My old Volvo S60 died and was able to get a 11 year newer model with Definitive. They were helpful and even assisted in dropping off the car for a secondary inspection (They had one performed, but Im more cautious when spending a large amounts of money). The whole purchase went smoothly. I did have an odd issue involving the keys provided. However, they worked with me to correct the issue, so Ill definitely check what they are carrying if I ever need another car.

I did my research online. I knew the car I wanted and the fair price. I found my vehicle here via Craigslist. I did some quick email q&a with Fred and got the car I wanted. The buying process was super simple. Patric was great in finance. The car was fairly priced so I didnt need to negotiate. The car was clean and problem free and Im a satisfied customer. Id recommend and say the online positive reviews helped me feel confident and matches my experience.I would rate 5 but there were two things that came up that kept it from being perfect and Ill say I have high standards to give a 5.1. The car was only half a tank when I bought it. I would have liked it to be full, especially when paying cash for a car.2. There was a clog in the AC drain that caused some water to overflow in the passenger side (this is common on my type of vehicle I guess) I had to fix upon arriving home. This really wasnt something I can blame them for on a used car, but it was a hassle to dry out the car and I guess the inspection missed it. Overall, I cleared the clog, dried the carpet and Im happy.Overall, very good used car experience. Fair price. Nice guys who were sleazy.

Found the specific car model we were looking for @Definitive Motors through CarGuru. Called to make sure the car was available and that we could get in to test drive (appointments reqd w/ COVID safety efforts). Drove 1.5 hours to dealer and saw vehicle out front and keys waiting. Asking to move forward with purchase, was given honest and transparent information on vehicle pricing, vehicle history and a trade-in value. Agreed on numbers and wife and I were let go to grab lunch while paperwork was put together. After a 30 minute lunch we received a good-to-go text and spent another 20 minutes signing papers and getting the keys. Very smooth, honest and easy process. We will definitely look at Definitive Motors again in the future.

We discovered a week later that we had overlooked the fact that one of the back seat headrests was missing. We called our sales rep (Dru) and immediately he told us hed get us a new one asap, no haggling or argument. My husband said that no one hassled him while he was at the dealership, which was nice. During the purchase process, Dan and Patric were easy to work with. The paperwork process was slow—but that might have been due to the fact that we are out of state. Dan was more than happy to help me when I called with questions (even after the purchase of our car). There was some miscommunication with the car shipment and we didn’t find out it had been shipped until the day it was delivered to us. But the car got here safely and it was really nice to not have to arrange shipping—thanks to Definitive Motors. We are very happy with our car and would recommend them. I went here to test drive a car I was interested in only to be told that it sold that morning. This was after setting up an appointment and everything. The guy working behind the desk try to tell me he supposedly texted me that morning the car was sold. The people here have a rude vibe and the parking is horrendous.

Only 28,000 miles on a SUV that will go 200,000 miles. Definitive Motors did a better job of detailing the car and making it like new than both Lexus Dealerships in town. You are buying a luxury used car, not the dealerships luxury building.

Employees were polite and pleasant. You should know that I was not disappointed in any way. Sales was efficient, and the car was super detailed and as I hoped. While on the lot, I was very impressed by the quality and conditions of the cars on show. I appreciated their low-price no haggle policy. The price was very competitive and I didnt have to try to negotiate lower because it was already low, comparative to other dealers. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Definite Motors and Dru.

The word “fair” is not often associated with car dealerships, but it is for Definitive Motors. I was able to work with Patric on the purchase of my new-to-me 2016 BMW M3, and I truly believe he did what he could to get me the best price on both my trade in and the sale of the M3. We traded a lot of text messages and phone calls to work out the final deal. They are very firm on their “set pricing”, but we worked out some extras that made the deal work. The staff who I have interacted with have been helpful and pleasant. I love my new M3!

Details: I bought a car from Definitive Motors last month and I wanted to share my experience. First off, I am young and this is the first car I bought for myself. Second, the entire transaction took about 47 hours from test drive request to purchase. It all started when I found the car I was interested in on a Thursday night scrolling CarGurus. I messaged them through their website at 8pm asking for a test drive Friday afternoon, they responded within minutes confirming the time I asked for. I arrived the next day to take a look at the car. They let me look around the car, start it up and then I ask for the test drive. Back from the test drive, I sit down with Dan (sales rep) to talk through the car. I had taken a very good look at the car an noted all of its flaws that I could use to negotiate the price. I listed all of them and talked through my concerns with Dan. Then I gave him a -30% list price Low Ball offer. He didn’t bat an eye. To my surprise he instead asked me to email my list to him so that his manager could get the car “fixed” or at least try to repair a few of the scratches and dents I had found. I agree and then leave. The next day I’m snowboarding all day and I receive multiple updates on the cars status and what their team is doing to meet my needs. Then I get to their location at 4pm, re inspect the car talk through the fixes and sit down to make the deal. Though I wasn’t able to get them to move on the price, their list price was already very low 3K below KBB. They also didn’t give me an insane APR either so I was throughly impressed and pleased with my purchase.Personally I would go and buy another car from Definitive and would recommend everyone to check them out if you are looking for a barely used car.

