Work has brought me to Bend for a total of 6 months, 2 of which are in the rearview and each day passing like the minute hand. My wife and I were driving across the country on vacation when our windshield got cracked by a stone kicked up by a passing semi. We were in Nebraska when the accident happened. We were driving towards Bend and we had a very tight window - we were only going to be in Bend for 2 days. Somehow Victor was able to find a replacement windshield despite a National part shortage and get our windshield replaced in our timeline. We needed to have the windshield on our car replaced due to a huge crack that went all the way across. Oregon Windshields arranged to do the replacement at my husbands workplace so that neither of us would have to miss work to get it done. So convenient, and we were able to use insurance, so there was minimal cost!A couple of weeks later we had some heavy rain and noticed that there seemed to be a slight leak on the drivers side where the glue apparently had not set correctly. I called to see if they could fix that problem, and they were very responsive and took care of it, once again at my husbands work.The really great part was that on his way to work that very morning, a rock had hit the new windshield and chipped it. The technician not only repaired the leak, but also the chip, at no charge to us! Talk about amazing service!We highly recommend Oregon Windshields!!!

The whole experience was great. I received my quote shortly after I provided the details about my car and I only had to wait two days for the appointment. My car‘s windshield was struck by a rock, which shattered the windshield and I was stranded in Crescent. When I called Oregon Windshield, Victor responded quickly and kindly when I asked about replacing my shattered windshield. Victor and his assistant showed up at my house to replace my windshield in a 2015 Mazda6 grand touring with collision control. I am generally a knuckle-head customer, however in this case I immediately noticed the professionalism these two cat’s exhibited. Victor was the only one that communicated with me, which I appreciate. They quickly replaced my windshield with top quality glass. Was done in an hour and honored a bid put in months prior (beat every competitor by $65-$125) Used high quality glue. I live on a dirt road and they brought equipment to clean my floorboards. Everything looked amazing before they drove away. Was given an invoice and a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the car. To test the quality of Victor’s craft I drove at highway speeds listening for airflow beyond road noise (NONE). I then waited a couple days and took it to the car wash. I spent two minutes running water on the windshield (NO LEAKS). Both collision control and auto beams are fine (NO NEED FOR RE-CALIBRATION $250 savings.) 5 stars from me my dude! The service was amazing! I had two windshields replaced at the same time. They came out to my house and were done with both surprisingly quick. Both windshields looked great, but after they left I discovered that my 2018 vehicles collision avoidance system was showing an error (one of the cameras for the system is behind the windshield and I guess is calibrated to the windshield?). I called Oregon Windshields about the problem and Victor came back out quickly (on the weekend!) and fixed it in minutes. I will definitely be using them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a windshield replaced.

I have used Oregon Windshields to replace my Subaru windshield twice in the last year, as both times I had rock chips and resulting large cracks from winter driving. Victor made the process of scheduling easy, and my part in the process of replacement even easier! They came to my workplace both times and replaced it right there in the parking lot. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever with the quality, have total faith in their service, and would recommend them to anyone needing repair/replacement!
