I am truly amazed with these guys. They took care of my truck when I needed it even though it was a last minute request. Their service and communication were excellent and they even went above and beyond to help me settle my insurance claim. Highly recommended!

Like another reviewer mentioned, I would strongly suggest getting a quote before dropping your car off. They tried to charge me a $250 diagnostic fee to tell me my brakes were bad and I needed a new cabin air filter. As a fairly new car owner, I had no idea what to expect, but several more experienced men in my life were pretty shocked at that number. I was told that $250 was for an hour on the brakes and an hour on the AC, which, per their website, they diagnose for free. The extra hour would have been more reasonable if they had looked into the suspension like Id asked. They did waive the AC hour after I pressed and mentioned the reaction of the two car guys I consulted. So, idk, ladies, bring back up. I wound up taking the repairs elsewhere to save another $475.

Mike, the owner, was amazing to work with. We were on our way out of town hauling our trailer and both kids in the back on a Friday afternoon. 10 miles out of town we had an oil pressure sensor fail. I called almost every shop in town to see if someone could check the oil pressure levels. When I spoke to Mike he told me they were booked up but he would make time for us if we pulled in front of his shop. They diagnosed the problem and had a part within 20 mins. An hour later we were back on the road with the kids for our first camping trip of the season. Thank you to Mike and his team for keeping the locally owned service that we all admire in our beautiful town.

My car was running rough on my way to tri cities. Stopped at Bend Auto Care and he diagnosed and fixed my car in 3 hours and got me back on the road, the day before Xmas Eve. Saved me an even bigger headache and rental car fees. My small family is very grateful. Fabulous customer service!!!

I wanted to update my previous review based on my most recent great experience. We took our car in for trouble starting and of course the issues ran deeper and turned out to be computer related. The owner Michael took time to learn how to fix the computer programming issues. For someone to take the time to help my family get our vehicle back in a time of need meant a lot to us. Absolutely honest and helpful. They were willing to get me in the day I made the appointment, were timely, and made sure I understood what they were checking. Definitely recommend this center, they’ve been in business a long time, probably due to the owner’s integrity.

I was traveling through with a/c issues and they made the effort to diagnose my issue . They had the knowledge to quickly discover what the problem was. Even though I had a limited experience with the shop (but I have a lot of experience in the automotive realm) I would highly recommend this shop. I could see that their great attitude and professionalism comes directly from the owner.

I came in a few weeks ago looking for Jeremy. I was told he was no longer working at bend auto care. I know Jeremy personally and was able to get a hold of his number and found out that he opened his own place. As I expected, after bringing my car to his shop called First Rate Automotive, he took care of me generously. I am so happy for him and his wife that they were able to open their own place I will be bringing my vehicles to him at his new shop from now on I highly recommend using Jeremy for your car repair. I put a three star rating because they will be lacking with Jeremy gone.

I found this place by accident trying to find another place. Im so glad I did Jeremy was so helpful in explaining what was going on with my car and helping me get everything fixed! I own a Volvo and the parts are not cheap, but I walked away happy with the service and the prices! He has a lot of knowledge when it comes to foreign cars. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Good service, pretty quick. Not the cheapest prices but I want my car fixed not duct taped. And not the most expensive. Basically on the low end for the high quality and good customer service.

I couldnt even get through a three basic questions over the phone that should have taken us about 3 minutes total just like the other phones calls. Answers seemed reluctantly offered to me, or didnt get answers at all. Im a single family on a budget. I am shopping around trying to find the best deal, and the most convenient, and I explained this after I was questioned.Unfortunately I was told I was asking too many questions after 3 questions, yep 3. I was told that I sounded like a survey business after I asked may I get a quote before service is started, and an idea of how long until I would have back my vehicle.Two stars at least, because 1. I do not personally know this business, and 2. I am fair and understand that it may have just been a terribly off day for this gentleman.

Honest and timely

Poor customer service. Owner was extremely rude and seemed to like the sound of his own voice. Also employs a guy who has had 4 DUIs jeremy i think was his name. So the guy who you have working on my car and driving it doesnt have a license? Not in my car.

Best mechanic to work with. Honest guy.

Was told to show up with car as early as possible, and the owner didnt even bother to come to work in time. I waited for a half hour. When I called, he told me I should have known to leave the keys and drop off the car, without him knowing what to do at all. Then he proceeded to complain about how the whole ordeal wasted 3 hours of HIS time. This guy is very unprofessional and rude in my opinion.
