These guys just stole $100 from me for my deposit of the Model Y. There was no explanation as to why they did it, they just emailed me saying my order had been cancelled and that I wouldnt be getting my deposit back. I went into the store to ask them about it and they said there was nothing they could do. This seems like robbery and I dont know how this is legal.

They said that even though the Leather color doesnt affect price it will require my price to increase by $10k!!!Tesla makes great cars and has great technology but Customer Service is not even remotely in line with the price point of their vehicles.

This is my favorite Tesla showroom to stop by not just cause it’s nearby but also as far as I know is the only one that allows you to still look around and sit inside the cars. I am a very big fan of Tesla and hoping to be an Owner of a Model 3 soon.I want to make a huge shout out to Hope! She was very friendly and knowledgeable to speak with but most of all she offered myself and my family to have an Overnight Test Drive of a Model Y!! The car was absolutely beautiful and have pretty much convinced my family to purchase the Model Y as their next car.

I was at the store for about 45 minutes, there were two guys by the desk, no body talked to me, no body approached me. When I walked out, they didn’t even say a word to me!! I received a Model S loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop and my service advisor called me to give frequent updates. Whether your picking up a vehicle, doing service, or just want to go for a test drive, I highly recommend this Tesla location.

Tesla’s high demand cause poor customer service!!!I’ve ordered a model y 7-8 weeks, when the price was $51K, and a few weeks before my delivery (vin nr hasn’t been assigned) I decided to change the 20 wheels to 19 gemeni wheels to save some $.I called to the store to check if I can make this change and if this will not affect the price (I mentioned that I ordered it when it was 51K now it’s 52,500K), and he said β€œThe price will remain with no changes”.Then I received an email with NEW PRICE-52,500$!!!!!!!After a few conversations, they said: we can’t change the price back, you take it with new price or cancel the order.Thanks Tesla and your untrained staff for horrible experience!!!

Just got the Y 2 days ago and we were supposed to get the 1yr free charging. But on my first charge, they charged my card. We called to speak to someone at Bellevue to understand why the free charging wasn’t working. The rep we spoke to was unbelievably rude. I have never been so horribly talked to by a customer service person in my life. He is clearly unqualified to hold this position in Tesla or any other company. I am so disappointed that Tesla, a company we love and support, would allow their staff to treat customers in this way. This guy needs to undergo some sort of training in customer service. Instead of blaming the customer for β€œassuming that the charging started at the time of purchase” he should apologize for the confusion and calmly and kindly explain that they have had issues with the confusing marketing. Honestly the worst CS experience my family has ever faced.

Thank you Dean! Just dropped of my Y to take care of some delivery defects for the third time. Originally went to Lynnwood twice without getting my issues resolved. From the first contact, Bellevue made me feel 100% better that things were going to get resolved finally. My service advisor Dean makes me feel like I am in the right hands and my issues will be resolved correctly this time. Even the interaction with him was superior compared to the other location. Wow, what a difference! Its an extra half an hour of driving, but well worth it!

Amazing purchase process, and impressive cars. Whatever you do however, DO NOT give your own gasoline car as a trade-in, Tesla offers you WAY less than its worth.There is a business called Shift that will literally come to your house, buy your car at a VERY good price, and drive off with it.Also, DO NOT waste a fortune on the self-driving nonsense. Its money in the toilet that you cant get back. It is non-transferrable to another owner, and there are no refunds.I paid $10,000 for the full self driving and its nothing even close to that. It doesnt work AT ALL on surface streets, and is so-so on the freeways.I was in a Lowes parking lot and tried out the Summon feature and the idiotic car doesnt have any cameras that detect obstacles in front of the car, so the trash can Tesla started its turn directly from the parking spot and drove over a curb directly adjacent to the car, badly scraping the front and back rim on the right side because it couldnt see its own path. It then proceeded to turn a 2-lane lot into a single lane as it crawled down the road towards me at 1 mph. Just horrible useless feature that has now cost me a $1,000 in wheel damage.Its been six month of promises for full self driving and havent seen an ounce of progress. I hugely regret buying that useless idiotic feature. Even when it does become available, youll likely have to continue with keeping a hand on the wheel as you do now with freeway driving on auto pilot. It will never be truly self driving in that you can sit in the passenger seat or back seat while it drives, or even better, you could send it to the airport to pick up a friend and bring them back. It wont see genuine self-driving in the next 10 years for sure.Im already signed up to buy the Cyber Truck and very excited about the towing capability and new battery tech. Definitely will NOT be getting any self driving nonsense when I buy the Cyber Truck.

