I drove all the way from Portland, and let me tell you that these guys are worth the drive (3 hrs each way for me). Couldn’t be any happier with the service and product.I doubt that you can get this kind of service at the big name companies.Money well spent.

I called them about replacing our windshield and was able to get scheduled within 24 hours.We arrived at the time scheduled and work began immediately.Colt was like an artist and really seemed to enjoy it. It is quite a process and he has been doing it for over 20 years. He also answered all my questions.The charge was exactly what they estimated. It was Very Reasonable! Colt is the freakin man. Top quality, professional, experienced, and excellent customer service. This is a the best place in Bend without a doubt. Had my appt in 24 hours, they worked through the insurance with me, Colt was ready to go when I arrived and got immediately to work. This cat is experienced and knows what hes doing. Worked around my Jeeps rack system and got it completed in less than an hour, and it was not an easy job. Plus they got me Gorilla glass. I wouldnt go anywhere else and would recommend this outfit to anyone.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BREAKAWAYI took my truck in for a new back window. The tech broke the frame of my childs safety seat and tried to fix it with masking tape and hide the damage until I was out of the shop. The total disregard for my childs safety and the despicable action of not telling me about the damage is morally corrupt at best and criminally negligent perhaps, we will follow up. I made calls asking for owner to respond without response. If your care about the safety of your family and expect your personal property to be treated with respect....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BREAKAWAYAbsolutely horrible people....Christians?

I would not recommend getting your windshield replaced by this company. I replaced my windshield by this company a year and a half ago and it already got a crack in it. I called and they said they did not fix chips in windshields. Breakaway glass gave me a number to call who could fix it and the other company said they couldnt help. I called breakaway glass back and asked if they could fix a crack. They told me it couldnt be fixed and I would have to replace the whole windshield, $300 replacement fee and that they cant guarantee cracks or chips. But it only has been a year and a half and new glass should not have cracked within that time.

Had my Saab windshield replaced, they did a wonderful job.

Very disappointed. They do not guarantee all their workmanship as the website claims. We bought a used car from our friends who had replaced the windshield here about a year and a half ago. The windshield seal is faulty and is leaking water into the car. Break Away Glass Co. wont warranty the work if you arent the original customer and the woman on the phone was rude and unpleasant. Worst auto repair experience in years which is saying a lot. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Im upset about the customer service Breakaway glass has, they tell youwhen a job is suppose to be done and they dont keep to there word.The owner Allen Mahaney is responsible for this, i spoke to him personallyand he agreed, but did not follow thru.Then i do a little homework and it turns out every other shower door and window job this guy does leaks or is serviced wrong...If your going to portray a certain work ethic,then follow thru.