I will never purchase another vehicle from them. Very poor customer service! Gee, I posted this review earlier today and they must have taken it down.In response to DM’s comment what they posted was not the whole truth. This is what happens when you run a shady business and don’t compensate the customer and do the right thing. I never asked to be reimbursed for 4 new tires. I replaced the tires because they were unsafe. The sales manager was the one who asked for a copy of the tire quote. I was being fair and asked to be reimbursed for two tires. After a month later, the GM gets in moves. I tried to contact him and his line was transferred to the sales people and sales manager, the same dishonest person I was dealing with the whole time. So when they finally did decide to reimburse for the tires in the amount of $500, they were forcing me to sign a “goodwill” form which has many stipulations on the customer. I, the customer, did not do anything wrong. However, DM did not se sit that way and making me look like the bad person. All I can say is best of luck to you because if you continue to do business they way you, your business will close down. So you all can have a nice life!

We had a very good experience with Definitive Motors. The whole process was relatively smooth, but took a VERY long time to finish up the paperwork. We ended up sitting in the office for a few hours waiting for bits and pieces of the financing to get figured out. We ended up having some hiccups with both my wife and I due to credit locks and ended up needing to come back the following day to finish the signing, but they were helpful through the entire process and we were happy with them.The office is pretty small, and sitting in there for a long period was rough with all the Covid concerns.

Super easy to buy my car but they gave me only one key upon purchase and one of the break taillights was out and didnt realize until I drove it home and someone told me. Not something you could see when test driving it but not something youd think theyd miss. Its just small things but they are a pain to buy and get fixed after just spending a lot of money already.

Also made it clear I couldn’t visit their lot until end of week. Yes, I was not committed from day one and yes I got recall work done on my trade in as a courtesy for the next owner. Unfortunately these guys couldn’t bother to send me a video walk around which I requested 5 days ago and no effort made until the lucky buyer came in for a test drive. At that point I was told to trust the car was in great shape because it lived on Mercer Island — super helpful.Process slowed down when I had to chase down their team. Made it clear that I would go the extra mile to let them make a fee on a credit union loan to sweeten the deal for them, but they sold to someone else! No backbone, no courtesy. Option of a non-refundable deposit not mentioned until the car was 30 minutes into a test drive. The unprofessional nature of this business continues to shine with their online responses.A 1 star review was left within 30 minutes of mine! Another 1 star review left 2 days ago, yet these hacks have the nerve to criticize their would be customers! That speaks volumes.Was texted the response to this review to my phone. Patric, who sold me a Porsche about 3 years ago, then replies to a few inquiries before taking off on personal time. Ok, was then promised a call from Dan, who didn’t seem to know who I was when I reached him a day after I expected to hear from him.Was transparent about my trade as I live 3.5 hours away and didn’t want to waste time going back and forth on trade value. Offered to finance through their dealership so they could make more money on the deal. Made it clear I would buy their vehicle at their asking price, and take the low end KBB trade value for my own car that I provided a video inspection of from a franchise dealer after they jacked me around on the trade process on my last transaction at Definitive... Still couldn’t get the deal done!Offered multiple times to place a deposit, to submit a credit app, to do whatever possible as I couldn’t make it to their lot until the end of the week. Dan said he would talk to the GM and work something out — crickets.Suprise, they sold the car yesterday and didn’t have the courtesy or professionalism to let me know, after I tried to earn their business for 5 days.Made it clear I wanted their car at their terms, didn’t say object to anything, and still couldn’t get a deal done with these guys. Amazing.Just go anywhere else, especially if you are trying to buy from out of town.

Loved having an appointment time. The car was ready for us when we arrived and we were driving within five minutes. No haggle for final price. Patric was a great salesman. We were in and out with our new (pre-owned) car in about an hour. Will come back for another car and recommend to friends and family.

Go see Freddie & Dru! I like Salesmen who are laid back, dont pressure and take your time looking the car over. After shopping at many other dealerships, he made me an offer I could not refuse on a new NX Lexus. Will come purchase another car through Definitive again!

