Took my car in once and they charged me but didn’t fix the problem and then the same problem happened again and they charged AGAIN and never fixed the issue. Definitely won’t be going back.
Stopped in on the way to do some grocery shopping. Was gotten right in and the wait was normal time needed for a service job plus they rotated my tires. Price was reasonable about like you would expect. Staff was very courteous and my truck was washed too, over all very happy with the experience.

Typical of most service departments I’ve dealt with over 50 years. No real effort at customer service. Not rude just “too busy..”.Well, with a 90,000 dollar vehicle I do, I admit, expect a little upgraded service. For instance: 1) treat me like I am: a customer of that nice dealership for as long as I can remember; 2) when one buys a Lincoln Navigator Lincoln says a service dept will pick up and deliver the vehicle. Never offers and never mentioned. Yes, I could have but already felt like I was bothering them.Oh well…frankly, I don’t expect much more than I got from any service dept anymore. At least they weren’t rude, and I’ve had a lot of those over the years from other dealerships.

I looked online at the inventory available at Bedford Ford and found several cars my husband and I wanted to test drive. We stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and drove the vehicles. The vehicles were reasonably priced and there was not much haggling needed on the price. The salesman Dan was very helpful and not pushy at all. We ended up buying 2 vehicles from him. Pleasant transaction and no pressure from anyone at the dealer.
Always my go to place for service! They are organized and fast! They always treat me well and have smiles on their faces! I can ask them anything and they always seem to know the answers too, that is very helpful when I need information about my vehicle.

Scheduling was a breeze and they even sent text messages to remind me periodically of my upcoming appointment, which helped me greatly. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with their team.

This wasnt a great experience. They take the attitude that theyre doing you a favor to work on your vehicle. In fact, its a transaction. And I paid them very well to figure out that my engine light being on didnt mean anything. They seemed to regard it as an inconvenience to do the work. Employees were giggling at the service desk. Just not very professional all around.
Dan Holland was my salesman. I purchased a 2021 Lincoln Corsair. Dan talked me through all the items, which were very detailed. I was well informed with the ends and outs of this vehicle by the time he was done, their pretty high tech nowadays. It was late in the day, and most of the staff had already left, he could of rushed the process, but he didnt. Great experience....Good Job Dan. Love the truck !!!
The man in the service department was down right rude from the way he spoke to me over the phone and the way he acted in person. His name is mile and he has absolutely no customer service skills at all. My car came back to me with my black wheels being scratched up pretty bad and I get told that it’s from me hitting crubs that their technician wouldn’t do that, well my wheels had no scratches when I dropped it off. I will drive out of town to another Ford dealership before I ever return there for anything!
My car was doing something funny with dash lights I took the car down there but when they did a diagnostic test on it they couldnt get a code so they drove it for a week still couldnt get it to do what it was doing on me. So I went and got my car and on the way home it did it again the same thing. I dont drive my car much but this time new words came upon my dash so I called Ford and told them and they set me up an appointment and finally they got the codes to come up and now I have my car back and so far all good. They are easy to talk to xo THANKS RICK for your help.

I needed to get my oil changed before I had to make a quick trip to Alabama. As I live in Bloomington, I called the Ford Dealer there. They said they could not fit me in for 10 days. Frustrated I called the Bedford Ford dealership and they asked If I could be there by noon!

We took a car in to have a key flashed. The cost was to be $65. They called and said the computer had to be reprogrammed. We approved the change. We were called and told car was ready. We picked the car and new key up. Bill was $349. Got the car home no real difference in the car. Went in a talked to them. They said sometimes the programming doesnt work. Have a good day. Would not recommend them for any service. Terrible customer service and shady business practices

Customer service was excellent. They were able to fix my car, but something else got messed up in the process. When we picked up our car all lights on the dash were on. Bright light is always on now, and the turning signals dont signal inside of the car. This car is for a first time driver.

I brought my new F250 in because I thought it had slack in the driveshaft because of the pinion. I went for a ride with a mechanic who explained the issue. I learned something and I’m completely satisfied.
Took my daughters vehicle in for warranty work and they would not give her a loaner vehicle. We paid for the extended warranty. They told us that the salesman would have to set it up. The salesman is no longer employed there. So we had to arrange for her to borrow a vehicle from someone else so she could get to work.
Bedford is the Best! I always am greeted with a smile and get great service on my car. Wouldnt go anywhere else for vehicles.
The service was good but one of the main reasons that I drove to Bedford Ford to get my oil changed is because my mom told me that they wash your car after they are done. I was disappointed that they didnt wash my car. I can get an oil change in Paoli and not have to drive out of town.
Did not reset code lights still says change oil n check tires would be nice if the job had been done also need check engine light reset. Thank you

Quicklanes is quick and easy; in and out in 30mins or less for oil changes and tire rotations. It is walk-in style, no appointments, but you might want to call ahead of time to see your wait time as there might be multiple people there already.
That place is a total mess since new owner took over. Bought a new used car with a warranty but warranty was never turned in. Had trouble with front hub bearing, had to have it replaced and then find out our warranty wasnt active. Took a week to get hub bearing replaced and heated seat fixed. Best bet is to go next door to Huble. The issues was handle and resolved by our great salesman Kevin Osborne.
Dan Holland was very helpful. He got us all the savings that were available. He even found a extra $800.00 in savings
Customer service was alright. Charged me for a diagnosis and didn’t even give the full diagnosis. Said it could be this or that? Worst part was cost me 200 and some odd dollars to have a tire sensor replaced and two days later the system started acting worse. Took almost three hours for something they said would be an hour. Make sure they give you the answer to your problem before letting them charge you for it.

