We were referred to B & D Glass for a leak in our RV windshield. Larry was VERY informative and explained what can cause this issue. He then fixed the issue without having to remove the windshield and did not charge us for their great service. We will use B & D Glass for any future issues. Thanks so much!

Have used them many times and they were always professional going beyond expectations. Since this pandemic they have found it hard to get glass for most cars and trucks, most people are ok with waiting for the correct glass, they know it will be right.

Re: Front windshield replacement on a 2013 Mini Cooper S.After my last front windshield replacement at a different shop, the two front, lower, plastic panels located on the exterior of my car (under the windshield wipers) no longer mated up. I assumed the clips fatigued on my aging 2013 car. After B and D replaced my front windshield today, the front panels lined up seamlessly. They fixed what was likely a fairly simple issue through their quality installation of the glass. Not only that, the complicated panel gaskets were carefully tucked back in to their proper minute recesses, showing a careful eye for detail. I had a positive, timely, and seamless experience with B&D and recommend their work.

Amazing service! New customer to B&D. I noticed on a road trip that the upper portion of my windshield trim had come undone and was flapping in the wind (This is not a truck they have worked on or ever seen up to this point). I called B&D to see if they could reseal it. I stopped in late on a Friday, and not only did they squeeze me into their busy afternoon, but they resealed the trim, and sent me on my way at no charge.Its rare to find a glass (ANY) shop that so confidently works with their customers needs and provides service quickly and with a hometown smile. I will definitely be using their services in the future.I was not paid for this review, but I was provided outstanding service from B&D.

I had a great experience here. My windshield was leaking and was ruining my brand new headliner so I needed it fixed fast. They were able to get me in a few days after my call. A POS shop told me it would be $450 to fix. This shop sealed up some pinholes at the top of the window and sent me on my way. I am very appreciative of quality and trustworthy shops.

I cant recommend this business enough for its fairness, customer service and quality of work. The first two times I had an issue for which I sought its help, I was not charged. The issues were minor and addressed quickly, and I presume the business figured it hadnt earned payment.My most recent visit was caused by an exterior door handle that broke. When I called asking if that was something the shop could fix, I was also directed to an auto parts store where I could get a replacement part - and this was before I had committed to getting the work done there. In other words, the customer service representative was happy to get me started on my own repair, had I chosen that route (which I didnt).The charge for replacing the exterior handle - which involves removing the interior door panel, so its not a three- or four-minute job - was $35. I expected to have to pay about four or five times that.B&D Auto Glass will continue to get my service.

This business is an exemplary model of the honest, dependable, and reliable way of providing high quality service to the community. Time and time again they have delivered a product with great customer service. They are knowleable and helpful to any project requiring glass and acccesrories. They stand behind their work and will make sure your needs are met. Recently I needed to replace a cracked glass door insert that they previously replaced for me a couple of years ago. They replaced it at their cost and made sure the fit was right.

Great people, great experience. Caught a rock on the windshield coming down from Portland. I was able to swing by within the hour and they fixed it immediately with zero wait. Prices were also cheaper than other places I called around Bend that couldn’t get to it until the next day. Couldn’t be better!

These are the only guys Id trust to do automotive glass in Bend. I have had them do 5 windshields in different cars and they always did a great job. Never had any problems! I even got to watch them do the work once. Very interesting process. At least to me!

I brought in my 87 4-Runner that needed a new windshield after I rolled it. There was some body damage, so the other quotes I had gotten were around $1000. The 2 ladies in the front office were friendly and accommodating, and the guys in the back were able to get in a new windshield in in just a few hours. Could not be more stoked on my experience with this business! They did a great job and saved me over $700!

My passenger side window had come out of its track and they quoted me $75 + parts. I got in in less than 1 week and they fixed it in a hurry. My bill was only $40. Will recommend them and use them again. Very friendly staff.

I do not recommend them to replace windows on your car. They do seem very nice but they broke the panel that has all the controls on it on the door. They didn’t fix it before they gave me back my car, instead they just pushed the panel in place and when I brought the car back, they glued the post they broke and it wasent even done correctly let alone gluing a part that was not broke to begin with.they knew they broke it when they were screwing the panel back together because they used the wrong screw on it. They told me the actuator on the window was broke and I think they broke it.

Highly recommend these guys. Have helped me out a couple of times. Went above and beyond.

These folks spent 2 days looking for a second hand passenger door window for my 27 year old Toyota Previa. Finally found one and installed for a very moderate price. I think they deserve 6 stars. Another big firm here in Bend told me no new windows were available. When I asked about checking wrecking yards, they said, I suppose you could do that, and then find someone to install it. They were clearly not interested in my business.

Replaced my windshield just 2 years and 4 months ago, called them up, as there is a huge crack inside the windshield, cant feel it from the outside or inside, so it is not from a rock etc... They only warranty the glass for 1 yr. Just FYI, may have to replace these every couple years... Seems like inferior product is used, and customer service/standing behind their product is lacking...