Tesla has some how managed to make a car dealership have the same relaxed atmosphere as a high class lounge or night club.Located off of the beaten path (and behind a daycare) the Tesla dealership has a readily available staff waiting to answer any questions you may have.I had gone here to pick up a delivery which the dealer had kept in close correspondence with me from about a week prior to delivery. Once the car, Deja Blu, had arrived I was actually able to secure the final payment seamlessly they the Tesla website, making it to where all that was necessary was for me to sign about 3-5 documents, get a quick rundown on the features in/outside of the car, shake hands, then drive off.Tesla knows how to do car buying right.

We were so excited to become Tesla owners. We went into this location for a test drive and ultimately purchased online. Our delivery day was scheduled and when we went to pick up our 2020 Sleeper Model 3 we were less than impressed. Paint damage everywhere on the vehicle. Front fender, front bumper and back bumper. The gentleman that has us sign our paperwork had ZERO knowledge of what he was doing and didn’t describe any of the documentation ahead of asking for us to sign. Prior to picking up our vehicle, we read that there could be paint issues upon receipt. I guess we just never imagined that the vehicle we just had made and delivered to the dealership new off the rack would have so many problems. Then, the paint damage. No apologies. No nothing. Hope, who originally helped us and got credit for our purchase asked how everything was going when we walked in. Clearly upset at the fact that our new $60k vehicle was damaged offered no apology, remorse or consideration. Nobody determining how we can solve the issue. Rather, every single person in this dealership was so incredibly rude. β€œThese are so hard to find” mentality. Those were the literal words used. Take it or leave it. Even the manager. No help. I’ve never had such a sour experience and will never reconsider purchasing a Tesla again.

Frankly speaking, such poor service at that crucial last step takes the whole joy out of something that should be a fun experience.

Tesla is amazing. Great service, cool cars and theres no high pressure salesman like an auto dealer. This makes the car buying experience so much better. The sales staff are not paid on comission the way a traditional dealer does and are trained to be informative like a tour guide. Their job is to answer questions and show you the cool features of the car. If you havent already, you must test drive one. You will want one. Plus, theyre better than regular internal combustion engine cars in every way.

My car has needed more than a little bit of maintenance and their maintenance shop is absolutely horrible. There were some marks on the windshield from assembly that could not be removed with simple cleaning. they did a good job of buffing it out but didnt bother to clean up the buffing compound and went all over the interior of the car. Then theres the wheel issue. 14 times in the first year of ownership the front right wheel said it was low on air. They inspected it and could find nothing wrong. finally, it must have hit a bump while it was low on air and dented the rim and they charged me $875 for a new rim when they should have replaced it the week before.

Team here is just fantastic. They really made everything possible to deliver my new Model 3 the same day (considering that I changed few times the configurations tying to be completely satisfied). This service center does not seem to know what basic customer service is; I waited for more than 25 minutes this morning to drop my Model S for the annual (prepaid) service but then had to leave; there was one person ahead of me (who arrived 8 minutes earlier) who thus had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. We were the only 2 people waiting, while 2 agents had been discussing with their customer (thus for more than 25 minutes) and 2 other agents behind their screen (one on the phone from time to time, in an apparent funny discussion), not paying any attention to people waiting and nobody dared to ask us anything. I asked twice and was told you will be called.Its my 3rd visit to the service center, with similar waits for the 1st 2 visits (though I could then wait); I was a big fan of Tesla, but its disappearing fast and I will make sure my friends know it.JFH

This place is nice, clean, etc but I compare it to the BMW dealership in Fife. My favorite thing about the BMW dealership is that they provide all kinds of snacks and drinks. I love to go there when my boyfriend’s car needs servicing. It set my bar for how high end dealerships should treat their customers. Tesla has coffee, water and Life Savers. Also, weirdly, the garbage can in the bathroom has a sensor to open it but the toilet doesn’t have a flush sensor. And the bathroom was a little stinky. I guess I would expect Tesla to go all out for their customers.

The delivery experience was pathetic. The Tesla delivery rep literally handed me the key card and left. He couldnt be bothered with the misaligned trims, panel gaps, paint chips, whatever. It was the wettest day of the decade and we were left standing in the rain to figure things out for ourselves. Hoping that Tesla would fix these issues, I made a service appointment and took the car in to address these issues, and other ones such as the pillar cameras not working. I was told the car was ready to pick up the next day and guess what - they said all the issues were within acceptable limits and did not fix anything. Tesla’s unwillingness to acknowledge and worse repair fit and finish problems reeks of arrogance. Ohh.. and good luck trying to get a human on the line in customer service.