I have been using Bedford Ford since I bought my Escape. Rick is a really sweet man who listens to me without any hesitation. Although there is a man that works there that could work on his manners when it comes to talking with customers. He was not very understanding when he answered my call, he was rude and I dont like dealing with him.

I called to get the oil changed on my Ford f150 (works inspection) tires rotation and then I was surprised when they guy asked if I wanted to check the alignment. We travel on the road different states with my husbands work and I have been to several Ford companies and BEDFORD FORD in Bedford IN was right on they said in touch with you, the alignment was done right afterwards and they even checked battery for cold cracking amps. EXCELLENT SERVICE THANK YOU

Overall I would rate my continued experience with Bedford Ford as average at best. This rating is based upon 3 factors, arrival experience, waiting experience, and checkout.The arrival experience included driving into the service bay. I was greeted by a service representative and asked about what kind of services I required. It would have been nice to have been asked, have you been here before and thank you for coming back. There was not a confirmation of what my service would include, an estimate of time needed to complete the service or if there might be some coupons or discounts available. My vehicle is registered to the Bedford Ford for warranty service and customer loyalty points for each service, which you would never know because 1) No one asked, 2) its assumed you know everything about their services and require no explanation. As I handed my keys to the service representative there wasnt any kind of thank you, we have two different waiting areas, a business breakout area, and restrooms are located -nothing.The wait. This period is a guessing game and appears to be a game of you hang out and keep looking in the windows of our service bays to see if you vehicle is done. Until then, no one follows up with you to discuss the specifics of your service, options, or an update on timing to completion. After spending time in the various waiting areas, walking by sales people in the front show room with people more focused on watching basketball games on their phones versus looking up and saying hello, I walked throughout the car lot, and laps around the building. Peering in on my truck to see that it was on a lift, no one around it for at least 20 minutes, and wondering what is going on? I looked at newer vehicles without anyone approaching or asking if I would be interested in learning more about some of the vehicles they had on the lot. During one of my laps around the property I was approached by the service representative who showed my my air filter and asked if I wanted it replaced. No other information was given, such as if you look at this you can see... my recommendation is to..., and the current price for this is..., nothing. Just would you like it replaced. Also, since my bumper to bumper warranty for this vehicle is registered with Bedford Ford, it would have been nice to have some kind of additional inspections, but since I didnt ask for it, the addition effort was not there either.The checkout. I noticed my vehicle was backing out of the service bay and as the mechanic was passing I asked if it was going to be washed. The response was no and no other explanation. I walked into the service reception area and approached the desk. The service representative said, you keys will be here in a moment, will this be cash or card? It would have been nice to hear, a summary of what was was done on my truck, some kind of overview of the systems, pricing, and services performed or inspected. Apparently it didnt occur to anyone that I would want to know all my fluids were topped off -were they? Also, how did my brakes look? Were their any concerns or other services that could/should be done at my mileage juncture? What about, a hey, we were not able to provide a car wash today because aliens stole our equipment this past weekend or at least some kind of explanation of why it wasnt washed as it has been on previous visits. It should be noted that prices for service are not listed on the walls in the service areas, so not knowing how much this is going to cost and especially after approving the air filter replacement and not knowing the price makes the answer to Cash or Card kind of interesting, if not ridiculous.The final exit was here are your keys and a receipt which I apparently could read at my leisure because there was not an explanation of services or even a thank you for being a repeat customer.So offering 3 stars for average service in my mind appears warranted, if not generous.The wait.

Work quality was fine, but dont call it a quick lane if you cant perform an oil change, tire rotation, and fix a tire senor in under 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Returned 3 year lease. Was very unsure about leasing again or buying. Upon arrival, Rick Sparks had a vehicle ready for me to tdry. It let me decide on size. So to narrow down what I wanted/needed, we discussed. Realized my purse was a factor but he mentioned a pre-owned on the lot. A lot of this vehicle is not what I planned but due to his recommendation, it definitely works for me...and I love it! So after two 3-year leases, I now own. Work done on time, oil change was probably done professionally. They took out the cabin filter which needed cleaning,but when they put it back they did not put the two sttaching devices back on the filtercompartment door. It seems to be secure but worried that it might fallout....

The guy who approached my mother and I wouldnt listen to what we wanted nor what price range. I had a decent down payment for a used car but instead of a used car he tried to put me in a brand new car. I didnt want that. He was friendly enough but just not interested in really listening to what I was telling him.
I do not like the fact that you take walk ins over people with appts. Also I see that prices have increased under the new ownership
