Disgusted with the way they treat people. At the beginning everything seems ok, but then after you pay for the car they treat you like garbage! Plus they are not honest at all!! 30 days waiting for my car tittle and nothing!!! NEVER PURCHASING A CAR THERE AGAIN! The owner was very polite and showed RESPECT and did explain the situation. The clerk Monica needs customer service classes. If a client calls 100 times the 100 times to answer with good manners. You don’t call a customer with an attitude about THE CLIENT’S decision to give a bad review!! If you know how long it’s taking DMV nj to send the titles, you should call the client providing “updates” to let them know that everything it fine with the process. Or just let them know before purchasing the car that it will take more than 1 month to issue a title.

I had been searching for this particular color Jeep for quite some time when I came across the listing on Premiers website. They are in New Jersey, I am in Atlanta, and buying a vehicle sight-unseen made me a little nervous. But I picked up the phone and gave them a call. Jay answered all of my questions, sent me additional pictures, and was not pushy in the slightest. Super easy transaction. I wish every vehicle I purchase would go that smooth.Jay then worked with my transporter to get the Jeep loaded up and on the way to Atlanta. When the Jeep arrived it was exactly as I expected. And my daughter was quite literally jumping up and down with excitement.I have no hesitation recommending them.

I bought a 2009 Jetta from Premier Auto at the end of August. Personally, I enjoy the car as it is super fun to drive even though it is 10 years old (great daily beater car), and for a good price. Staff was cool as well.**HOWEVER**, I think it is important to mention the minor problem that I did face. Around 60 mph, the car was vibrating (nothing uncommon, I thought it most likely required an alignment). I took it to Firestone, there they found that one of the back tires was READY TO BLOW (the tire had many cracks throughout). The mechanic told me the tire could have exploded at any time in the near future. Now, I was already planning to buy new tires for the car after purchasing it, BUT a more thorough inspection should be done by the owners and whoever goes to check out the cars please..The Jetta is now driving perfectly fine with no vibrations (after an alignment and 4 new tires). Again, the car itself was in my budget, along with the tires and alignment with no other mechanical issues found during visit at Firestone. Thus, I am happy with my purchase.Will definitely purchase another car from here again if I find a good deal, but next time, I will do a THOROUGH inspection myself. head-to-toe.

You don’t come across a lot of honest and helpful salesmen. I give credit when it’s due and Emilio and Premier is legit. They kept it a buck and I am very pleased and thankful with my purchase. They also help you with low payments and reasonable warranty so that’s a plus.

I bought a car from this place which was “said to be in working condition”. Within the first 5 months I needed a whole transmission job done. They said it was because I didn’t get regular maintenance on the car yet. However, the little things such as the oil change, etc I took care of. I had to take out a loan to get a whole new transmission from a guy that was suggested through the car salesman. I have the receipt of the transmission having a 1 year warranty and it haven’t been a couple of months for this being done and now all of this happening within LESS THAN A YEAR. I took my vehicle to this person twice already and have been calling him about transmission fault reads. My vehicle won’t work at all! I have to either trade the car in or sell it myself. At first I thought they were a good place and good wholesome people. But now I know this is not the place I thought. I was sold a lemon and now I have to take matters into my own hands.

He was clear that the vehicle was available (some dealers use their webpage as a teaser to drive interest) and we arranged a deposit over the phone. When I arrived to see the vehicle it was exactly as pictured. The windshield had a crack and Premier was fixing that without me having to ask.Tiago then handled all the paperwork in about 20 minutes and I was ready to go.Summary: the price was competitive and the service was great. Where do I start, I reach out to a gentleman name Manny on the web app Letgo when I met up with him he was not up front with what was wrong with the used vehicle I was interesting in purchasing. I did ask if there is anything I needed to know that was wrong with the vehicle, which I understood that it was a use truck and I knew I may have to do some work on the truck which it is expected when you purchase a use vehicle, but instead he said the truck was in good condition. Unfortunately I found out the hard way that the vehicle (has) multiple issues, on the very next day of purchasing the vehicle the key would not open the truck doors, and the remote he provided was an empty shell not a working remote. I know I purchased the vehicle As Is but he should have advised me that the key would not open the truck doors and I would need to replace the door locks instead I had to find out the hard way. I was unable to get into the truck because of this issue the following day. I reach out to Manny and he stated as a courtesy he would have one of the locks replace and I advised him this was not a courtesy because if you buy a house or a car you should have access to get into the house or the truck. The following day the windshield of the vehicle was full of snow and dirt so I then needed to clean up the main windshield for my safety, but while I was driving no fluid came out to clean the main windshield I just thought the wiper fluid was empty so I decided to fill the wiper fluid bottle behold another surprise the entire windshield wiper fluid system is missing there was not bottle or system to put wiper fluid into, (safety) of course it does not end there I notice the ABS light came up and I had someone check it for me, it turns out that a couple of fuses were missing and when they replaced the missing fuses the engine light came up. You see these things were done intentionally they knew exactly what the issues were with the truck and they were very shady about letting me know up front. Now I have major issues I need to address because I was careless in not fully inspecting the vehicle. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me. I do not recommend to purchase any use vehicle from Premier Automotive because of their dishonest and shady ways. I believe even when a vehicle is used they should let the customer know from the very beginning what issues a vehicle has so they could determine if they want to purchase the vehicle AS IS.

