AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! We went into Land Rover Bellevue after previous stellar customer service from them. We were actually returning to pick up our license plates for the vehicle we just bought. We were in negotiations for a new used car and they initially raised the price by $500, which was disappointing enough, but we specifically asked for clarification and they stated that was the price for the car minus the taxes. We actually asked twice and was given the same answer - but when it came to actually purchasing the car they refused to honor their price and added doc fees, license fees, and taxes (which we were fine with the added taxes). So I guess a couple hundred dollars was worth Land Rover Bellevue to lose a customer for life. We have a Land Rover, and were purchasing another Land Rover, I’m certain they would have made back any potential losses in service fees from us over the next year or so. All in all they raised the price of the vehicle 27% from the agreed price, I’m not sure what happened to building good rapport and customer loyalty. For us it’s not really about the price - it’s about the principle and not feeling like you got ripped off when you drive off the lot. I was willing to accept a few car washes or an oil change so we could leave the dealership in good standing. I wish them best of luck in their future endeavors, but I’m not spending another penny there ever.

The service here is beyond even the lofty expectations for Jaguar, Land Rover. I had an emergency situation and Alina got me up and running again within a day even though they were fully booked already. I was worried going to the dealer would be overly expensive, but the owner had recently created a program to get competitive with independent shops for older used models. So I got the amazing best in class service and perks that go with Jaguar service but at a reasonable price comparable to a basic shop. Highly recommend going to this dealer.

What a fantastic experience! Ive never been treated like I have been at both the Bellevue and Lynnwood locations. David Payne was my sales person. I wanted to look at 2 vehicles, starting in Lynnwood. After taking a test drive, We drove down to Bellevue and tested the other vehicle I was interested in. David took time to go over every detail of the car and explain my trade in process. No pressure, no guilt. I decided on the car in Bellevue, so we finished up the deal there. Im having some upgrading done on the car, so they gave me a brand new Land Rover Discovery to use as a loaner until my car was finished. David has called or texted me the last 2 days to inform me of the progress. I will always go back there and work with David!

Customer service in the SERVICE area has not been its normal A+, I would say maybe a solid C at our last service. I always make it clear that I am driving close to 3 hours - 1 way to get my annual service. This is the second service in a row when they inform me that they might not have time to do the proper upgrade that is due. This last service, she informs me that it may take 2-4 days to complete the scheduled upgrade of my entertainment system and that the rental car only is good for 2 days .... and I already drove 3 hours - 1 way to bring it in, so therefore I had to schedule another trip within the month to finish the service and stay a few days (at my own expense). Not very informative and not very professional.

We had an excellent experience with Randy and wouldnt change anything about our buying experience. The Jaguar Land Rover team has definitely made a great impression on our family. Randy understood what we were looking for and our budget and helped us find the perfect car. I never once felt pressured to make a decision or go in a direction that wasnt in our best interest. He was the upmost professional! I will be recommending your dealership and specifically Randy to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car.

Buyers beware. If warranty is important to you, u would no longer recommend buying a Land Rover. We had a good experience with our car and warranty up until the last time. Even though our vehicle completely died while driving it the dealership says their new policy is to only provide a rental car for two days max. I could understand this if it was something minor such as a radio issue but the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership. It warranty would have worked out to only being in the shop two days to identify and fix but the entire first day the vehicle wasnt even looked at. So now since I had a rental for 3 days they want me to pay for anything over the new two day policy. This doesnt sound like a luxury brand to me!

Just bought my 3rd car from Alec at Land Rover Bellevue. As expected, everything went great. I live 1.5 hours away and passed another Land Rover to buy from LR Bellevue. They dont call back, they are not responsive and everytime I actually get a live person they want me to go do something different to try to figure out if the key is in the car or not! I am so frustrated!

Working with Jaguar of Bellevue was the best car buying experience Ive had. I went in for a test drive and they had the car all ready for me and let me take it out on my own. Afterwards, there was no pressure and they were very honest with me. I actually left the dealership and came back later to buy the car. I worked with Sam in Sales and Jeff in Finance. They were both super helpful and made the process very easy.

