LOVE this market! From their grab and go foodie meals to the tantalizing sweets to the incredible loaded mashed potatoes to the wine to the...I could go on an on. The staff were so friendly, any staff member who passed me interacted with me. Decided to order a sandwich. The guy who helped me (Alex) was great, taking care when he made my sandwich (which was delicious by the way). Oh, cant forget the rib eye...it looked amazing, Ill definitely pick some up next time around! This market is the perfect place to pick up food for a picnic! A+ in my book!

This local market is a bit small, but they’ve jam packed it with the best food selection. Amazing meat section with comparable prices on lesser cuts, however they specialize in premium cuts. They carry swordfish as well as sushi grade thick tuna cuts. Friendly staff and great cash back rewards program.

Newport ave market is clean and neat! Not the cheapest option in Bend but they have high end goods and basic staples of your everyday American diet. I suggest trying the pre prepared items in their deli... lots of yummy eats to try and they even make custom sandwiches too!

Fantastic grocery store. Visiting from out of town but was struck by how many customers the guy at the deli greeted by name. Employees were joking around with each other and pleasant to everyone. The little liquor store located inside crams a lot of quality into a tiny space. Ill make the 2 mile hike to visit Everytime Im in town.

We love Harrison, he is why we come here. Best clerk in the world, ya know why? Because he cares. He delicately scans your items with such precision and kindness it could make a grown man cry. His flowing golden locks shimmer in the fluorescent lighting while he confidently bags your items. Bring your own bag tho, dont be a clown. Great selection of everything. You can find utensils, dishes and groceries. Or choose ready-made dinner, either hot or cold, or something to pop in the microwave for about 3 minutes. Plan to go back to look some more.

This is a landmark for high quality food in bend. They have the best choice for everything from grocery to ready made meals to premarinaded meats. You will spend more but will get quality. Never change please.

Favorite grocery store in town. Been shopping here since I was a little kid. Their deli food/salads/to go is the highest quality in town and often better than takeout.

Great selection of high end groceries. Nice produce. Very friendly staff. The aisles are very narrow, and some patrons are in a big hurry, which can be a little over stimulating.

I shop Newport Avenue Market, often, when I come into Bend. I shopped there yesterday. I purchased several freshly made salads from the deli and Wakame (seaweed salad) and sushi from the Sushi counter. I really enjoy this market!

I’m used to expensive grocery stores but this was gobsmacking. For instance, avocados were $5.69 each today versus $2.99 at Market of Choice. Organic half and half was over $12 per half-gallon here. Meanwhile, the selection (no grass-fed meats) and shopping experience (obnoxious self-checkout machines) were about what you’d get at a Safeway — not at all commensurate with the ultra-high prices.

Nice quality grocery gem on the Westside, a Piggily Wiggily back in the day! They have a generous craft beer selection and look for the Rogue Creamery Blue Cheese in the cheese section. Its world class gold metal winner, pricey, but the best cheese Ive ever had!

Was alerted to this great market by owner of the property we are renting for a few months. Have been several times, always finding new stuff.

Hella expensive. But Hella good too. They have an emphasis of special items for the househould.

I dont know how they fit such an incredible selection in such a small place. A really fun place to shop! Theres a lot of hard-to-find items in the oils and vinegars, a great selection of canned and bottled brews, unique produce, and a great bakery and meat section. I dont live in the area, but if I did I would shop here often.

I just had the most astounding experience today with costumer service at Newport Market. I came to the floral department looking for something for my mom’s birthday. Becky was there to greet me, and she gave me several different ideas and suggestions for vases, rocks and all sorts of different plant and floral combinations. I settled on their unique exotic bamboo plant options. Becky helped picked out the most beautiful set of five, and even took apart a previous arrangement to give me the size I wanted. I could tell perfection was on her mind, and I greatly appreciated that. After suggesting different rock colors, I choose clear rocks to go in the clear vase. She mentioned the roots might show through, but she wanted to make me happy. She spent a several minutes making it beautiful and showed me. She was right, the clear wasn’t didn’t look right. Becky’s goal was to have me leave happy. She had no issue changing starting completely over, and didn’t make me feel bad. She brought out a beautiful combination of the blue she had first suggested with my chosen clear on top. It looked fantastic and I was so happy! After all that, she even ran back to grab a box so it would travel nicely, and surrounded it in with pretty tissue paper.Becky went above and beyond to create the look I was going for. She has exceptional eye for floral arrangements and plant decor.Thank you so much for making my day.

