Mark and crew are the most professional, pleasant-to-deal-with people in the auto repair business that I have ever found. Every repair needed is explained in detail and all questions answered. We have been concerned about issues in the past that Mark could have taken advantage of and charged us for fixing, but instead Mark explained that they were not real issues, and explained in clear detail the natural cause of what we believed to be a concern. Intermountain Truck repaired rodent wiring damage to my truck. The damage was extensive and parts were not easy to come by. The owner drove 300 miles to expedite a problematic delivery process. It turned into an insurance claim that the adjuster(s) were about 75% low on their estimate. Intermtn Truck communicated the extent of the damage and got the claim back up to what it should have been. Once the parts were finally in hand the repair went smoothly. Professionalism and integrity are what stand out to me about this company.

Dodge 3500 6.7L Cummins diesel : Immediately after significant service at 120K miles we pulled a 14K_pound 5th wheel 800 miles more. The truck has run flawlessly with better mileage and improved torque while climbing and descending the mountain ranges between Bend and San Diego. The truck has now had enough miles after service so that the selftest that runs when started has the little chime back that indicates all the diagnostics are in order. Jeannette loves it. John drives it, and appreciates the comprehensive diagnostics and professional service. Five stars on all criteria.

HonestWe all know how expensive and technically complicated repairing our vehicles is. The days of shade tree repairs at home are almost gone. If you do not have the education and technical tools you have to rely on a dealership or a private shop.Pretty easy for unscrupulous shops to tell you Well your Do-Dad thats connect to the Watch-a-Giger needs to be replaced. And most of us say OK, and pay a big bill, and have no idea if the problem has been fixed.You will never get that from Inter Mountain Truck & Auto Repair.They are no cheeper, but they are HONEST!You can count on being informed fully on any repairs needed on your vehicle. Questions ! ask questions and they will answer them.Cost is in line with any other shop in the industry.But what you get is a properly repaired vehicle and piece of mine for money well spent.

Inter Mountain Truck repair is the best! Ive taken my 96 Ford F250 diesel to them over the years, whether it has had a problem, or merely needed maintenance. They have been able to troubleshoot and solve problems that the Ford dealer wasnt able to figure out. They not only resolve issues Im having with my truck, but also provide a full check-up and status report on my trucks condition. They inform me of the issues that should be addressed immediately, and those that might be upcoming in the near or distant future. If you are looking for a garage specializing in diesel trucks, with people who are competent and honest, look no further. These guys are as honest and knowledgeable as they come!

Visiting Bend Oregon with our rv (from Maple Ridge BC) for the first time. Truck broke down in SunRiver campgrounds. Called Daniel at Inter Mountain on Friday afternoon - said on the way via tow truck. He found a spot for me following Wednesday. Dropped truck off at 1:30pm. Got a call back two hours later saying repair was done. They saw the frustration I had in the truck breaking down at the start of holidays and got right on it as soon as I left.Great facility, customer comforts, no gouging on extras, honesty and customer first attitude. So impressed. Owner Mark and his wife even dropped by our campsite to say hi and see if we needed anything else.Wish they were closer to home to handle all my automotive needs. Just had five years of deferred maintenance performed on my 2004 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Diesel/Allison. 170K miles. I was concerned about them being able to diagnose and discover all the things that it needed. I am thrilled to tell you that in all my 60-years I’ve never had a more complete and thorough repair experience. They kept in touch with me when they discovered things and kept me abreast of what was happening with excellent cost estimates. I feel like Christmas has come early and I’m equally relieved that I’ve finally found a repair business that greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Had to have our truck towed in due to exhaust filter being plugged and it being in fail safe mode. We had just had it replaced a few months ago by the Ford dealership. Inter Mountain ran a diagnostic on it and learned that the filter was completely plugged again. They referred us back to the Ford dealership to get it fixed under our warranty. The diagnostic should have costed us $200+ but due to the issues we had been already having when the dealership had said they fixed it Inter Mountain didnt charge us a dime. We will definitely be back for feature business. They made it about us not about money. We will refer all of our friends and family to them! Had a pre purchase inspection performed and given the detailed list of items I needing attention it was obviously a detailed inspection. Dan talked to me about the vehicle inspected and others I should consider at great length. I learned a ton and would happily use Internet Mountain again.

Said they replaced my oil cooler and charged me for it but didnt actually replace it and it has caused me to not be able to drive my truck for 5 months because I didnt think it could be my new oil cooler, but it is. If you think lying on your comment on my post will help you then maybe I should post a picture of the receipt you gave me saying that you removed and replaced the oil cooler. I never overheated my truck and Im sorry that you cant admit to your wrong doings of overcharging and lying. I did not contact you back because why would I want someome who messed up my truck to touch it again and mess something else up then overcharge me again for something that didnt even get done?

Ok work. defiantly dont seem educated on stuff besides what the internet tells them. Defiantly use poor quality parts will take my rig back to dealer.

Did not check on issues they were asked to look at. Lied about vehicle being ready and had to wait an additional 1.5hrs. You can never get a straight answer from them. Trust me here - take your truck somewhere else.

Will only work on your vehicle if they supply the parts.
