The work they do has been fine but I really don’t understand the purpose of scheduling an appointment with them. Both visits I have arrived early to allow time for checkin. Told the vehicle would be completed within an hour. 1:15 later I note that they have not even started on my vehicle. This while others walk in and have their service completed ahead of mine. Again, what is the point of scheduling an appointment if this is not honored?

Have a older Acura that needs a recall fix which i contacted them since theyre the only place within 130 aprox. We started this back in early October & just found out after being told oh acura is taking 6 wks. No they just dont feel honda should do the work on a recall. Im askin myself wth. Feel like i was just pushed aside since no honda. They could have let me know all this 6 wks earlier instead of fibbin. I get it but still very disappointed.