Really excited and walked in to ask if someone can give us a walkthrough since their website says no appointment needed.Two guys at the front desk didn’t help at all and couldn’t answer any of our questions. Our questions were simple 1) is there any supercharge station nearby because our car for some reason doesn’t have WiFi connected 2) can someone walk us through the function of the carThey looked at us like they know nothing about it and ask us to attend an upcoming owner’s workshop which is happening 2 hours later and β€œmaybe” there is a supercharge station by issaquah. Picked up our brand new (from the factory) Model S today. The vehicle had scuff marks in the white interior and dust on the dash. When we asked the front desk to help us clean up, they simply pointed out that we’d already accepted delivery and we could buy a cleaning product elsewhere to address our issues. On a 84k+ car, this is completely unacceptable. My previous CPO 2012 Audi A7 was cleaner than this car when I bought it. They ended up cleaning one dirty seat and didn’t even bother checking the rest of the interior. The attention to detail was abysmal. I don’t miss the archaic car buying experience I’ve had with Audi, Mercedes, Lexus, and Land Rover in the past, but Tesla hands down had the worst customer service for delivery.

Picked up our new Model S a while back. We missed the turn a couple of times on our way there, it’s at the back of a business park lot and not visible from the street, and the signage isn’t obvious until you’ve seen it. It’s one of those streets with a raised median, so it may be easier to approach in a westbound direction as opposed to our eastbound direction of travel.Staff was courteous and professional, and as a bonus to families with kids, have an area in the waiting room set aside with some toddler toys, and offer beverages to customers as they wait. Only β€œnegative” that stayed with me about the place is that a staircase was within line of sight and a small human’s quick sprint of the toddler play area with no barricade, so a parent needs to remain mindful of the hazard. Our visit was shorter than my equivalent transactions at Toyota’s dealerships have ever been, and much smoother.

After 23 cars, Tesla is the worst experience Ive ever had. The car is great but Tesla is horrible. During the buying experience, there was no followup, and often no response to direct emails. Dont even get me started about trying to trade in a vehicle. Car came with bad paint spots under the clear coat. When talking to Assistant Service Manager about it, her response was, well have to see since you didnt find it during delivery. Its UNDER the clear coat and Tesla has TONS of paint issues. Why would you ever respond like that!? The delivery was basically, here you go, bye. There was a recent pricing update and no one in the store knew it was coming or what it meant for folks already in the delivery/purchase process. The service department never answers the phone, you call and go to a voicemail that says its full. Call Sales and ask them to have Service call, No call back. Service appointments take about a month. Then they day before the appointment, they will email you saying they have no service loners. At one point, I just needed to know how much a wheel would cost. At a normal dealership, thats a 2 minute conversation. At Tesla, I had to call over and over and over to even talk to someone and then I had to wait a day and a half for an email response with the estimate in it. Everyone is always passing you to someone else, someone else is often an email address so you have no idea who will respond, when they will respond, or even IF they will respond. Come on Tesla! Other than the paint issue, the car has been great. So there is that.

Obviously it was a pretty cool place because it was filled with Teslas, but the layout is pretty nice. Parking isnt great but it was easy enough to find a place that it was (probably?) ok to park in. I was hoping to get a more transparent process with Tesla and I was totally surprised with this.

They have a very supportive and attentive staff. You tell them whats wrong, they look at it, assess it and then give you what will be the process to get it issues resolved very effective team.

I brought my car in for a AC and doorhandle service, Cameron in-service made the whole experience very painless, which is the first time I’ve said that at a dealership, he was great to work with and kept all the costs as they should’ve been and stated I’ll definitely bring my back my car back here for service.Again, Cameron is awesome, give that man a raise!

Poor customer service. Cars are ok but quite buggy. Keep in mind that their range estimates are wildly exaggerated. If they say 300 miles that really means more like 175 miles. Also i would consider the auto pilot features super dangerous.

Test drove the model X. The most amazing experience! I have no idea why anyone would buy anything else at that price range. Jaguar? Bentley? Mercedes? All garbage compared to the Tesla. Behind this this company all the way!

Deceptive sales pratices and a snarky, condescending sales manager are going to lose the company a lot of money, IMHO. They increased the down payment by 8k at signing when I had double verified the day prior what the down payment would be. WATCH OUT!!! Also, they do not care about Disabeled Veterans either (how un-American is that?), so sell your stock (if you havent already; I did) I love these cars, but Tesla is just horrible sometimes.

SERVICE is BAD!! The paint in the rear bumper had blemishes and its been 2 weeks and they still havent contacted me about getting it fix! Secondly, car has 100 miles and it already has a flat tire. Took over an hour to talk to someone and another hour for tow truck to show up. Ever time I call service, the wait on the phone is over an hour. Ridiculous!!
