My wife and I bought a Sprinter camper van this summer and had some suspension upgrades, tires, and an Owl Van rear carrier system installed by Matrix Integrated. I have never, and I mean never, encountered superior customer service like that provided by Jeremy and the crew at Matrix. Owning a van, particularly a diesel, has put me on a steep learning curve, and Jeremy has been there with me every step of the way. Question? I email him and have an answer within hours. I don’t know how that’s a sustainable business model, but I’ll take it! And the quality of the work done has been superior. When we were looking for vans I was really drawn to the Ford because I’m more familiar with that platform, but the Sprinter had more of the features we wanted, so we went with that. I’ve now concluded that if we decide in the future to trade this van for another one, we will stay with the Sprinter platform just so I can continue to have access to Jeremy and Matrix. I have two neighbors with Sprinters, they have gotten service and upgrades from Matrix, and they feel exactly the same as I do.

The power steering pump went out on my Mercedes. Im new to the area so I called Matrix cold and got some good advice on trailing, not driving in, given the problem. The problem turned out to be more involved than the initial diagnosis predicted and they handled that situation very professionally. The communication and transparency were excellent through out the quotation and repair. The end result was a tight, clean car that I can drive with confidence. I will use them again.

Excellent technical expertise and customer service. They got me on the schedule in a pinch for something recommended by the dealership, which I ended up not needing or being charged for—never had that happen! I will definitely be taking my Audi to there Portland location for future work.

Jeremy and his crew at Matrix Bend did a bunch of post-conversion work on my MB Sprinter Sportsmobile. New wheels and tires, Agile RIP, Pedal Box, replacement fuel tank, cargo box and spare tire carrier. I couldn’t be happier with the work. Everything about this shop is outstanding: the quality of the work, the communications, the helpfulness, the attention to detail; all top-shelf. They helped me navigate supply chain issues and gave me multiple options for moving forward. They communicated promptly and kept me apprised of all aspects of the build. I was in Bend Oregon on business traveling from Southern California when the check engine light came on. I have a 2011 Dodge Sprinter(Mercedes) I took it to the dealership and they couldnt figure out the problem. I was able to goggle and find Matrix Integrated I called and spoke to Christian who was pleasant and very helpful. I took the Sprinter in for Christian to run a Diagnostic check up, he was able to tell me within minutes what the issue was. I had to leave the unit for 3 weeks until the parts came in, Christian called me on a regular basis to keep me up dated on the status of the parts delivery, repairs and was able to get the Sprinter back on the date I was given. I would recommend Matrix Integrated they are amazing. Thank you Christian for your awesome customer service.

We were passing through Bend and smoke started coming out from under the hood. We called them and pulled in and they dropped what they were doing to help some stranded travelers. I’m a wheelchair user and this van is critical. I can’t exactly take a cab or even rent a car. So their help was big time. It ended up being a exhaust leak that quickly fixed and we were on our way.

Matrix has always treated us well. They are honest and up front with their pricing & recommendations. Id highly recommend them to anyone. They are a great addition to the central Oregon area.

My Mini Cooper was having multiple right tail light malfunctions and, come to find out, the connector was melted. Christian fit me in quickly, had the parts on hand when I arrived, and had my car back to me in a couple of hours. I havent had a single issue since the repair. Extremely happy with the service and repair.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Had a huge exhaust issue with my 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500 and the team went above and beyond to help assess the problem. Jeremy is a huge asset to the company and is as honest and straightforward as it gets. I highly recommend Matrix—it’s pretty rare to find a shop that is as thorough and committed as this one.

I have a 2011 Sprinter RV and had a check engine light come on while traveling in Bend. I called Mercedes and they don’t service Sprinters in Bend. I called another shop and they couldn’t get me in for at least 5 days. I showed up to Mateix at 8am and they were more then willing to help. The owner was able to read the code and tell me wether my Sprinter was safe to drive. I asked them a couple of other Sprinter questions and they definitely know their stuff!!! Couldn’t be more impressed with this shop! They even wiped down ever surface they touched with disinfectant since I mentioned my wife is high risk. I was in and out in 15 min and back in the road! I have a great mechanic back home and now I know another one in Bend.