You guys need to add a level! Gets packed! Its so worth coming though!! I just want more Newport Market! Its the only place I buy my meat and seafood from. And pickles. Haha. The deli is spectacular.

We love you Newport Market! Really great selection of cheeses and cured meats in Bend. They carry the Salumi Mole and Sleeping Beauty cheese which are a couple of my faves for a cheese and meat plate.

This is an amazing grocery store! What a find! This market has an incredible selection of all foods! From a great vegetable and fruit department, with seasonal produce, unique options, some prepared to many types of the same ingredient.Cheese selection is very nice, meat and seafood was fresh, high quality and value, to an amazing beer | wine selection and a in-store liquor shop, amazing housewares department and more.Stores like these are becoming more and more rare. If I lived closer, I’d shop here all the time.

I have had so much trouble online shopping with other grocery stores but this place has it figured out! The website is easy to use and the employees here are so helpful and friendly. They called me to check on a few substitutions and were very easy to work with. They even bagged the groceries by type so when I got home the unpacking was super simple. Amazing customer service and great products from a local store I feel good about supporting.(My shopper was also super helpful and even spotted a mistake I made in purchasing that didn’t fit with a dietary restriction I mentioned in the notes. Its so nice to find a place where someone is looking out for you.)

I went to Newport Market yesterday to get some marinated kabob’s. I have some food allergies so I asked the man who came out to help me the ingredients in 2 different beef kabob’s. I could tell by the look in his eyes he was not happy as he walked away to get the ingredients. He came out with 2 jugs, slammed them on the table behind the counter and yelled “OK, we’ll start with this one!” and started yelling the ingredients at me to where EVERYONE around could hear him. I was so embarrassed and felt humiliated. This is not the first time the employees behind the counter have been rude to my husband and I. I’m not saying they are all rude but some do need to work in their customer service skills. Will not be going back.

Great place and wonderful market. The prices are absolutely ridiculous though. Now while I say that the meat and produce is worth it. But a box of pancake mix that is $1.99 at any other market or store is marked to $4.39. and thats just one of thousands of comparisons you could make here!

Love nothing but love for this place. Been going there for a decade now and will drive across town to keep going there. Staff remembers my bday somehow still?! So many smiles and laughs with people who work there Just gotta pick the time you go or you will get swallowed up. And Ive found some super deals in the discount rack. And you dont have to buy everything there, but its a good stop in indeed. I do think the bakery department needs something new to recreate the feels there!🔮

This market now has a home inside my heart. The energy is wonderful. The store is very clean and organized. Ssi many wonderful things to see! Breakfast burritos are delicious. I also bought apple fritters, local coffee, organic produce. I love the modern industrial shelving. I wish I worked there. Colorful fun attitudes and very helpful staff. I highly recommend a stop in here.

This store is overpriced but it has good quality food and gifts, and some prepared foods as well. Their delicious pies are a steal at $9. The cashiers are really nice and friendly and there is a store card which you quickly earn money on to use later!

This is a great store with a huge selection of products (common place and unique), but honestly, people just shop there as an excuse to buy an OMG brownie.

I live across town so been few years i was there. However, i was over whelmed. So much to choose from like wine section. Oh my you name it its there and easy to maneuver. Love meat selection again easy to find the cut youre looking for. Deli also has BIG selection from sandwiches to noodle dishes. Great desserts!I could spend hours just browsing all the isles. Also they have a specialist in the wine aisle that helps you make a wine selection. Great little locally owned grocery if you find yourself needing to stock up on groceries in Bend.

Great selection of products/produce and a great selection in the deli. Everything was good! They even had delicious sushi, and the burgers were better then most burger restaurants.

Great little shopping mart. Not easy to find parking or getting around inside as they are almost always packed. But the staff is great and I just love their sushi options.