Avoid this service center! They are not paying me back for the rental coverage cost that they carelessly charged on my credit card. Its been almost 3 months since I was promised that they will fix it, which never happened. I cant count how many times I have called Enterprise and service center. I dropped them a call today again and a person picked up the phone and blamed me its your business with Enterprise without knowing/asking any details about the issue. The person doesnt let me connect to the manager saying the manager has no phone contact. I will never ever come to this service center again!

In March of 2021, my husband purchased me my dream car. Due to a “unfortunate incident” the car I received was not functioning properly. Less than 2 weeks into ownership it was already in the shop for the second time. This obviously wasn’t the experience I expected from a new vehicle, so I turned to the dealership’smanagement/owner in hopes of finding an ally in this “unfortunate incident”. Instead I was met with bullies dressed as businessmen, using gaslighting tactics to force us to agree to their “act of goodwill”. After their attempts to bully me into a situation where I no longer had a vehicle to get my children to and from school I felt like I had no options left, so I filed a complaint with the attorney general. They used this point to start a smear campaign against me alleging that I was trying to make money off of this situation. But in reality, the only thing I ever wanted was a functional vehicle that I paid for.Fast forward 2 months, with no help from the dealership we had secured a replacement vehicle. After 6 weeks of driving, the same error as my first vehicle appeared. Having no other local options, I tried to schedule the warranty work only to be met with the answer that they were refusing to service my vehicle. Once again, feeling like my consumer rights were being infringed upon, I filed another complaint with the attorney general. Their response continued the smear campaign with unfounded claims accusing me of having nefarious intentions and concocting this whole rouse. But still, the only thing I wanted was a functional vehicle to reliably get my children to and from school.Their service paperwork touts “100% Customer Satisfaction”. But when met with an unsatisfied customer, instead of helping me they simply blacklisted me. I guess it’s easier to boast about customer satisfaction when you blacklist anybody who is unsatisfied.

The sales experience at LR Bellevue is top notch, however the service department is horrible to work with. My car was returned not only once, but twice with damage that they needed to correct two weeks in a row. They were nice about it, BUT it is not worth the hassle to deal with this dealership nor Land Rover. Thankfully I was able to sell my car for over MSRP and move on from Land Rovers.

Couldn’t be more impressed by the recent service experience provided by Robyn and the Team at Bellevue Land Rover.I had a gear shifter issue crop up 2 days before a planned family road trip - car was undriveable.I had it towed to Bellevue Land Rover and called to explain my situation - they didn’t have the part and it needed to come from the East coast - so they called around and found one at another dealer with less of a time crunch and got that one and I was on my way in less than 24 hours. Shady sales practices. Huge markups over MSRP because of market conditions that arent disclosed up front. I looked at a pre-owned vehicle (I repeat, pre-owned) that they are asking 10k over original MSRP for, while simultaneously low-balling a trade-in well below KBB trade value. Honestly, I already ordered a Tesla, but came into the Jaguar dealership to satiate an itch about their Range Rovers and drove home with one. I never thought Id become part of the Jaguar Land Rover family - but I was converted by the quality of the vehicles and the friendly no hassle purchase environment the sales representatives created. Made a visit to Land Rover of Bellevue to just test drive but ended up purchasing the Velar. Thanks to their wonderful salesman - Rob. He was very warm and friendly during the interaction. He showed us multiple vehicles in detail, checked if we want to test drive all of them. When it came to pricing, he provided really good trade in value for our car (something that the previous representative did not when we had walked in couple of weeks back to purchase a Jaguar) and good discount on the MSRP. The price was really good and helped us complete the entire procedure in a very short time. Would really recommend Rob for anyone looking to make a visit to Land Rover.

Had my brakes and pads changed there. After driving off the lot, the abs brake lights turned on. Dealer checked it out, gave a rental car, got charged for the rental car and found nothing wrong with the car. Brake lights came back on, reached out to the advisor and no response. Spent a lot of money on this service and going forward I will be going elsewhere.