UPDATE: The customer service representative who keeps editing his response to my review, and who does not say his name, is making false statements. As I said before, our cash offer was $3000 discount, not $7000. We showed up on time, as scheduled, waited 40 minutes for the car and there was no apology. I highly suspect this has something to do with our race, which is disgusting. Shame on them for constantly changing their responses to my review and for being so persistent in being unprofessional AND trying desperately to save face by slandering customers. So low. If you intend to respond AGAIN, please respond with the managers contact information, since the represenative keeps replying with false statements.Original review: We called ahead of time to check if Lexus RX350 2017 was still available. Dan Langley answered the phone and said yes, it’s available and he would have it ready for us to test drive it in half an hour that would take us to get there. We drove from Lynnwood to Bellevue on our day off to test drive this car at the scheduled time, but when we got there, Dan informed us that the they were doing the inspection on the car and we had to wait for them to be done 20 minutes or so.We waited 40 minutes until the car arrived.We did a test drive and made a cash offer, but he told us there is zero price negotiation.Such a waste of time. When I asked why the car was being inspected at the time that was scheduled for us to test drive it, he did not answer my question, but gave a condescending long explanation how it’s important to have cars inspected.I would never even consider going back to this dealership. Dru is the man! I purchased my 2011 bmw m3 here a couple of years ago and it was a fast in and out deal. This is a car I’ve been wanting for a long time. They have a great selection of vehicles and can tell they know what they are doing. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from them!

They worked with us with what we needed. They treated us with respect. And then the gentleman that did the financing papers was awesome. Only problem was that gas tank door was broken and caused a safety hazard they fixed right away. We found that problem when we hadnt even had the van 24hrs and got a warning light that a filter needed changed. I felt that if van had been completely inspected that should not have happened. Thats why I gave them this rating instead of a 5 star.

I recently purchased a vehicle here and the biggest thing that stuck out to me was the excellent selection of vehicles to choose from. I worked with Freddy and Patric and both of them were very easy going and friendly. After I purchased my vehicle it started making a whistling noise and when I told them, they offered to take it to the dealership for me and said that if anything wasnt covered by warranty they would take care of it. This put me at ease and the Audi dealership ended up covering everything too which was good for all parties. I would recommend a friend or family member to give definitive motors a look when buying a slightly used luxury vehicle.

Second car purchase at definitive and a great experience. Patrick and Fred are easy to work with, I have great cars and want to help you get a deal done in a common sense way. They have great vehicles and experience was truly normal. Felt good and easy. We go back in a heartbeat for a third car.

Great dealership with no pressure. They dont try to sell you any extras.

*Update* I have uploaded a photo of the Offer Up listing showing Definitive Motors as the seller of the 2020 Rad City. Oddly, they are working to cover this up versus share the serial number of the bike they are selling.The dealership posted this 2020 Rad City for sale via their “Definitive Motors” on Offer Up. We inquired about the bike and when asking to research the serial number, the dealership denied that request. The ad was then removed from Offer Up yet we contacted via an associate’s account and the bike was still available. When our associate inquired about the serial number, Fred Chulsky, GM, replied that he was out-of-the-area until after the New Year. Today we contacted Fred and he was in-fact at the Bellevue office. We are not understanding his reluctance to share the serial number of the 2020 Rad City he is trying to sell. Because of this experience, we would not recommend Definitive Motors for any of your transportation needs. Transparency should be paramount from an auto dealership.

I never bought a car of out state before but this time I was looking for a specific vehicle so I decided to pull a trigger with Definite Motors. Of course, we faced a few issues during the process, but that is mainly due to the requirements of my state. Other than that, every single person who I had a pleasure of dealing with was beyond helpful - Russell, Fred, Jessica. If I decide to buy a car far from home again and DM is going to have what I like - I will go there again in a heart bear.

My parents were in the market for a Lexus RX 350, we looked around a few places, my general impression of the places we went were: sale men are arrogant, condition of the cars sucked, a lot of scratches and some even had damages to the rims, and at one of the dealership 2 sale ladies were shamelessly fighting over us made our experience so awkward. I finally found this white one at Definitive Motors, when I called and asked about it, I got Dru on the phone. He said he would have the car ready for us when we come visit. True to his words, as we arrived about 45 mins early, the car was right out front. He let us take a look at it for awhile, occasionally popped out to answer questions, we did not feel pressured or pushed and had time to discuss stuff with each other privately. My parents loved the condition of the car, by far the best one we saw. They were ready to talk numbers. Dru answered all of my mom’s questions and other concerns, tried to find a way to help us and accommodate what we needed. He was friendly, warm, while being professional and efficient at his job, and I never thought I could say this about a car sale man, but he seems trustworthy. He finished up our paperwork and signing was a breeze. Never once did he make us feel rushed, whenever I needed to interpret to my parents or if we needed to discuss any detail privately he allowed us the time and space. I definitely will recommend people to Definitive Motors and especially to Dru in the future.

Definitive Motors is truly a no-hassle dealer. They aren’t going to chase you down to make a sale, which I love. Freddie was very transparent and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely love my X5!My check engine light came on the day after I bought the vehicle... (this happens people!) No, it doesn’t mean the dealership scammed you. It just means it wasn’t there when they did their inspection. After all, BMW = super high tech German engineering. I let the dealership know right away and Fred the GM took care of everything! They got my car fixed just in time for my anniversary. I highly recommend this dealer.
