Wow. Just bought a New York cut from Loveloy…Tasted amazing. Great job guys!

There was no one in the store and the CDC guidelines changed. No sign was posted on the door. I went to check out and was verbally harassed and offered a mask to check out behind a plexiglass screen. I took a mask and put it on. When I pulled it down, I was told I could not check out without a mask. Again, no one in the store, no one near me! Where is the common sense? I was unable to check out because I was not wearing a mask so I left my groceries, I will not return and I hope you shut your doors for good.

It’s just a grocery store, that’s slightly more expensive than average. For the look and location, I was expecting a lot more local items, niche items or brands maybe even a large selection of premade-bring-to-the-party healthy items but it was just *shrug*.I didn’t check out the alcohol section but it was like a third of the store so I kept the stars high because nested in a neighborhood rating it as a grocery store wouldn’t be right but, basically, it’s just a larger corner store and as a corner store it gets 4 stars

Will no longer shop here since they dont enforce mask wearing. Its not worth risking my health due to someone who claims they have a medical condition that prohibited use of a mask. There is no such thing and has been proven over and over.That is just an excuse to ignore the risks and potentially spread a virus that should be under control, but somehow certain people are so childish, they throw temper tantrums when asked to help reduce the risk to others.Since this place refuses to help reduce the spread and just makes excuses when someone doesnt wear a mask, I do not consider this a safe place to shop.Best of luck for anyone else who wants to gamble with your health here.

Great find in SW bend. Surprisingly large about of products in an excellent location. Free of the long lines and waits at the big stores. Most everything you need with prices that are comparable. Growler fill, hot counter, and unique specialty items too. Service was friendly and fast. Very clean and well stocked throughout.

Always friendly. It is a smaller store and pricier. The produce is excellent. I think they accomplish good service in an area that isnt trendy or packed with people - neighborhood store. The area outside is lovely for sitting (when available, i.e., covid pre-cautions). Glad they are there.

Cannot believe how bad the customer service is here. They thrive on customer service but you can’t actually treat your customers right? That’s messed up. Your business won’t survive if you keep this up.

Rude staff. Wouldn’t go back in there if I had to. They don’t respect you as a customer, it’s disappointing to see small business treat you, the guest, like absolute garbage. Absolutely disgusting.

A great, yet smaller, local grocery story that has all the essentials as well as its own flair. The beer selection is fantastic for a small store and you can find some good wines as well.

The only problem with shopping in your wealthy neighborhood is having to deal with fat, lower class trash employees who cant afford to live there. Aside from that, its literally 5 minutes away from walmart where everything costs about 30% less.

Great little market! Very clean and organized. The produce is fresh with a good variety. Their meat department is competativly priced and the brand of chicken they sell is so tender and juicy after we grilled it. They also have a deli to our delight carries Boars Head meats as well as Boars Head Artichoke & Spinich Hummus. The quality speaks for it self. Looking forward to our next visit.

Kid with brown hair and glasses should be spoken to for kicking out a customer who rightfully complained to him about another customer not wearing a mask.

Great staff and local convenience. They have a nice variety of standard and organic grocery fare. The deli is awesome. Of course, the prices are higher than other grocery stores but not exorbitant.

Its an oversight that I havent reviewed this place before. Its on the south end of Brookswood and serves DRW and the Brookswood area. Its everything that a small neighborhood grocery store should be and a bit more. Great selection of produce and what I consider to be the best grocery store meats in town. Try any of the Painted Hills meats - YUM. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wish the prices were a bit lower though.

What a great country store. Great selection.

Nice-looking store with friendly staff, vast beer and wine selection, but lacking in the produce, meat and fish department (aka food). Limited and expensive organic selection, only most basic cuts of meat (chicken breast, ground beef, ground turkey). Seemed more like an upscale-looking market for a quick fix, not a place to get everyday groceries. Was disappointing that South Bend lacks a decent grocery store, wish these new neighborhoods had better walkability for everyday needs.

Restrooms are closed to the customers, so dont go there unprepared

I used to buy all my meats at lovejoys until recently. Ive noticed more prepackaged meat then before and looks like there is no longer a butcher. I hope this is temporary.