Me and my wife were looking to trade-in our 2017 Jeep Cherokee and upgrade to something a bit more luxury. This is the 1st place we stopped at and we were initially looking at the Jaguar F-Paces. Turns out the size is the same as our Jeep was, and we were hoping to go just a bit bigger, but NOT full size SUV. Randy saw us out on the lot and approached us. And immediately I felt zero sales pressure, which is something I was not expecting. He showed us a gently used 2017 Land Rover Discovery HSE (Certified Pre-Owned) with only 11k miles on it! Which had a great price tied to it. We told Randy that we were in the process of shopping around and were not ready to pull the sales trigger just yet. Randy also introduced me to his associate Robb, in the event that we came back and Randy wasnt there.After shopping around, the next day I went in to test drive it and being a luxury vehicle naturally it drove great! I told Randy I would talk with my wife (She wasnt with me that time) and reach back out to him. After talking with my wife I went back the next day to begin the negotiation process. We reached an agreed price for both the Land Rover Discovery and my Jeep Cherokee trade-in. The sales process moved quite fast and two hours later I was driving away in my new ride! (versus the nine hours I spent at the Jeep dealership in 2017)I just wanna say that both Randy Clausen and Robb Russell, treated me really great and both get 5 stars and my stamp of approval! Ive always dreamed of owning a Land Rover Defender. I cant tell you how excited I was to finally purchase my 2021 Defender. Within 24 hours of ownership, it was back in the dealers shop and has been the worse car buying experience of my life. A real nightmare. Going on day 5 of ownership and the dealerships shop is the worse. I so regret this decision. I traded in my 2013 Toyota FJ which I owned for 9 years and never had an issue with. And the Toyota Service Center was a 5 star service compared to this service center. The Defender has been in the shop since Monday. I purchased it on the Saturday before, you do the math. I would expect a premier dealership and its shop to provide a premier level of service. Far from it! I got far more respect and service from my former dealership and I paid 1/3 the price for what the Defender cost me. Just shows, higher price doesnt mean high quality or service.Good news, the GM to ownership of all my issues and addressed them completely. They replaced my Defender with another one with the same package. So far Im satisfied with my resolution.

Zoran was very relaxed in his approach, with absolutely no pushy sales techniques, which we really appreciated. Although they do not specialize in the Lexus RX 350, he did learn the car so he could educate us about it. This was in their used car lot, and their primary vehicles are Jaguars and Land Rovers. He also accommodated us having our little dog along by taking good care of her during our test drive.The only downside is they do not tell you to go to this other location and Waze does not have their updated location, so it took us longer to find it. They are remodeling so this is a temporary operation here on 116th Ave NE in Bellevue.The signing process was very smooth, and we only had to wait a couple of hours for the oil change and setting up our documents once we decided to purchase.

This is a review for the sales side of the dealership.Zoran Bosiljkic is wonderful and so easy to work with. I send an email to the dealership inquiry about new 2020 E-Pace within half hour Amber texted me and connect me with Zoran. I told Zoran what I was looking for he was able to find me a 2020 E-Pace checker flag edition with only 3000 miles on it. It is dealership loaner car for only few months. Within 2 hours we scheduled a test drive. I didn’t think was gonna be that fast. Once we arrived at the dealership we had a great time with Zoran he showed me two different car and showed me side by side the difference and which one would be a better deal. So after test drive Zoran showed us the trade in value and it was higher than the true car value.We were gonna go test drive Audi and BMW and check another dealership but the experience with Zoran was so wonderful so we decided to get the Jaguar right there and then.Finance was very easy too. Natalie Orrell is very pleasant to work with.I will definitely recommend my friends to Jaguar Bellevue.

Horrible overall experience. My 16 y/o son purchased a 2012 LR2 last week and the sales process was good until we found out that we were misinformed about the condition of the brakes on the vehicle. I have the dealerships service report in which new front brakes were recommended but not done because some manager decided that their customers safety was not worth the minimal cost to the dealership. There reasoning was that they were within legal tolerance. However, my son took his new car to a brake specialist a few days later and they said the front inner brakes were at less than 10% and the rotors were completely bad.I contacted the dealership to give them an opportunity to fix there intentional or unintentional safety error and they have refused by providing many excuses. Obviously customer loyalty or experience does not matter. I was actually planning on purchasing a new vehicle from them but after how they treated my 16 y/o their true colors came out. I will be buying my new car from another dealer that appreciates their customers and has some integrity.Great lesson to teach a first time car buyer on how corrupt and misleading car dealerships can be. So new vehicle for him and it is now costing him an additional $650 to repair what should of been done by the dealership.My recommendation is to find another dealership because this one is unethical, potentially fraudulent and can not be trusted even when there is written documentation. One would expect more from this brand but because the brand speaks high end does not mean the management or staff do.

