Im a former customer of Bedford Nissans, and due to the current car environment, there is a ton of equity in a car I was leasing (from another dealership). To buy out my lease and sell the car privately -- to realize that equity -- I needed a dealer to execute the paperwork for that buyout. I left three messages for Bedford Nissans finance department -- no return. I spoke to a salesman, Mark -- no further communication after initially seeming interested in helping me. Its really hard to execute a buyout when a company requires you to do it via a dealer ... and a dealer refuses to help execute the buyout.I get it: This dealer was going to make no money by helping me execute this buyout, at least on this process. But the dealer (Nissan of North Olmsted) who did help me execute it -- and even had paperwork ready for me when I showed up, so it took all of 6 minutes -- will be getting my business going forward. I encourage you to do the same.EDIT after seeing the dealers response, to which I cant reply here: I was paying CASH for the buyout. Bedford Nissan would have been out exactly $0, and would not have had to be reimbursed for any money, nor waited 4-6 weeks. Of course, they never returned my call, so in that way, theyre right -- it IS one-sided. Unfortunately, not in favor of me. Do not do business with this company.
I walked in they got my keys and instantly started working on my vehicle. Before I could even get comfortable everything was done and I was set and ready to go. The customer service upon arrival was top of the line all the way until I got ready to go customer service was top of the line. The people there made my life easy that day. Let me tell you, I knew what I wanted for months. Everything I wanted as to features and the exact color combo I wanted.. orange with a black top. Almost impossible to find because of the combination. Its is not a common color. Stu Friedman was on it and got me the car as soon as it came to the lot! It wasnt even unwrapped from shipping! Miracle worker! You should definitely give him a call.
Lost my first car that I was in love with due to a faulty oil change that led to a blown engine. For a week I visited over 10 vehicle dealerships in Cleveland and surrounding areas and had no luck due to my current financial/credit situations. I met Ms. Sherri Greene at Bedford Nissan and after spilling out my life story she promised to help me, and did. There were so many obstacles in my way and as I know at other dealerships they would have gave on me, Ms. Greene held my hand as we made it to the end. She is honestly Heaven sent (and if you are not religious, she’s the most beautiful and helpful person inside, and out). If you’re ever in a rough patch and really need assistance with obtaining a vehicle, please visit this dealership.
I originally stopped at a Nissan Dealer that was closer to my house and was unsatisfied with the inventory at that location and with the current market, they were unable to obtain the color of vehicle that my wife wanted. We filled out the online quote request at Bedford Nissan and Damon was quick to respond. He did an excellent job of getting us through the process of leasing our new Murano. I did not have an appointment and needed and oil and tire rotation. Left my car overnight and they had it completed by the end of business the next day. They also gave me a discount on the filter I needed that they had which was helpful.

I was very impressed as it was not long Sheldon came back to let me know I needed a filter and said it wouldn’t be long as my car would be done. I dont know what changed about this dealership. I used to love this dealership. Now the staff for the most part all the staff is rude, disrespectful and just totally unpleasant. This dealership did a over haul for the worst. I have purchased 5 cars from here, but refuse to purchase another one from this dealership. I just recently purchased 2 Altimas and this dealership is the closet to my home and I rather drive to Mayfield to where I made one of the purchases. This dealership should do another overhaul but back to the respectful and pleasant place it once was. The service department is awful. I took my vehicle in for service and I was explaining the issues, he decides that he is going to play 20 questions with me as if I am the mechanic, half of what he asked me I had no clue to what he talking about. (Im not a mechanic.) I couldnt do his job for him. He didnt even put my concerns into the notes, so when I bring it back it is already noted. He brushed my concerns away as if he didnt have time to deal with them, but asks do I want a car wash. This is a very poor dealership to go to. Will not refer anyone to this dealership ever.
I have called 29 Nissan dealership offices looking for Nissan rogue with premium package that is red in color with white interior.Every kept saying this is a difficult combination tried to convince me to buy what they have.I was luck enough to talk over the phone with Mrs.Sherri who said she will check the inventory and she got back to me with less than 10 min saying she has what I am looking for.Sincd I am living away we finished everything on line and just went once to pay and get the car.The cusservice is super and highly recommended
They did recall work under a service campaign and fixed everything for me. They found more issues and with my approval fixed those as well. My car drives like its brand new off the lot! Thank you nissan for fixing my car

Great experience I was checked in shown the lounge area. I brought my rogue in for an oil change and tire rotation. They suggested other services I declined them but I definitely plan to schedule to have those services taken care of soon. I’m glad to know that my vehicle was well taken care of.

