Nate and his team at Elite Fleet are AMAZING. No other way to put it. Extremely fast and reliable, super professional and always willing to explain to you what they’re doing and how they’re going to do it. Labor costs are super reasonable for the exceptional job they do. I even had some body damage to my car that requires a collision center visit, they gave me the best advice and helped me figure out where to go, even though they themselves do not do body repairs of that caliber (I just really slid into a curb lol). I recommend them to anyone I can and I genuinely can say there’s a reason for their high star reviews.

My truck was having severe power draw issues that were killing the battery. The job was turned down by a few other mechanics in town already but elite fleet took the challenge and in just a day they had the truck running amazing again! They were very professional and did their job with amazing attention to quality and detail. Will definitely be returning as that truck has a lot of work needed!

So I limped into Bend on a Friday morning knowing my rig wouldn’t make it back home without repair. Meanwhile I had to work Monday am, so I knew I had to head back over the mountain Sunday night.I called around Bend and nearly everyone was too busy to help. When I got a hold of Nate at Elite Fleet, he told me he was going camping that afternoon, but to “bring it in – I’ll see what I can do.” Anyway he proceeded to drop everything to get me back on the road. On top of his speed and customer service, his shop has a top-notch crew and some of the newest diagnostic technology. The inexpensive bill at the end was the cherry on top. I would absolutely and unreservedly recommend Nate and his team.

This is the second time I have had the opportunity to use Nate and his guys and again they were informative and easy to talk to. it is always nice to be able to have a conversation with a service writer, thats not pushy, and know the work will be done right. I am thankful to have been introduced to Nate and I will continue to take our vehicles to him. I would encourage anyone to take their vehicles to them.

Solid Crew @ EFA. Diagnosed 2 separate issues same day as dropping the vehicle off. Explained material price points and options clearly and honestly. Recommended additional points of repair while working on that specific part of the engine in order to avoid costly labor down the road. Wouldnt hesitate to send other diesel owners their way.

Great customers service and good all around service for sure

My radio stopped working when I put in a new battery. They checked all the wires and fuses and got it working again in just a few minutes.

I had a family emergency and was on my way to Springfield from Boise when my radiator sprung a leak 30 miles out of Bend. They had parts ordered before the tow truck even dropped off the car. Before I could track down a rental car to continue my journey they had a new radiator in and the car back up and running and I was on my way in less than an hour. Very honest and courteous folks. Highly recommend.

I didnt have time to shop around on day two of seven of my vacation, but the guy who towed my car said he used Nate at Elite Fleet for all his car repairs. He told me he was the fastest (but unfortunately becoming the busiest) mechanic shop in Bend. I called him at 9am. He made no promises, but I got my Jeep with a blown water pump in by 9:30am and out by 4:30pm. He texted to check in on me afterwards, which I appreciate. Made it from Bend to Crater Lake and then the Redwoods and back home 1k miles later to Seattle without a hiccup.

I’ve used Elite fleet a few times now for work on my truck. I found them one day because they are located close to my house, but boy was I stoked to find the best mechanic shop I’ve ever used. These guys are honest, work hard and are really knowledgeable. Take your car or truck to Nate. You won’t be disappointed.

I cant say enough good things about this shop! As someone with zero car knowledge, it is sometimes intimidating to deal with car related issues. Nate is patient, honest, and got the car done on time. He was so kind to my 2 small kids, which makes a world of difference when youre under stress! Highly recommend!!!

These guys are legit. My son cracked his oil pan, we dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday. We even had a situation where a less honest mechanic could have snuck in a few extra hours of labor, but they didn’t. Integrity.

Was not thrilled with the service. I feel like a lot of unauthorized work was done that I ended up paying for. It would have been nice to have had a complete rundown of the work before they billed.

Will preform unauthorised work without heads up. Took advantage of my friend, thought she would ok it but nope, not under my watch. Would not recommend this place at all.