This was the second car I have bought and the absolute best experience. Not only did they answer my calls/texts on the work phone almost immediately but they were nice, genuine, and stayed true to their word. I test drove the car along with three of my best friends and it would be very easy to take advantage of a group of barely 20 year olds. But Manny, Fernando, and Santiago were great! I had a snafu with my pay stubs and they say with me and waited through the storm. Also, I sound a VERY minor problem with the car the second day I drove it home. And theyre honoring the warranty as long as I bring it back to them. I drove two hours to get the Jeep Liberty and it was definitely worth it! A big thank you to all the gentlemen there. A little over a month ago, I bought a 2003 Honda S2000 and its in very good condition considering its age. There were two owners before myself but you could tell they both took good care of the vehicle and also drove below average on mileage. When purchased, the car had just over 103,000 miles. I had a friend do a pre-purchase inspection, and the only thing about the car that needed immediate attention was new brake pads and rotors. The car was being sold for $13,900. I asked if they could bring the price down to $12,900. They declined, however we settled at the price of $13,400. The guys at Premier Automotive took good care of the S2000. The first time I came by to see it, they were keeping it in the garage. The sales manager Fernando and I talked for a little, and he told me they got a new soft-top roof for the car because the old one was a little damaged and was starting to rip. They also had a new glass rear window installed with the roof. Needless to say, the roof looked great. On top of that the engine was clean, the exterior clean, and interior clean. A couple of weeks later when I decided I was going to buy it, they washed the car. Overall very good condition for a 2003. And my overall experience with Premier Automotive Group was very pleasant.

I lost a deposit on a truck based on information that was totally false! Its like i saw 2 different vehicles! Live and learn! I will be legally attempting to get my deposit back! People, be diligent and do ur homework! I made a mistake believing something that wasnt true and thats because this was the first time I was purchasing a used vehicle!

I test drove a couple of cars I was interested in today. A Buick sedan and BMW truck. The rides were smooth as ice. Everything on the cars worked. The bodys were in mint condition.I was happy with the cars but felt like no, I dont see myself driving these cars. The guys there were down to earth and I felt comfortable saying no to both cars. The man Emilio was cool and said Not a problem he recommended a couple of dealerships down the road and said that if I dont find anything today he gets new cars weekly. Be sure to check the car facts if you purchase from this dealer. Do not take their word! Also, they lied about an exhaust leak and convinced me that the car is supposed to sound the way it did. My engine blew 1 month after purchase and the warranty gave me the run around about replacing it. Ended up spending about $2,000 in repairs.

Terrible customer service. I trusted and they lied to me. I bought a 13 audi wagon and it was a lemon broke down on me 2 months later. Turns out the head gasket was gone blew the engine to pieces. Would not recomend them👎👎👎

On a Sunday ( CarGurus website) I saw that Premier had an Acura the year and model, mileage and price I was seeking so subsequently I texted them about it and was pleasantly surprised that I received a response the very next day. Although I had texted inquiries to three other dealerships, Fernando was the only one whom responded quickly. Of the others, one did respond 2 days later. My thing is, even if the car I am inquiring about is sold, atleast dignify a potential buyer, by acknowledging their inquiry! Fernando provided me with answers to my questions and concerns, listened politely, gave me suggestions, which I followed, and all worked out perfectly! Financing was quick, the car was beautifully detailed, actually looked far better than the photos. The day I was to take delivery (2 days after initial inquiry ), I needed to be picked up at the train station and I called Fernando and he made arrangements immediately (Thank you Manny!). The thing is, I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, pre-owned and new, Never have I had a better experience than with these guys! Other than a slight issue with heater/ac fan noise, which I am sure they will address, These guys are top notch, true gentlemen and I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a pre-owned vehicle and excellent customer service, start to finish! PERFECT - experience from the beginning to the end....I have just moved to the US all by myself and really needed a car soon to get rid of my expensive rental. After all the bad reviews I had read about pre owned car dealers in this area I was already terrified of buying a car at all. My hunt lasted about 3 weeks and I saw a lot of crap and shady guys until I happened to follow an online listing of Primier Auto Group which seemed to be reasonably priced. I actually found a couple of cars I liked at that shop and also got along really well with Brian from the beginning. I know a lot about cars and even brought my own OBD scanner but never had the feeling I was fooled... The car I finally bought (2006 Jeep WK) was in great condition. After a test drive - Fernando the owner accepted my offer right away. That was Saturday. Not only they had the car newly inspected ready on Monday to hand over with all documents - they also arranged to pick me up from the Airport where I had to drop my rental car. No charge for that (thanks for the ride Manny...) when picking up the car I was even more surprised that they had done more than I asked for (replacing the tail lights bc of a tiny crack).These guys just love cars and luckily happen to sell them too. thanks for that...

Worst experience. Bought a 2004 Jetta little under 100,000 miles on it. Was told they just put a new catilitic converter in. Within the first week I had the car it wouldnt start and I had to get it towed to a machanic and it was because of the catilitic converter. The dealer had their machanic fix it and it was fine, till the next day when the check engine light went on for the same problem that was supposedly fixed before I bought the car and also the day before. They fixed it again and within a week the check engine light went on again for the same problem. To make a long story short I have had this car for not even 3 months now and I have had to have the same problem every time. Yes the salesmen are very nice, but i would honestly do anything to get rid of this car and make sure no one else makes the mistake I did.
