I was told over the phone that the Service A (an oil change) would be $300 and Service B $800. When I got there, Jessica presented me with a bill for 600 for A and 2000 for B. She had included wiper replacement per my request and I asked how much. She said 250 for blades and that she had included some incidentals. I said why so much? She went back to her computer and came back and said the wipers were really only 100 as they install them free. talk about bait and switch for this entire experience. Having a non itemized estimate is quite deceptive as well.Commission based service is a real kick in the teeth for an unknowing customer. Total waste of time I wouldnt have wasted if I had gotten the real price over the phone prior.This experience really left a sickening impression and immediately spoke with my friend who was taking her vehicle in this week. She is no longer doing so.I wouldnt recommend Jessica or Mercedes to anyone after this experience.
I recently purchased a 2018 X1 from MB of Bellevue. The sales agent I spoke with was John Dean. John was helpful and responsive throughout the purchase process.The vehicle was exactly as described except for missing rear headrests. John was able to locate them and was patient with all of my questions. I would recommend him for any car purchase you are considering. The MB management was easy to deal with and seemed interested in making sure I was happy with the vehicle even though a was a used purchase of an alternate brand. I would buy from them again in the future.

We have not had the stellar experiences that others have posted. We have found the service department lacking and the number of βrecallsβ overwhelming. For a relatively new car there have been 4 or 5 recalls which we find disturbing. Then when we call on the recall we are told there are no parts in stock and we are told in those phone conversations that the service department will call when the parts come inβ¦ we have never received a call back.The final straw and motivation to write this review was a result of todayβs experience. We took the car in for the latest recall - the βseat beltβ repair/replacement. A month ago we had taken our car in for a check up and lube. Included in that service order was this recall notice and fixing the windscreen noiseβ¦ The lube took over 4 hours and 7 hours of our day. When we picked up our car we were told that they didnβt have time or the part to fix the recall and we would have to come back.Today we went in for the βSEAT BELT RECALL REPAIR REPLACEMENTβ. After the two plus hour drive, the technician just pulled the seat belt, said it was fine, said they couldnβt fix the windscreen noise and sent my husband away. It is hard for us to believe any quality dealership couldnβt fix this type of problem and more importantly be respectful of its customerβs time.
We purchased a 2018 GLC 300 from this dealership and the buying experience was great. It was time for the 20K service and also, my first time with the service department.I was treated like a valued customer. Great experience from the moment I drove into the service bay. Greeted with a smile and a good morning. I was apprehensive about buying a Mercedes because I have really only owned Lexus. I arrived at the dealership and it was very busy! I asked if a salesman could help, and here came Neil M. He is so sweet, funny, patient and caring. Once I drove the car, I had to have the car! What an unreal driving experience!! This was a terrible car buying process and Ive bought a ton of cars! Customers should strongly consider going to other Mercedes-Benz dealers in the PNW for hopefully an honest and transparent experience. When we arrived, we spent about 1-2 hours excitedly getting acclimated to the new car. Each feature had a line-item to disclose price differences in options. An appraisal was done with my current car, and we were ready to start the negotiation process. During negotiations, they slid in an added Market Adjustment fee of $4,000! I think their tactic is to keep you waiting so long they hope you fold. This was very shady and when questioned with the manager, Delilah, she lied and then placed the blame on me for not paying attention to this line-item. This fee was not disclosed anywhere on my print outs, the sticker price, nor is it online. They sure removed the fee quickly when discussions got more heated. At that point, this made me disgusted and we couldnt commit. If the dealership would have honored and started negotiations with what was advertised, they would have had a sold customer. To all of those that read this, if you see a Market Adjustment fee slid in there at the last minute, immediately leave or make sure they remove this.
On a Saturday morning my Mercedes decided to inform me that my battery was having issues and to put the vehicle in park and keep it running.I immediately called Mercedes of Bellevue and they were able to schedule me in the same day (one hour later) to have a look.They completed their diagnostic tests, replaced the battery without any delays, and I was in & out within an hour!Great customer service!