Inquired about purchasing a 1988 BMW 325i. From the looks the car is amazing. Now they would not let me buy the car with out a Pre Purchase Inspection was done because I am out of state. The car looked so good online I didnt think it needed one. We priced the car at $20,000 and I had Strickley BMW do the inspection. It came back very bad. Mod was found throughout the whole car, damage to the frame, transmission leaks, oil leaks, rear shock mounts broken, brake ABS system dismantled and much much more I have all pictures and report of this inspection. In fact there was sitting water in the glove box and rear of the car in the truck and around the battery. I immediately informed Jaguar of Bellevue and no one got back to me. I told there the car needs a lot of work and the best I could offer was $5000 because of the work that will needed to be done. Because of the mold I even mentioned I would sign an as is clause. Ive reached out to them now 3 times and no one has called me back. I sent the email to Randy and Alec and Ive sent text messages to Alec. I am astonished that a dealer such as this would turn a blind eye to this and not want to just off load the car and keep the reputation. This is a warning to anyone looking at this car to please do due diligence it needs a lot of work.

I have to give all thumbs (and fingers) up to the folks at Land Rover/Jaguar in Bellevue. I showed up to look at a used Tesla for sale. The car was cleaned top to bottom, plugged in fully charged-ready to go.I was greeted by Simon, who I had spoken with the day before, who was very pleasant, polite and nice to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured into buying the car. I was asked if Id like to test drive the vehicle, which no other dealership had offered up before on a similar model. After a short test drive, matters were discussed, and I was offered more trade-in value on my Mercedes than anyone else prior. I also negotiated a fair deal on the Tesla as they came down in price, considerably than what I expected. Deal....done! I cant say enough about the first-rate staff and overall quality of my experience. Its nice to show up and have a pleasurable experience and drive away knowing I made the right decision. I would definitely recommend a visit to them. BTW..I am not a paid spokesman for this review, rather someone that gives credit where credit is due.

Super easy process. I already had an idea of 3 models I was Interested in, and called ahead to make sure someone was available to help. Demo vehicles set up seamlessly for me to test drive, and someone was always around to help progress to the next step. Had a trade in, that was valued pretty quickly, and got through finance efficiently. Given it was a very busy day there, I found The process collaborative, no one tried to upsell, and the car was detailed and ready to go by the end of my time there. Our journey started with finding a pre-owned car on eBay that the dealership was offering. When I phoned the dealership to get more info they were very forthcoming with more information, sincere about what they didnt know and happy to get more details. This was a bait and switch experience for me. Over a period of a week, three different salespeople told me my car was going to be bought for 30,000. This review is for both sales and the service department. First let me say, sales associate Zoran Bosiljkic was a real pleasure to deal with. For the first time in my life, I actually enjoyed my car buying experience. I went in there without much knowledge about Land Rover and Zoran was able to listen to my needs and steer me towards the perfect low miles 2018 Range Rover that checked all the boxes, and was a great price with no haggling.Fast forward 36hrs later, and the car had a small software SNAFU. Despite being fully booked and no loaners, (and despite my grumpy attitude) Eric Tyukalo in service put up with me, and somehow got my car on the schedule and even managed to have a loaner waiting for me before I arrived- all in under 30 minutes notice. When I picked up my SUV the issue was fixed, my car had been cleaned inside and out, and Eric was even able to get a software add-on I wanted installed. Its customer service like this that will keep me a customer of this dealer for all my future car purchases. Thanks again Zoran and Eric.

Never really had a chance to visit the service Center until the lid for the charging point stopped working. That thing took 4 days of the car kept at the service to find that a part is missing and that it had to be ordered so I would have to come other day. Told about a car paint coming out on its own but that also did not get fixed. Had to unnecessarily spend $100 on car rental insurance (Jag provides car rental but does not cover insurance). Went back after two months to get the lid fixed and again told about the paint. No communication received on car getting ready. Had to call in again several times to talk to the service rep but could not get to speak. Dropped several SMSes but no response. Checked another day only to be told that the car is ready but the service rep was out of office (so I was not informed). Checked the car, lid got fixed but the paint coming off still remains and is getting worse by the day. Hope Jag puts more efforts in hearing and addressing customer concerns.