At first they seemed to be efficient and friendly and I felt at ease with them. However I purchased a vehicle and 10 minutes after driving off the lot the check engine light came on. They told me they would get back to me on it and it took a couple days and I had to call and inquire. They connected me with the cars original dealership to get it serviced. First major problem.Second, after test driving I noted the emergency front console button was jammed in and I asked if it could be fixed before purchasing. My agent said their people will for sure check it out. My mistake was having blind faith because after I signed all my papers and got to the car it was not fixed and was told they tried and couldn’t so I could just schedule it for service sometime.Third, I wasn’t told until after I finished the car signing process and was handed one key that there was only one key. Given the immediate issues off the Lott I asked it the dealership would be willing to at least pay for a second key to be made when I take it in for the engine to be checked. They told me that the previous owner was a family member of a worker there and they will have them look for it. Then they said they couldn’t find it and they won’t get a second key for it.They were nice people on the surface but when it came to action the customer service was extremely poor for me. Check engine lights coming on when a car has 20k miles moments after leaving the lot and then doing absolutely nothing to go above and beyond to try and make the situation better...If you want ease of mind that you’re not getting a lemon of a car, and dealing with staff that do the absolute bare minimum I would recommend going somewhere else.

Brought car in for service, The service person was very polite and professional. My vehicle was given a complete inspection, and I was provided with that inspection report, which was great.
As a first time Nissan customer, I felt I wanted to share my experience with others to hopefully help new Nissan customers, and current ones, be informed about my potential “buyer beware”. As mentioned above I ended up buying a new car with this particular Nissan location. Although the staff appeared nice, I also felt a little rushed in making a decision then and there about purchasing, which should have been my first clue. After getting the paper work signed, I was told I would be receiving my temporary title within 30 days, (this was pre-covid). It turned out that I didn’t get a title until closer to 3 months later after buying the car. This was done only after I called Nissan in Bedford stating I hadn’t received it. I was told by their associate they had the copy but had just not sent it out yet. Suffice it to say I did get it in the mail. Another issue was while I purchased a brand new car, no one properly checked to make sure all car notifications were intact and in working order. Fast forward 1 year later and my check engine light has still not lit up, despite my car being over 10,000 miles. I go into a different Nissan location to inquire about the light as well as getting a general maintenance check. It turns out that something was overlooked and was never set to actually light up when the oil needed to be changed. I was told this is something that happens notoriously at Nissan in Bedford, as well as staff not checking customers tire pressure before leaving the lot. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was sad to learn that this was a common practice from the company and also with the lack of communication and general follow-up you expect to get, it was just not there. Hopefully the delay with the oil change wont damage my car in the long run, but I am happy to know I got it addressed and that the associates at Nissan in North Olmsted were both attentive and helpful during this whole situation. For the reasons listed above, it is not in my plans to return to this location. Hope this review will help others, and if you do buy from the Nissan in Bedford location, I suggest making sure all necessary safety checks are performed before purchase.

Just got my new Rogue from Sherri at Bedford Nissan. It was such an incredible experience. From start to finish everyone was wonderful. I had previously been to a different Nissan and had a horrible experience and was about to give up on getting the newest Rogue model until someone recommended this Nissan. I have never been to a dealership where every team member I came in contact with was amazing. Even the finance experience was top notch. I would highly recommend Sherri and this dealership. I will not be going anywhere else again.

The sales staff were all very unprofessional. They wouldnt even acknowledge me accept for Arlon, who was exceptionally polite and helpfull. A truly wonderful human being. Brian was very rude. Completely ignored me. As Arlon is no longer working there, I would not recommend this place f you want good service. Without Arlon there, they have no more polite and helpful sales staff. Just a bunch of rude, condescending, pretentious elitists. Terrible place. Terrible. Worst. Dealership. Ever. ....I wish I could buy a car from Arlon....
