Rachel was absolutely AMAZING! We came in to finish our reservation because we didn’t know we could do it online. She was kind and courteous and helped us save $50 by helping us get the first month free promotion. We came in close to closing time and she was not rushing us at all. Plus she’s really funny.

Please make sure you guys inspect your units periodically.. I found 2 dead rats and 1 still alive in my storage unit rat droppings all over my belongings ...Ive rented twice from them and never encountered this problem but I dont think Ill do business with them again after this..while the facility is climate controlled I guess theyre not pest controlled but still.

Its okay. I just wished the units themselves had a roof over them instead its just a cage. Some Days I cant even find my own unit. Also people have asked me many times where the carts are to move your stuff in and out and I dont know where they are. I will need them when I have to move my mothers things out of there.

Great place. The staff was awesome and the manager Angela Trahan has the best personality and customer service. She really caress about her customers. After the flood we had to store what we had left with life storage and we were really pleased. Had our things there with them for a year. I recommend them at any location in the golden triangle.
