So Unfortunate! My daughter finally saved over $7k to put down on a car for her and her 2 small children BUT instead was sold a LEMON. On May 15, 2021, She Purchased the LEMON trusting every word they told her (including the deceptive CARFAX report provided) The car TOTALLY stopped working due to an issue the inspectors stated this dealership should have noticed and taken care of before selling it. Our daughter is now out of thousands and NO CAR less than 3mos later! - And They Could Care less

Recently purchased a used vehicle here. We got an amazing deal that no other dealer could come close to matching. Maura, who was our saleswoman, was very professional and made the process enjoyable and easy. Jay Honda has a great culture and doesnt engage in any of the stereotypical car dealer behavior that much of the industry is known for. We left there not just feeling like we got a good deal, we KNOW we got a good deal. If we ever need another vehicle, they will be our first place to look.

The waiting room was obnoxiously loud due in particular to the cashier. I have a dangerous car they sold to me and they have fought me tooth and nail because they did a carfax that only works if the damage was reported through an insurance company. Some one wrecked my certified Enclave, that I paid cash for, and whomever wrecked it didnt report it to carfax.Jay Buick claims they did their due diligence by running a carfax report and since I put 2,000 miles on my $38,000.00 car they wont put me in anything comparable because I drove it off the lot and yes, had two not my fault accidents. I had them fixed properly and car star saw the horrible damage to the front of the car and invited Jay Buick to come see. They wouldnt. Their main contention is that to fix the front end damage I DID NOT DO OR KNOW ABOUT would be $8000. They are unwilling to fix it so I am driving a defective car with a broken motor mount that they want to charge me $300 to fix. I am on social security and I cant and used my late husbands insurance policy to purchase a quality car so I could have it for a long time and not have to worry about things breaking down as this car only had $34, 000 miles on it. I have 36,307 now and deserve a comparable car. They offered me an Acadia with 96,000 miles on it and told us to come in the next day to do the paper work and Martin, the used car manager came up with excuse after excuse as to why I cant have it without an extra couple thousand dollars. I would NEVER EECOMMEND JAY BUICK EVER. THEY DO NOT CARW ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR CARS OR CUATOMERS. SO WE WENT THERE FOR NOTHING AND IT IS A PRETTY LONG DRIVE FOR US. RUN!!!!!!!

A stereotypical used car lot. I bought a car sight unseen and had it shipped to colorado. James Hunziker was the dealer and overall I was completely disappointed in the service I received from him. I bought an 8 year old car and was not expecting perfection, but was at least expecting what I was told I would get.I could go on about the numerous reasons I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING A CAR HERE. But I will just say James will be very responsive until the payment is complete. Also he will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear even if it isnt true.Im sure they will write a response accepting no responsibility and saying that I am unreasonable. Good luck if you work with James or any of the Jay Auto Group.

Would give zero stars if possible. Went in looking to finance a car for the first time. Read the reviews and all seems good. Donavan seem to be highly spoken of. Set an appointment and test drove the car and everything was smooth sailing. Afterward he said everything was looking good and he would make it happen and that the car would absolutely not get sold from under him and not apply any where else until we hear back. I was hesitant about the process but he kept reassuring me it would work. After everything was set and done he said he will call back in two days since one day he had off. Come four days later no call we called his personal cell in the morning no answer so we leave a voicemail. Nothing all day so we show up and hes not there so at this point I become irritated and ask for someones else to help. Then comes aj, to update us on the process, he said to update him if we have any changes to help meet the banks criteria in the next few days. Come the following day still no response from Donovan, we call aj no answer so we left a voicemail next day still no reply. Again we show up with all needs to meet the banks criteria. Donovan avoids confrontation and aj at his desk has no interest in even saying hello when they were both ecstatic to see us when we walked in the very first time. Immediately saw a Change in attitude. neither would even talk to us and sent for another rep to talk for them just to say they sold the vehicle even though it was still in the lot with the sticker and is still currently online. we were still interested in hearing other options they had in place as a back up as previously discussed. On the way out Donavan proceeds to acknowledge us while dealing with other customers he immediately senses something off and proceeded to asked if all is good to which I say we were upset that we waited all week and have been given the cold shoulder and no attempt to even reach out to us to keep us updated as told.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! ALL I WANTED WAS TO BE KEPT IN THE LOOP TO KNOW WHETHER TO CONTINUE MY SEARCH. INSTEAD WAS TREATED LIKE I WASNT WORTH THEIR TIME.EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS UNLESS BUYING A NEW CAR!

Bought car in July and it’s now October and had to have the alternator and battery replaced. Was transferred to 2 or 3 people that could not help and was eventually transferred to the manager. He promised to investigate and call me back the following day....that was a week and 1/2 ago. I have left 4 messages sinceI should have expected this as we could not get return calls from the financial department either on the front end of the purchaseI am chalking this up to my mistake for not being more selective about purchasing from this group.I would give negative stars if I could .....My advice ....look somewhere else !