I inquired about a CLA 45 AMG and when I arrived, I was greeted and told that the car would be ready in a few minutes. I test drove the vehicle and I instantly fell in love with it. Riley, my sales rep, let me know the next steps and I decided to move on with the process. Riley made sure my stay was comfortable by offering me water and a place to sit in the showroom. Unfortunately, my current car situation is a total mess and will take too long to explain. It has been quite a few months dealing with that dealer. This Mercedes Benz location went above and beyond at satisfying me and trying their hardest to get me in this car. Delila, one of the financial reps, called me later on in the day, and wanted to express her appreciation for me taking the time to come in. I was disappointed with the service I got when I took my car for the annual service.First, I was given a Hyundai Rental Car as loaner car. I was expecting to get same as my car or atleast any Mercedes Benz Car.Second, they said they will call me at the end of the day to give me update which they didnβt.Lastly, in the paper works they said they did complimentary car wash and vaccum. Which are not true. My car was covered with Pine Needles when they returned it to me. Obviously they did not wash my car.Hopefully, on my next service they will do better. Since itβs Mercedes Benz, we are expecting the best.
Do ask for Preston Green if you are looking to pick up a Merc at this showroom. I was put in touch with Preston the first time I visited the showroom 2 weeks ago. He is extremely professional, but friendly and not at all pushy.I live in Seattle and was around the area and was pretty certain that a test drive in 30mins is not at all possible, but Preston made it happen and made it look so easy! He was kind enough to let me freely test drive a C43AMG on both city roads and the freeway for as long as I wanted to, not something all dealerships let you.All in all, really appreciate the white glove yet friendly treatment Preston has provided all this while, and I definitely recommend him as the go to sales rep you should get in touch with if you are looking to pick a car from this dealership.

I am giving this dealership a 3 ONLY due to our salesperson- Johnny. He was professional, kind, considerate and treated us as great. He treated us as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. But. Thatβs where our positive experience stops. We bought a used vehicle and they OFFERED to fix all sorts of things and I made sure it was added to the contract before we purchased. (Also the finance guy was nice) they never contacted us when parts came in; it took several follow up calls and then once the car was in for service to fix issues THEY OFFERED TO FIX-the manager was dismissive and rude and did not fix things listed on contract. We had to get back to work and had already spent too much time on theses issues so here I am. I would LOVE to give a 5 star rating based solely on our salesperson but the rest of the experience was lackluster at best. Thank you Johnny for doing an excellent job.

Had the worst experience talking to a worst sales person. Was enquiring about c class asked him about the difference between variants he was like they all are different check in website talking with arrogance. He was rude and not answering properly to our questions looks like he didnβt wanted to make a sale may be they have enough customers. I was interested in c class but because of their horrible service I decided not to go ahead with it. The sales person of companies bigger than Mercedes are so nice and patient but not sure what makes these guys so arrogant.

Fantastic service! The entire staff was very accommodating, the process from test drive to purchase was quick and easy.
Our service advisor, Wayne, was very helpful and diligent in resolving a problem with a faulty A/C unit that had previously been repaired twice by another dealership but was still malfunctioning. Although our car stayed in the shop for about 10 days while the problem was being diagnosed, once the cause of the problem was determined the repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. We also were provided with a loaner Mercedes vehicle for the period of time that our car was in the shop for repairs, and this enabled us to continue our daily activities without inconvenience4.

I had some issues with the trunk of my car and it was tricky to identify the root cause. After a few diagnostics attempts the technicians at Mercedes Benz were able to fix it for good. Got a nail on my rear tire which was replaced last year. Drove to the dealer, and they replace it with a new one with only labor charge. Very nice and efficient!
Customer service Chris is pretty rude. He deferred my appointment for 4 hours. When I waited till 4 pm, he told me they needed to close store at 5pm due to weekend, then asked me to come in on another day to pick up my vehicle. But it is also my weekend, he deferred my appointment under the situation where i have an appointment scheduled at 10 am. All the message he replied with me showing he didnt care customer experience at all and performed like a boss instructing his customer. I hope i can rate 0 for him

I had a great experience. I was able to wait for the car at the dealership in a very private area that enabled me to be online the entire time. They forecasted a two hour appointment and the car was ready (washed and vacuumed too!) in exactly two hours. Great customer experience.
The worst customer experience ever, they literally treat people of color differently. I donβt mind waiting even 1 hour, but the way they assess you as soon as you walk-in gives an unpleasant experience. Having said that, a customer can be getting a C or AMG which can be precious in their own standards. And I donβt think there is an unbiased stand here. Never coming back here even for a service. Itβs sad to see great car companies like Merc not paying attention to granular details of whatβs happening in their showrooms.

This review is for Service Manager Sarah Quinonez. She was definitely the worst employee who I interacted at this dealership. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, has been going back every year for service. From the beginning of the service appointment, she was patronizing and made me feel uncomfortable that I had to defend myself in declining a $2500 value oil change service. She offered no explanation to any of the services and came across that she didnt care. What she offered during my appointment was barely minimum service. She didnt respond to my text when car was in service and only called me back after 1 hour. The worst experience Ive had at Benz Bellevue - definitely avoid her when you can!

