Traveling from out of state and had a rock smash our windshield. Pulled up to cascade glass to find a very helpful gentleman who dropped what he was doing and took to fixing the giant chip in the glass before it could spider web. Really saved us from having to drive home 2500 miles with a destroyed windshield. Thank you cascade glass!

Traveling through the area, we had a rock chip hit the windshield right in my drivers view! Finding this place on Google I thought Id take a chance to stop in. Talk about great customer service! These guys are 1st Class. They took care of the rock chip and within minutes we were back on the road. I cant say enough at how well we were treated. My experience with this company is mixed;There were issues with my windshield replacement (the trim along the sides and the clips to hold them in), but Cascade dispatched someone out the morning after I called and they fixed it as far as I can tell.Ive never had this happen before, and I am still somewhat concerned that the job was not done properly. I will update my review as needed.

They got me in the same day I chipped my windshield and everything was patched up nicely! I got to sit in my car and watch. It only took maybe 5 minutes. Very happy.

My experience with Cascade Auto Glass was excellent. We needed a rear window break-in replaced. The work was scheduled right away, and completed just a quickly. I waited in the offices there for the repair, got a tour of both the problem and the repair once it was completed. The tech answered all my questions. The insurance billing was completely taken care of, no up-front payment required. Really, I could not have asked for more. It felt very good to get this break-in fixed. After my chip repair, I noticed another small chip. I immediately drove back to ask if it needed fixing. They had me pull in right then and fixed that and a third one we found as well for no extra charge. So thankful. Five stars guys! Youre awesome!

These guys were great! Changed the windshield on my old Chevy van. Other glass companies in the area did not want to change the windshield due to the complexity of this particular models instillation, Cascade did it without flinching. Looks great, no leaks and had it done same day. Highly recommend

Cascade Auto Glass set up my appointment through my car insurance. They were quick and efficient. When I dropped off the car they were waiting and it did not take long to finish. There is no way to tell that I had the windshield replaced at all.

My experience with Cascade Auto Glass was fantastic. They scheduled my appointment but then called me a day later to say they could get my windshield replaced even sooner and would come to my place of work the next day. I called them last minute on the day of the appointment to change the location of the repair with no issues. The repair guy called me within the hour to say he was on his way if that was convient for me and my windshield was replaced by 10:30 in the morning. He was very kind and professional. And the price was less than my deductible!

I had the tiniest little ding on my windshield. I live in Sunriver and didnt want anyone to have to drive out here to look at that microscopic problem, so just drove over to Cascade Auto Glass when I was in Bend. The technician was installing a new windshield, which was interesting to watch. Then he took a look at my ding, agreed that it should be treated; drilled it, filled it, charged me a very fair price and I was on my way. The Honda dealer recommended Cascade and I understand why.

Cascade Auto Glass worked with my insurance and I hardly had to do anything other than show up. They said it might take about an hour which I expected, but they had it done MUCH quicker than that. We just had our windshield replaced by a very good technician! He arrived mid morning and completed the job in under an hour. He was friendly and expedient wasting no time finishing the job. Since we live quite far from their shop they gladly did the work at our home. Were very pleased with the service they provided and would not hesitate to follow-up with them if we have any other needs. Gladly recommend them to others.

Horrible company! I had a small rock chip in my brand new 2017 car and thought I should get it fixed before any further damage was caused. This company has great reviews ( not sure why) so I called them. They came to my place of business and did the repair, the tech came in, didnt say anything just handed me the paper to sign ( i was with customers) so I signed the paper and he left. About an hour later I walked out to look at the repair and was furious! It looks worse than the initial damage. There is a hole in my windshield and small cracks all around. I called the company and have had nothing but the run around for the last 3 days. Always saying the supervisor will call me back and blah blah blah. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Stay away they do horrible work. I was told the tech has 20years experience, well look at the picture and tell me that looks like 20 years of experience and quality workmanship.

The installer was pretty creepy. Glad I was there and not just my wife. They did a terrible job cleaning up the broken glass and when they were done the liftgate would not latch. There was a piece of broken glass in the mechanism. The window looked nice though.

Went through the process to ensure that I got the correct replacement windshield for my 2018 Subaru Impreza and waited a week for the technician to show up. So while I really appreciate that the technician told me that the replacement window did not match the original as the car is too new (model has only been out for a year!) and the rear view mirror height was significantly different, I dont appreciate that I wasted a week waiting on their service, not to mention that their price was over 20% higher than a major competitor.5 Stars to the Technician. 1 Star to Cascade Auto Glass...typical bait and switch!

Frustrating and overpriced. I contacted Cascade Auto Glass to replace two broken windows after a break-in. Initially, I was put off by the attitude of the representative who quoted me an exorbitant price for the replacement. After informing her that I would be paying out of pocket, she lowered the price slightly and emailed a quote. I responded to her email and asked when it could be scheduled and received no response, followed up the next day and again received no response. I decided to reach out to another local company and was quoted literally half the price. Best part is they were able to do the work the very next day! Take your business elsewhere; Cascade Auto Glass doesnt deserve it.
