VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!I called and asked to have my exhaust checked out. The guy on the phone was very professional. When I arrived it was a totally awesome different situation. I arrived on my lunch break to drop it off. Apparently it was theirs as well(my bad). The guy acted very unprofessionally seemingly about to throw his sandwich on the ground. When I came back that evening he rudely said we’re closed. I simply said I came to get my vehicle from your parking lot. You don’t have to do anything. He replied, “Oh I didn’t even look at your car”. So apparently I made him mad and he chose to not work on my car. That’s fine I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They were very friendly and did not cost as much as I thought it would.

Have always had any exhaust work done here and theyve always done an outstanding job! CES has done at least 6 exhaust systems for me, and not one complaint. Very professional!Like many others, I had cracked exhaust manifolds on my Nissan 5.6 v8. Except that mine was in a Pathfinder! Nightmare job. The shop discussed my options, I ordered the parts needed, and they installed them at a reasonable rate and time. Dont try this job yourself! Its a total nightmare and you need the expertise and tools that this shop provides.Seriously, very professional, courteous and timely. Would highly recommend.

I have known Shayne Burton since he opened Custom Exhaust Specialties. Hes worked on 3 of my vehicles and always does a perfect job. I no longer live in bend but I still have him do exhaust work for me. I feel that the 7 to 8 hour round trip is worth the professionalism I receive when he works on my vehicles.

I had exhaust and a cold air intake installed. Dropped my truck off at 8 and picked it up at 2:30. No scratches, stains on the seats or any issues at all. These guys really take care of your rig. Everything was perfect. The price was on point, as well I will never go anywhere else.

I was referred to them by Specialty Auto and this was an excellent referral. They did the repair exactly as described and charged me what they have quoted. I highly recommend them!

Has some work done on our Tahoe last year. I am VERY happy. Customer service was great, very professional and courteous. Comming back again soon for some more work on another vehicle soon. The best exhaust and custom hot rod work in town

They were great. After installing the 1st catalytic converter in my 2000 4 runner the check engine light came back on. I contacted them and they took it in to rediagnose it. Turns out the 4 runner was a California model and needed a different converter. They switched converters and all was good. No extra labor charges just the price difference between converters.Very nice people.

This shop has the best equipment and the best people friendly and great customer service. Will recommend alot of people come here and get work done on there vehicles

There is no reason these guys shouldnt have a solid 5 stars!!! You know when you really want something done to your ride, and youre willing to pay whatever? These guys were way lower than I expected, and the service was way better than expected period!!! Its a no brainer! If you need anything exhaust related dont even hesitate!!! Theyre not taking walk ins at this time, they require you to call and leave a message about what youre looking for and say theyll call you back in 24 hoursI left a detailed message about what I was looking for and never received a call back. Ill go elsewhere.

Brought in my car because my tailpipe had fallen off its hangers. They quoted me $320 to fix it with no appointments for over a week out. I went to another local repair shop to get an estimate and they had me in and out within an hour and only charged me their shop minimum fee (less than $50) and stated that it didn’t need any new parts and just some basic repair.While I can’t speak to the work this shop does, I would recommend customers get quotes from other local dealers before needlessly spending excessive amounts beyond what it may cost elsewhere.2 stars because at least the staff were friendly and polite.

Looks and sounds good

Damaged my exhaust during this current snowstorm and was very worried about the cost to fix it as it is a BMW. Dropped it off at CES and they had it done within the day for an amazing price! So glad I didn’t take it to the dealership. It sounds better than before the accident! Great work!

I took my Ford F-150 to CES and was very pleased with the service and workmanship. If you are looking for a custom exhaust, or a simply repair or replacement, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I have had 4 custom exhausts done, and this experience was one of the best. The work was high quality, welds were clean, and now my truck sounds great!

There is no other exhaust shop in Bend like these guys. Shayne does incredible work. He is sought out by all the custom car and hot rod people so you know he can work on anything. If it burns gas and needs exhaust work go to CES!

Took my tundra there, had a custom magnaflow system installed, sounds great, looks great and performs even better. This is my second system, first one was a Tacoma, they made it into a beast, with the tundra they did not disappoint

I came in with difficult exhaust leak on my R32 that other shops wouldnt even touch. CES diagnosed the problem for free, then they did a fantastic job on my repairs at a fair price!

I own Specialty Motorsports of Bend and while installing an O2 sensor I stripped the threads out in catalytic convertor ($1,000 part) in the process so I called CES to see if they could get me in and they said they were booked for a week but said if I dropped it off they would work me in. I dropped it off. They had to remove the radiator to get down to the top of the converter (Subaru) to remove the threaded bung and weld in a new one. I got a call the very next day they had completed the job and installed the new 02 sensor and only charge me $85.00 (1 hour labor) It was my first experience with these guys and I will be returning soon. Highly recommend them