MB of Bellevue has been taking care for GL for many years. Their service is available for the time I need, they deliver what they have committed. The last service was truly exceptional. The service advisor worked with me to find less expensive solution than in their original quote. Making me really confident to go back there.
Our advisor was Mathew and he was great. We have extended warranty and he got them to cover all the repairs. But what makes this so great is that we always used to take our car to a different Mercedes dealer. that dealer said that extended warranty will not cover the repair and told us that we need to pay for the repairs. So we decided to take it to Bellevue and we are now customers for life.
My parents and I go to Matthew Morgan for our car service. He always makes sure we service what we NEED and never tries to up-sale us or make us get unnecessary services. Thatβs clearly putting customers first which is very appreciated.
Weve never written a review before but had to this time, because we received such a good service at Mercedes Bellevue. Sales rep Thomas helped us when I called for a used Honda, he was so good at updating time for viewing ( it was at auto body first ) so we were able to take a look on time and purchased. I called to make an appointment for oil change only. When to pick up my car (6/28/21), surprisingly, costed $330. I asked why, the technician told me they did 10K miles service A even though, my car has 5K miles only. When I presented a $150 coupon (which advertised on internet via Mercedes Benz website) for any service of $300 or over, the guy said why didnt you tell me before, now I have to do the paperwork all over again. He refused to re-do the paperwork and didnt honor the coupon. He said, the coupon on the website was just a generic coupon. They dont accept that. bad customer service ever!
Overpriced Service. Had my car towed to the nearest dealership which was Mercedes of Bellevue due to an ignition issue. They quoted steering lock control module cost of $2,334.31. The price was a bit of a sticker shock so I called another local dealership with different ownership, Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood. They quoted the same repair at $1,436.85, I could not believe that Mercedes of Bellevue was charging 62% higher than another local dealer. To Mercedes Benz of Bellevues credit, they matched Mercedes of Lynnwoods price, but only after I provided the quote as proof. If I could have started the car, I would have just taken it to Lynnwood. At the end of the day, their service prices are too high based on my experience.

