Horrible service......Chic in beanie and sweater called me rude (for zero reason) and never offered me a bag for multiple items that could not fit in my arms. Worst service I’ve received in 4 years in Bend.

If the tobacco products where in stock I would have for sure given 5 stars. But since the owner is making sure to check Google maps and make sure the customers are happy. They truly deserve the 5

I appreciate the wide selection of craft and IPAS, lots of them were decently priced, $2.50-3.00 however some of them were up to $8. This place was very clean with a good selection. It has everything except good customer service. The first time I came, I needed to use the guest wifi. The lady said it would be too much trouble to go and look for the password, ya sorry I just dont know then dont offer guest wifi. I still purchased my beer, and then she became nice. Today I came in and needed a bathroom first. They dont have one call BS. The guy wouldnt hardly let me throw my trash away, 2 cans. Very stand-offish the whole time. Ignored anything I said(which was nice) with okay bye have a good day. Zombie mode. Just know the people who work here arent the most friendly or laid back.

This business is well-stocked & the staff are friendly and helpful. I always find what Im looking for and its fun to see what other small business products are available. Easy access near Albertsons south of Wal-Mart.

Great selection, reasonable prices and wonderful staff. Came in looking for Silver Moon Dark Side Stout Whiskey and came away with not only that but two other very good Bourbon(Knob Creek SB & Buffalo Trace SB) and Balvenie double wood 12 yrs Scotch. I am all set for Thanksgiving.

They recently went through a major renovation and the new store looks great. Big improvement and inviting.

5 Star because there was 50+ people packed in there on New Years Eve and the store owner + 1 employee cranked through them with amazing speed and efficiency. Good Job!

There is an odd smell on the bottles that permeates your skin. The smell wont come off with vinegar or acetone. Wear gloves.

Really great selection and ambiance..bright and sunny and open unlike other stores in town that feel dodgy. The service was notably superb. Steve was super helpful in finding what I was looking for as well as providing great suggestions on tequilas!

Under new ownership! They are remodeling and upgrading. It was seriously needed and is a welcome improvement for the south end of town.The new owner is both friendly and eager to chat about the weekly improvements.

Only liquor store I go to in Bend. They have a good selection and fair prices. I do a lot of low-key cocktail and game nights, and I can always find my favorites here.

I was happily surprised to find that they carry Heritage Distillery Blood Orange vodka, brown sugar bourbon, and Ketel Botanical Peach Orange vodka. I searched the Ketel web site and they didn’t show any distributors in Oregon anywhere, so it was a great surprise to find it local after trying it abroad!

Shout out to Amber!!! I was in the store a lil over a week ago and she was eager to help and very knowledgeable about her product!! I don’t do this often but that girl deserved a shout out!!! Thanks again Amber I will definetly be back!! ☺️👍

The selection of booze is plentiful, as it is at the other Liquor joints in Bend. What wipes four stars off this particular place is the lack of customer service displayed by the employees, again and again. Frankly, the vibe I got was one of snobbish boredom from a couple of spoiled brats who could care less if they had a job or not. Standing in line, I had to listen to them s**t talk every liquor choice the previous customer had purchased. Exhaustingly juvenile and in poor taste. Grow up!

Decent selection and it is a smaller store. If you are looking for a larger selection or a harder to find bottle the Hwy 20 would be better.
