Bought 2 vehicles from here now. One my wifes on Jan 2021 a 12 jeep GC with 170k and a second one today for the stepdaughter a 11 Honda Pilot with a 170k. The jeep has been a good vehicle granted we have only had it since Jan and the pilot well just got it but both seemed to be in good condition. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Seems like prices can be higher than Other dealerships. Everyone needs to make money so its understandable. The staff is friendly. And they have come down on both vehicles with negotiation. I would recommend asking for Jacob Cates he is a great salesman. We used him both times.

Please people do not go here they cars are bad they sold my son a car knowing something was wrong with it he had it for 3 days and he broke down on the highway they make you buy the extended warranty because they know the cars are bad i wish someone wouldve told me and my son not to go here and after they sale you the car they are so rude DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They lied to us and told us my daughters Ford Fiesta had no prior accidents. Then we go to trade that car in to buy from a different dealership only to find out it had 2 accidents prior to us buying it. SO DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU GO AND DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING! Slow and unusal payment process. I went to buy a car at Auffenberg Econo Corner, then had to come to this place to make the payment. The dry erase board was clearly visible immediately upon entering the building. Consider if this is an appropriate environment for your family. They will not let you buy a car over $3000 using a credit card. Well, maybe I am marginally correct here. They will make you pay the vendor fees, and as Jack Flowers said, which has never been done. Dont worry you can pay with a wire transfer too. Think they will work with you on the price to help handle the fees of the transaction? Not a chance! Delivery is cheaper at other dealerships too.

We just went to look at a car. Our current vehicle was acting up. Our salesman Jerome was Awesome! He listened to what we were looking for and our price range. Long story short we got a new vehicle!

I went in to buy a used 2017 Challenger R/T. It was pretty late in the evening but Jerome West was very helpful. I ended up trading in my vehicle and driving home in that Challenger. Thank you Mr. West, it was a very honest experience.

Buyer beware! I do not recommend purchasing from these scam artist! You would think a company as big as Auffenberg and for them being around as long as they have they would be better organized and take care of the customer. The salemen just want a quick sale and beyond that can care less about you. I was sold $1000 in add ons that no one explained to me or asked if I wanted them. They was not offered but forced upon me. I scheduled a test drive and when I showed up for my appointment the car wasnt there. We had to drive from Bellville to Ofallon to get the car. Then the car wasnt even detailed so I had to come back the next day to pick it up. They told me if I had any issues let them know. Very next morning afyer getting the car the roof was leaking and the backup camera stopped working. They told me they would take care of it. Shop called and said roof was fixed and to pick up my car because camera was on backorder. Two days after I picked up my car they text me and tell me they are not going to replace the camera because it is to expensive. So much for taking care of it! Saleman was rude andno one would give me a managers number just a name. I called one day and asked to have a manager call me. Bo one ever called they just try to avoid you and everyone gives you a run around. Finally after commenting on a facebook post a manager calls me. He offered for me to pay $200 and they will cover the rest. They camera is $128 on ebay why would I do that? They are very rude and very unprofessional. Glad yiu guys got your sale I will never recommend anyone go there. Guess thats why they pay $300 for recomendations...

All staff friendly and welcoming..had 2 experinces with auffen berg and both were ecellent..you ever heard of salesmen saling you cars u dnt want ..at auffenberg they dnt force you they find the car you want or the next thing to it ..i was looking at a 2015 car and they found a 2017 that was around the same price and lower miles ..so it wasnt the car i was looking at it was better ..and ill go back again

THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE SPENT $ 40,000 ON VEHICLES AND TOLD THAT MY TRUCK DIDNT HAVE THE SPARE AND REQUEST FOR THEM TO REPLACE AND THEY SAID HAD TO ORDER AND WOULD GIVE ME A CALL WHEN IT COMES WELL LET SEE ITS NOW BEEN OVER A MONTH AND HAVE CALLED THEM AND THEY KEEP SAYING THERE WAITING ON THE ITEM WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