This company is not professional- they have very poor communication, do not explain anything or set expectations, and when this becomes an issue they say “if you don’t trust us go someplace else” - the front desk person Christian always recommends the most expensive solution to any problem and the owner Eric doesn’t want to hear about your feedback or problems - stay away from this place unless you want to write a blank check no questions asked

Extremely happy with the work done at Matrix by Jeremy and the rest of the crew. They helped me turn the airbag light off when no one else in town could help. I also had them install an aux gas tank on my Sprinter and will use them for all future maintenance. Thanks Guys!

These guys are super friendly. I really had to appreciate the helpfulness Ive received so far. I had an appointment first thing this morning, but the persnickity car decided not to start. I called to cancel before hours and left a message. They were kind enough to call and check in, and also kind enough to work me in later in the day when I got the car started again. Ill have to write an update when theyre done diagnosing my mystery problem to let you know how the car service is.....(to be continued....)ITS TRUE....IVE FOUND A UNICORN! (update)So, low and behold Ive discovered and unicorn and we are lucky to have it here in Bend. Its amazing to find a shop thats competent, friendly and most of all honest. I left them with a tricky issue on my mini cooper.The spent time doing a complete check of my car, and finally discovered the issue (plus a few others small things they found that needed fixing). They were great with the updates on what they were doing, and finding, and also made sure I was good with any fixes that needed to be done.They were completely cool with me picking up the car to fix the last issue myself, and I was pleasantly shocked that the bill was much less than I was anticipating due to the thoroughness of their work. I would not take my car anywhere else, and I hope you take my recommendation to use these guys. You will not be disappointed.Also, thank you Jeremy and Christian for your excellent customer service and not making me feel like an idiot for my attempts at mechanic-ing. You guys are the best!

Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The guys at Matrix helped me figure out the best tuning steps to take with my Golf R and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. We had our recently purchased Winnie View serviced here, which we otherwise would’ve had to go to Portland or Eugene (Mercedes diesel). They guys are awesome! They are honest, professional, and gave us a breakdown of what needed to be done now, what could wait, and what we could do ourselves if we wanted. We found this shop on our way through Bend after we had a check engine warning light alert. We only had our Sprinter RV maintained at Mercedes dealerships and we were a bit uneasy using a independent shop. We were so impressed with their customer service and workmanship that they will now be our “go to” place. Not only did they resolve our issue (a glow plug went out) but we also had them do a oil service change. The mechanic was very thorough, noticed and resolved a few minor other issues and the manager was very communicative with our status, he even shuttled us to a brewery to wait out our time. I give my highest recommendation based on our experience.

Came to Matrix with my Sprinter van while I was traveling for work. Matrix and their staff were So great. They knew I was essentially stuck and yet they performed the work I need at a reasonable rate and within a day and a half. When needed, they gave me a ride to work across town and cleaned my rig before pick-up. If you have a Sprinter in Bend, don’t waste time getting snubbed at the busy “Import” shop. Go to Matrix.

Matrix is new in town. I’ve talked with the owner who seems very knowledgeable and can even help you find a car and the mechanic is certified Porsche tech. They changed the oil in my Ceyenne and they seemed to do a great job. They checked everything and gave me a report on overall stuff like brake and tire conditions as well.

Fantastic customer service! We will definitely use Matrix Integrated again for service on our LR4 and Sprinter.

I highly, highly recommend them for any needs with imported vehicles. When I had an issue with my Mercedes from an incident that occurred, Christian was kind enough to get on the ground under my car, after business hours to access the problem...free of charge!! Not saying they make common practice of this but he certainly helped me when I was having anxiety and needed help. I wont go anywhere else!Also, the sweet gal (I apologize I dont recall her name)that is the receptionist at the front desk is incredible. She excels at her job. Truly. Ive found my service technicians for any need my vehicle may have, whether it be a simple oil change or a mechanical problem. I trust these guys.
