I have brought several vehicles to them with minor dents and scratches. They have done a great job and I have been amazed to see the final results. Great find!

They made my completely covered headlights look brand new!

Quoted a price for complete detail and rub out of all scratches.I let them have it for a week so they could do a good job.Picking up the car, noticed there was still towel scratches, interior was not done as quoted and chrome pieces were not cleaned, much less polished. I essentially got a wash and wax(not detailed), $400. !!!!Wont be going back there, and tell everyone I know to stay away from the place!Read the fine print on the contract they have you sign, if you really feel the need to do business with them.This happened pre covid, this is a note for new customers.....

I had a few rock chips repaired on my vehicle. I had done the job myself and had put a paint protection shield on it, and the results were not the best due to the bumps. I was recommended to go to MARs for them to fix the chips correctly. I explained the situation to the technician, the fact that I had already attempted a repair, that clear coat was already on the paint, and he assured me that he would be able to remove the paint that I had already applied and the make the door look like new (the car is only 1 week old). I think I asked him 3 times that this could be done and this was worth it and he assured me it would be no problem. So I went ahead with the operation of having the newly installed paint protection film removed (cost of $300 to reinstall) and have Mars repair my mistake. Well....didnt really come out that great. It ended up costing me $300 for the repair with arguably the same result. Its a little flatter but not really any different than the job I did myself. Im sure my first attempt at the repair may have hindered the success...however I think the tech should have been honest with what to expect...I would have defiantly not gone ahead with it. So I guess $600 down the drain.

I have had my 4Runner for about six months and someone decided to scratch it down to metal.For only $45, they repaired it to the point that it is not noticeable unless you know it was there. So grateful there is a professional and affordable shop that does excellent work.Really wish I had before and after pictures, but I had no idea the repair would be this good.Noticed the prices for detailing and will be going in to keep my new car new.

Over all experience was disappointing... Longer than stated and did not detail the car as expected...

Mars of Bend is exceptional. After getting outrageous quotes to repair some scratches in my car.. I stopped by Mars of Bend. They quoted me a very reasonable price and common sense options to repair the pain scratches. They were quick to schedule me for service and the result exceeded my expectations. I will be using Mars again and again for paint repairs and auto details. I was very impressed. Highly recommend them!

They did a great job painting my VW after it was hit by the malfunctioned gates at Broken Top Community (apparently, those old gates do not react to a car under it. I guess they dont have a motion sensor. Be aware!) Best price in town plus an excellent customer service. Will be coming back for sure. Thank you, guys! $)

I’m very happy with not only the detailing service that was recently done on my Tesla but they refinished my bumper, painted and buffed out the dings and scratches. It was done perfectly. I will definitely come back and recommend.

Pros:Friendly staff.Booked within 1 week of calling for an appointment, vs. > 1 month at other detailers in the area.Got some tough oil and grease stains out of the floor carpets, and carpets and windows were spotless overall.Bonus exterior wash with the interior executive detail.Cons:Broke off pieces of my interior and pretended nothing happened when I picked it up. These included a plastic moulding piece on the door and a button on the power seat.Questionable worksmanship; Pieces of upholstery pulled out that I had to tuck back in, a sticker for the transfer case lever peeled off and laying on the center console, etc.Left their vape pen under one of my seats?The shampoo had an unpleasant chemical odor that had me driving with the windows down for many days.Highly overpriced; about 50% higher than shops Ive used in the past and of course they wouldnt give me a price until after the work was done.
