Thorough, trustworthy service. Dell gives your car the old fashioned lube, oil, and filter service. Even lubed all the hinges and checked the tire pressure! Hes a gem.

Usually you go into a repair shop assuming they will rip you off. When i go in here, this guy is so awesome I worry that I might be wasting HIS time and I feel like i should pay him more. Not kidding. He is what we wish ALL mechanics were like.

I have never had an experience at an auto body shop where I didnt walk away feeling taken advantage of. Dells honest and kind approach blew me out of the water. Not only did he explain to me everything he did (that other mechanics Ive gone to clearly never bothered to do), he also explained to me in detail what was wrong with the vehicle, where I should go to get it fixed, how much I should expect it to cost, and why it was important.
