This is a nice little dealership for used cars and everyone there is friendly. they have great selection and really competitive prices so i fell like everyone who is need of a car should check them out. i have already bought 2 cars from them and never had any problems or issues. keep up the good work guys!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They sell lemons, and do not cooperate with customers. I bought a car last year with many car defects, my transmission was literally tied together with a zip-tie. I tried to contact the owner, no response. I couldnt even roll down my windows they all locked up on me. I even tried to get it registered but when i went to the emissions place they told me that I wouldnt able to get a new sticker. and they didnt even give me the right warranty deed it was for a different car. If i could give this place NO STARS I would. Mark my words DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I wanted to take a moment to provide a detailed review of my fantastic experience working with Mohammad at Groove Auto Sales. Two weeks ago I saw an ad online for an all-wheel drive SUV at a very reasonable price. I reached out and spoke with Mohammad. I am based in St. Louis so Mohammed drove the car to a location closer to me so I would have to travel so far. The car appeared to be in excellent shape and a good value for the price. Mohammad also agreed to allow me to take it to my mechanic to inspect. Upon inspection there were a number of things that needed to be fixed, and Mohammad was very reasonable in negotiating the price given the repairs required.This is where it becomes a bigger deal. After purchasing the car, the CarFax we had ordered arrived and it showed that it was NOT all-wheel drive but was in fact only front wheel drive. This was a big deal to me, as it that was one of the key criteria I had for purchasing a car. I was very upset and felt that I had been misled.I contacted Mohammad who claimed that he had *always* reported the car as front wheel drive. However - and heres where the story gets good - he agreed to meet with me in person - that night, even though it was already very late (~10pm) and went through everything. He maintained that he had entered the information correctly but that the link between the system he used to create the ad (which was *not* Facebook) and Facebook was somehow messed up and transferred the information incorrectly.Regardless of the details, though, he was VERY apologetic, showed me exactly how much he bought the car for, and agreed to give me a FURTHER discount on the car to the point where he was barely making any money or let me return the car. We agreed on the price and I kept the ca and I love it.Regardless of the source of the error, in my opinion it speaks incredibly highly of Mohammed that he went out of his way to meet me late that same night, and meet me face to face at a time when I was very upset, and handled the situation honorably. You can tell a lot about a persons character by how they handle difficult situations, and the way Mohammed handled this was a class act, event at his own cost. For anyone worried about working with someone honorable when buying a used car, I can only give the highest recommendation to Mohammad, and have already recommended family members to him.

My Dad brought a car for my neice, 2005 Toyota Corolla, Grey in April 24th, and my neice drove this car for less then 25 days, and it then stopped working, and come to find out the motor was gone. This is sad, and its not right to sell a Lemon to good hearted people trying to make it. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM, AND THEY ARE SELLING LEMONS............COME ON! Be Real!! NEEDING A MOTOR After 1 MONTH...........DO NOT PURCHASE HERE.......NO GOOD PLACE TO GET A CAR.....
