truck at $10k more than the advertised price from earlier that day. I said I wasnt interested. There was no apology or sincere effort to try to work out some sort of compromise.Today when I checked their website the price on the same truck was again discounted, but not as low as the day before. However it was discounted $3K more than their offer to me the night before! I will never enter this dealer again and will go out of state for my next truck purchase. I already have a quote that is $2.5k under their newly discounted price for the same truck. I will also not be continuing to have my service work at this dealership on my other business trucks. I will take them somewhere else.

Their service was prompt, I was charged much less than what I expected, and all employees were courteous, including the shuttle driver who dropped me off for work (and later picked me up). The brand new truck was great for the first 6800 miles then we took it in for its FIRST routine service here at Bend Lithia, not even 90 miles later it’s DEAD. Odd coincidence maybe... or something happened in the shop they won’t say.Lithia, do the right thing and help us out! I’m tired of the games and having to go through various sales people. Have the owner contact me directly and let’s make a deal so I won’t be in a rental truck for the four months I was quoted for a replacement transmission.Update: after calling customer care they got overnighted a new valve body. So now I have a old transmission with debris in it and a new valve body.... wonder how long until it fails? Forget dodge you guys lost a ton of business from me.Update: Traded it in for a Toyota and never buying a dodge again!

Service manager has a horrible attitude. I was told by one service writer a quote for repairs. I was told he was out for weeks due to testing positive forCOVID-19. Then I was told it would cost over double the cost for repairs.So I guess if you were in the dealership within the first couple weeks of August, you might want to talk to the dealership and get tested.I was really hoping that the change to Lithia would be a fresh breath from Smolich, but turns out when you have the same bad apples it stays rotten.
