They changed the oil in my car and topped of other fluids checked the tires.Washed the windows and vacuumed.I am happy

The service center is professional, super friendly, and they set a high standard for customer care. Ive worked in customer service for decades and RJ wins a gold medal ! He was in communications with us on a regular basis during the entire time our car was in for repairs. In addition, we used one of their hassle free loaner cars which was an amazing car to drive! I am a cheerleader for the fantastic service and sincere concern for their clients. We appreciate all of you!
OMG. Everyone was so excellent. Id have to say Justin is my favorite because he is always so helpful and ready for me. There is never a bad experience there. And my loaner cars -- makes me want to update my current cute vehicle. Absolutely go to Nissan Service Center.
I received a wordy nice reply from the dealer regarding my 2 star review. They charged me over 600.00 on diagnostics parts and labor that did not fix the problem. The fox was changing the battery in my FOB.The reply was a poor attempt at PR. They have my email info along with phone and could have contacted me directly without posting a PR statement here. I have also called to speak with service mgmt 3 times to speak about the issue only to be put into voice mail. No one ever paged service mgmt to take the call.
I took my car in for a service before I started a long road trip, my mileage was around 26,000. I was told I needed a new transmission which was covered but would take up to a month, possibly longer to repair because getting parts has been difficult. I understand nobody but covid is to blame for this, however when I voiced my shock and advised them that I was leaving town in a week and I couldnt wait a month without a car I was left in the waiting area for over 30 minutes wondering what was happening, finally I went and asked why I was sitting there feeling ignored. There was no answer and I was given the same information, they gave me a really nice loner for 5 days. I wondered how I was going to survive without a car for a month living 10 miles from a grocery store. Anyway I traded my car, I loved that car. I bought a Honda and when the salesman went with me to unload the Altima the car was able to be driven, my thought was that if the transmission had been taken apart to find which part needed to be ordered how come it was drivable 4 days later ? Ive loved this dealership in the past but this was a horrible experience.
I called in with a warning light from my Nissan connect app.. which was a serious warning. Rj and crew fit me in on a busy day when the next service appointment wasn’t for a few days. I was offered a loaner truck while they Diagnosed my trucks issue… it wasn’t but a few hours and they had completed the diagnosis and got my truck back on the road. I had a great experience with RJ and the service crew, being able to get me in ASAP was really appreciated and couldn’t speak more highly of the service.

Chenal from sales helped us when we visited she was amazing in every way I would recommend her 100%, she made sure we were taken care of, the reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the finance department did not explain things in detail and I had to ask about monthly payment etc. Otherwise they were just trying to get us sign things quickly

Stopped to check out some vehicles and ended up driving off the lot with a 2003 Nissan Murano. Love the car and the salesman was great.
Manager kept interrupting my conversation with the sales rep to ask questions then I had to follow up with them when they didnt reach out to me.
Professional mechanics, communication can be improved on, though.