Being new to WA State - I needed to find a new Dealership/Mechanic for my 550 CLK Model. Initially I tried a Mechanic in Tacoma. Following my inspection - I had a bad feeling that my car could not possibly need this much work as I had always taken pristine care of my 2009 Model. I went into Bellevue for a second opinion. I had lengthy phone call with Sarah in the Intake Office - she listened to all my concerns and was able to bring my car in the next day. Upon a second Inspection by Tim - (The most amazing mechanic) I found my initial inspection was quite misrepresented. Even more concerning - the first mechanic missed a critical step regarding my front brakes. The estimated bill was $2,000 under the initial inspection. I was given a loaner for four days while the parts were ordered. The Mechanic - Tim even came into Sarahs office and sit down with me - going over his inspection and what clearly needed to be done and sadly two expensive items that did not need to be addressed. Their notes were detailed, with clear estimates for each item and I felt safe. No dollar value can replace safety. My business will always stay with Bellevue as long as I live in WA. I was treated with the most amazing service from every employee who I had contact with from the In Take, Inspection and picking up my Mercedes. Two names you need to remember here are: Sarah and Tim for your Customer Service Needs.
Great store but lot of crowd on weekends. General chaos. Take appointment. If you donβt have an appointment nobody will entertain you. Receptionists are most useless they donβt say or have any info. Probably browsing on their phone. They can put robots that might be more useful. Like token system. Staff is generally rude. There was queue at one point 4-5 people waiting to talk to sales or someone. Store manager doesnβt know what he is doing
A bit of a mixed bag. We came in to look at a trade in, our original contact who was pleasant and helpful via phone and email had to go home and we were greeted by an obviously harried salesperson still a nice guy. We ended up purchasing the vehicle, finance was easy and seamless, the young man in that department was pleasant but we were the last to leave before they closed the doors. We left the vehicle for detailing siting a couple of areas that needed addressing including the engine compartment which was a concern for my son in law who was a mechanic. They verbally kept switching the days for pick up which was confusing. On the third day I was told to pick up but I was told then that it was ready for pick up the night before. We arrive and neither area was addressed. I was told to arrive a couple of days later with the car and Iβd be in and out in about an hour. I arrive at the appointed time (I live an hour away) and Iβm greeted by an irate and frustrated service person. There is no service appointment on the books! Another service person intercedes obviously noting the hotheaded service person who greeted me and was inappropriate while dealing with a customer and tries to work it out. It turns out they donβt clean engine compartments and not the green around the moon roof. Iβm given my sales persons number to contact and the buck is officially sent over to him. I called him giving him grace and have yet to hear back. Thatβs over a week ago. My husband and son in law cleaned the engine compartment to their specifications and I wiped the green out around the sunroof but for a luxury dealer I would think the service would be superb. I was thoroughly impressed by all the staff at Mercedes Benz Bellevue from the moment I started looking at my car all the way through purchase. Everyone I worked with was highly professional, prompt, and detail oriented. Jacob went the extra mile throughout the process and quickly answered my text messages with detailed responses, personally installed my all-weather mats, got me an incredibly smooth and hassle-free trade-in experience, and generally provided customer service par excellence. It is especially notable how everyone put forward such excellent service in the midst of a pandemic, and the dealership took social distancing, masking, and cleanliness seriously.
While driving, my GLC300 messaged the battery no longer was charging. It then said to pull the car over but leave the car running. I called Mercedes of Bellevue, where I purchased the vehicle, to ask if the vehicle was safe to drive to the dealership. I was told no service agent was available but she would place urgent on the message to the service center. An hour and a half later, I called back. Again, no service agent was available and the service manager had stepped out. She said she would again have someone contact me. Since we were experiencing a record heat wave I decided to drive the vehicle home. Three hours later, still no call.Take your business to Lynnwood.
Thanks to the team at MB of Bellevue! When someone ruined the exhaust system on my ML 350 trying to steal the catalytic converter, I was offered a loaner until the part arrived from Germany six weeks later. That gesture helped ease the frustration of the entire experience. The service managers who were handling my case regularly followed up with me throughout the ordeal. I own two Mercedes that I get serviced at MB of Bellevue, and I am very satisfied with the service I receive each time. Both are longer in the tooth (2014 e350 and 2005 slk 350) but they treat you well regardless and never try to sell something you dont need. Highly recommended!
Friendly people. Far Exceeded my expectations in what they offered for my trade-in car. I was reluctant to buy the Mercedes model until my wife got to test drive the Audi I was interested in. Since the Bellevue dealerships for Mercedes and Audi are both owned by Autonation, they brought the Audi model right over to the Mercedes dealership so she could test drive it. I was stunned. My wife preferred the Mercedes, so we ended up going with that brand. We had gone to Mercedes Bellevue because they had the greatest selection of cars in the Puget Sound area. We ended up with a GLC 300 that is a beautiful car and that we will enjoy for years to come.
They have zero intent of showing cars, bunch of lazy sales dudes wearing suits to try and look professional. Booked appointment and when i showed up on time, they said they are swamped.Never ever approach them if you are looking for a decent customer experience out of a luxury brand like MB. Very disappointed.
Worst Mercedes-Benz dealership in all of Washington State! Iβve purchased several Mercedes vehicles over the years from both Larson Mercedes in Tacoma and Mercedes Benz of Liberty Lake. Both of those dealerships offer top notch sales staff and excellent service departments. Today, I visited Thomas at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue to purchase my next vehicle. Upon my arrival, I was not greeted. I stood in the lobby waiting for my salesperson only to be told to wait. I test drove their vehicle and made the decision to buy. My trade in was severely under valued. I made note of it with Thomas, who tried to make it right. The βsales managerβ had an extremely poor attitude in response. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I recommend anyone looking to buy a Mercedes to take their business south to Larson. Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue is run like a circus and their βsales managerβ is a clown.

Under normal circumstances, Im less inclined to write reviews but this case certainly warrants one. Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue was the best car buying experience Ive ever been a part of. All the staff were professional, prompt and courteous. Especially the salesman who assisted me, Mr. Jeff Lewis. Jeff understands that in most cases, time is more valuable than money; to say he was prompt would be an understatement. He listened intently to what I wanted (and didnt want) and immediately went to work to find the perfect car...off the showroom floor. He prepared upfront financial data, was honest about every detail and made sure the transaction went as smooth as possible. Moreover, he has followed up with me directly even weeks later to make sure all the services or various other action items were completed to my satisfaction. It is my sincere hope to work with Jeff again, but also, that you get the pleasure to buy from him as well.Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue and Mr. Jeff Lewis for making my return business an easy decision.

I had an appointment at 10:40am on May 13. I was waiting for my service guy M. M. for 20 minutes and I asked a lady there how much longer I had to wait. She started looking for someone else, and one guy came out to talk to me that M was on the phone and theyll get me a rental car having M. to call me when hes available. M. called me at 11:32 which was 50 minutes later than my appointment. I was still waiting for my rental car in the lobby. I finally got my rental car at 12:30. So I was there for almost 2 hours. I could have gotten there the other day if they informed me that they didnt have any loaner available.I just picked up my car after two days. I always take pictures before I drop off my car. My car had a full tank with 524 mi. fuel. Mileage was 5131. When I picked up my car, mileage was 5170 with 434 fuel mi. So, 39 mile with 90 fuel mileage was used in the shop. Funny thing is that the invoice was written as mileage in 5168/ mileage out 5170.Obviously my car was used by someone without my consent.
