Great service great people but in O’Fallon Fairview Shiloh and Belleville illinois This service is absolute garbage. They say you’ll get 4g but the second my wife and I leave our house with WiFi we struggle to even get 2 bars and we live in the middle of O’Fallon where coverage should be great. We will definitely be switching to Verizon or at&t.

They lie to you and tell you what you want to hear so they get you locked in as a customer. Then once your in they jack up the price. Their service is horrible and their prices are outrageous!!!! We will never use them again!

Very great customer service. David is great. He explained everything clearly and was very personable. I would highly recommend David and Sprint to anyone. I am very happy and pleased. 5 stars for sure.

John Stuart and Keenen Coleman were fantastic! They helped my friend and her son get new phones. They worked magic to get her the best deals possible! These young men were very professional,very friendly snd down right awesome!

We were in the store for well over an hour just to activate one phone. I still had to pay an activation fee and after all that they screwed everything up. I had to get on with sprint chat for more hours of hassle to get it all fixed! I wanted to add a line to my family plan but they created an entirely new plan (same plan) which ended up charging me way more than if it had been added correctly. The most annoying thing of all was that sprint couldnt correct my current bill because it had already been published so they gave me a credit on the next month. In other words I had to front them the money for their stupid mistake! Paying more than I should have and waiting to get my money back later. I should have driven to Fairview heights. Thats what I would recommend to anyone needing sprint service. Do it online, call customer service, or go to the fairview store. Dont waste your time here.

Went into Sprint today and Julian helped me with everything that I needed from activating a phone to changing my discount. Very informative and was able to answer all of my questions. Def will go back for his help in the future

I was traveling through the area towards California and was getting an oil change at the Walmart next door. They switched my service and took care of me before the oil change was even done. Bunch of good guys there, service was great.

Terrible customer service - might I say zero. We understand youre busy and its a weekend, Mothers Day weekend at that, and all of your employees are unable to help us at that moment. But we didnt once get a well be with you when we can or even get acknowledged when we were leaving. No we dont want to be treated like the President just walked into your store, but if youre not going to offer some capacity of customer service in-store then we dont need to give your store our business.

The guys in store were hilarious. Got me switched over from my old carrier and we had a great time. Cliff is the man.

Brandy Liddell is a HORRIBLE customer service rep. She is exceedingly rude and disrespectful. Sprint has horrible customer service and they do NOT care about their customers at all. They through greater lengths to give you the run around than to actually help you with a problem. Sprint shoud just go out of business. Worse experience ever.

This is a dealer store so dont go there if you arent planning on buying anything (downgrading plans, SIM card, etc.). They will lie to your face and send you to the company store in Fairview Heights if they are not making any money off you.

They dont speak.when u walk in plus they take forever to acknowledge you I waited 30-45 min just pay my bill and it wasnt the first time ill never go back so unprofessional