I will say that the staff is amazing, the service representatives are incredible with keeping you apprised of updates and making sure you are taken care of. However, on more then one occasion my vehicle has needed to stay longer than anticipated for one reason or another. I did receive loaners or was offered transportation so they were good about that. But it is frustrating the length service seems to take.

Probably the worst car buying experience in my life!!! These guys make a bunch of empty promises, and in the end, the customer pays the price. I purchased a 2015 Lexus LX from them and it has been a nightmare, BUYER BEWARE!!! I would recommend STAYING AWAY from this dealership or hiring a third party for a complete inspection. I was sold this vehicle from the back lot. It was a fresh trade-in; Sergey informed the car would be detailed, and go through the inspection phase in the next couple days. Since it was raining I didnt spend a lot of time looking at the car from the outside, I went on a drive with the salesman Sergey everything seemed fine, and I signed the papers without taking delivery of the vehicle. I was contacted by Sergey in a couple of days to come and pick up the car; I addressed the issue with the paint on the car it looked very dull, he assured me everything is fine. Next day the sun came out, and the car just looked horrible in the sunshine, I went back to Land Rover of Bellevue, Sergey, and Dario who is the manager at the dealership both agreed the paint looks terrible. Dario had a solution to upgrade me to an 80 thousand dollar Range Rover after I told him Im not interested, and I wanted out of the deal and would like my traded truck back he told me they already sold it.Dario told me to give him a week, or so he can find me another Lexus, Ive reached out to Dario after a week and was unsuccessful in getting a hold of him. I kept calling Sergey, and after a few days calling them, Sergey informed me to stop contacting them because they cant talk to me anymore because of COVID-19.My brand new car that I purchased sat in the driveway and I kept making payments to the bank for months now, without getting any help from this dealership I took the car to a body shop and paid out of pocket to get the whole car repainted. I dont know how these guys can ethically sell a car in this type of condition and not disclose anything to a customer. So STAY AWAY from them or have someone else inspect the vehicle you are buying from Rang Rover of Bellevue because you cant trust them.

Zoran gave me and my husband outstanding customer service. He was very patient with me explaining the different vehicles I liked. He was never pushing a sale, he was sincere, and thoughtful. This experience was like no other weve experienced at other car dealerships. Then, I came back with my husband and once again, Zoran helped us decide on the vehicle we wanted, explaining the different options for financing, very very tactful. The team there is exceptional. Michael trained us on the technical part, and was so sincere, fun and knowledgeble. They really care about their vehicles and their customers. They are not pretentious or fake. They are all dedicated to the Land Rover vehicles and it shows through their passion. I dont think I will ever go back again to buying another brand! This rating is for the service department. I had a very negative experience with my initial visit to the service department of this dealership. I bought a brand new car here, XJL collection and my advisor was terrible, rude, confrontational and tried to cover up damage.I had spoken with the sales manager who was involved in my purchase, which went flawlessly. He apologized for the interaction and the issue and would address it. Fast forward to approximately 8 months later for its first service, which is included in a purchase for a brand new vehicle. I scheduled the first service almost 30 days out and called twice the week before to confirm that it would be a wait with the vehicle, not a drop off since it was a basic for service, mainly an oil change and a filter change.Any customers time is valuable, whether they are retired or every minute to every hour can be broken down to a dollar loss when wasted. I fall in the latter category so I am sitting here furious that not only was my appointment put down correctly, there was no apology and no attempt to rectify the situation other than saying you have to reschedule for another time. I am absolutely unimpressed with this service department in every way. Management of this department needs to read reviews like this, mine is not the only one. Address your customers correctly or you will lose them.

Good service, kept me advised of the progress. Sadly, they dont have a car loaner program, when other comparable cars, BMW, MB, Lexus etc. give loaner cars, so thats a ding against Land Rover. When you spend over $100,000 on a car and bring it to the dealership, thats a least you would expect from the car company.
