Bad service. They act like they are doing you a favor. Asked for a secondary phone number, i provided it. Didnt say I need permission to call or anything. Just picked up the phone and started calling. The person was at work and had to hang up immediately. Then the rep acted as if i were in the wrong. Give me another number, that dont work even after my person said hello and had to hang up.There is like a uhaul on every corner, FIND ANOTHER ONE! These people dont deserve hard earned money. Tip to this location: nice doesnt cost a thing.By the looks of the comments, nobody cares at this location.

The owner was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. We didnt do anything for that kind of service. We were still able to reserve our truck at a different location, but I will never go to THIS location ever again.

I went today and was told I can not get a uhaul truck because my mom owed money on a uhaul truck so I was refused service. Also had some unprofessional girls in the front . They were rude and unprofessional. Wish I could give this uhaul location zero stars. Oh yeah and manager is needs to be fired ASAP

I reserved a truck for a one-way trip I reserved the truck 2 days before the day I wanted to pick it up when I get here from coming from out of town they say they dont have my truck then they proceeded to say that they have another truck in another city the total opposite way of where Im going and wanted me to get that truck then they proceeded to say all they have another truck at another location you can go there I get there they still dont have any truck my time was to leave is 10:00 a.m. in the morning with furniture going home now Im stranded in a city having to waste gas again trash

I went at approximately 3 mins closing time with an error from another location and they helped me get a truck rented and had such a nice attitude about it! I wish I can remember the names. The asst manager and a nice young guy that was working 8/18/20 at 6:55pm. I cannot thank you guys enough!! Thank you for a wonder full experience! Do not hesitate to rent from this location!! 10/10 for sure!

When I initially reserved the Uhaul, it sent me to a location that did not have a truck available. I then drove to the closest Uhaul where I waited in line for 45 minutes only to find out I couldnt use one of the trucks onsite. The gentlemen said they were all reserved but I TOO had a reservation. I was then routed to a different location (35 minutes away in the opposite direction of where I needed to go) to pick up the uhaul. The address listed on the paper given to me was not the actual storage pick up location since Storage Depot WPA moved. In addition, I had reserved two dollies but neither locations had them available. I was suppose to get extra miles for the inconvenience but was charged for that as well. It was a terrible experience.

Absolutely the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. Checked in online and still had to wait 20 minutes to even be spoken to. One employee was sitting at a desk not assisting customers. The other went outside to sweep trucks while there was a line of 6 people. I canceled my reservation because I refused to do business with that location.

I was frustrated at first for being on hold trying to get 2 Uboxes delivered.Then the BEST driver, LUCKY, took time to help me with it. He was VERY professional and courteous. He is definately management material.

Who ever is over this location needs to train the rep and supervisor on towing. Just because your computer is telling you something doesnt mean its correct. I had to fight with this location over an hour to rent a auto transport. They kept telling me truck was not able to pull the trailer and vehicle. I had to find information from the OEM manual to prove them wrong. Even after that, they were still telling me what the computer says. They finally gave me the rental after an hour of wasting my time. I would give this place a zero if I could. And yes uhaul associates, my vehicle made the trip with no problems.

This uhual is absolute trash. We had an online order in advance and they didnt keep our truck had to send us elsewhere on top of that we were charged excessive fees fraudulently. Do not use these horrible people.

Horrible customer care. At a time when community should be pulling together to help, the owner of this franchise is busy trying to make money off of your misery. People are being told that they have 72 hours to get their stuff out before the units will be opened and dumped. The problem? There is no alternative storage. Theyll rent you a truck so you can move your stuff. Seriously? A little compassion for those people reeling from the tropical storm would have gone a long way.

I am giving them two stars due to the management at least trying to help out. Been trying to rent a truck from them for the past three days. Had issues not hearing from them, no calls and a delay for the information they needed when it was never mentioned before. They told me I would get at least one day free due to the inconvenience. I showed up today in the pouring rain and cold. Had to wait for 40 minutes due to the huge rush of people. When it was my turn, I had to wait again because there was in issue finding in the rental truck, turns out one of their workers had given my vehicle which I reserved to someone else. I couldnt believe it! someone would rent out the vehicle without checking any other reservations. The manager apologized and offered to try find me a different truck, but it would be in a different location. I said screw it, pretty much told them thanks for wasting my time and left. Really ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. I have been renting from Uhaul for years. Did online check in. They had no clue had to cancel reservations because service was terrible. Called corporate office about some of the policies and to complain. The corporate office said they never heard of some of the things they were asking me. Thankfully she made reservations for another location. I’d give this location ZERO stars if it were an option.

Spent time out of my day to go up to this place to see if they would so graciously rent me a trailer. Was hauling a 1900lb utility vehicle with the same wheelbase as a honda civic. Guy enters all my information and says u haul will have to approve the rental because they do not know if it will fit and he will call me within 24 hours.No call, no nothing after two days. Rented another trailer from Beaumont tractor. Horrible experience with uhaul all around usually... It is like winning the damn lottery if your vehicle specs match up to what they think you need to tow with what trailer. Thanks but no thanks. Never again.

Not satisfied at all, ALL employees are EXTREMELY RUDE. They do not care and refused to assist me when I got there 5 minutes before close ... I called ahead and let them know I was on my way but they did not let me know they were counting the register at 4:45 even though they close at 5pm.... I asked for an email to corporate and she stated there isnt one available (huge lie) ... their front doors were UNLOCKED and the open sign was lit... I am glad to be moving away from this area... it seems as if that is the local standard when it comes to professionalism out here. Thanks for nothing! Wish I could give zero stars.

Worst storage place ever !! Had my stuff in storage went to check on my lock been cut off and replaced with another lock of U-Haul‘s. Some of my belongings were gone everything else had been thrown around. I had just been up here after the store I’ll admit it flooded change my stuff over to another unit just two weeks ago .The manager told me I was asking for answers that nobody knew about how my life got cut off and Who had been inside my unit going through my stuff. Who had been inside my unit going through my stuff. The manager is a joke has no business in that position he was no more concerned with what had happened in a man in the moon

Awful customer service. OMG! I can not understand their attitude. They are lazy, inattentive, and simply dont care about their customers. Go to M & D for a propane tank refill. They truly care about their business.

Went to get propane and they only had one person who could do it. But instead of helping me she ran and hid and said she just clocked out so she wasn’t gonna help. So instead of helping or leaving since she clocked out she stayed there hiding and playing grab ass with another employee. Lazy people save your time and go somewhere else.

Got a reservation for a hitch to be put on,when I get there they don’t have the parts in stock. Should have checked their their stock ahead of time, and called me to let me know they didn’t have it, so I could make other arrangements. They should give me a discount for driving all the way to Beaumont from Deweyville.

These guys are out of control. I returned a trailer I rented in Dallas to this location. They refused to provide me with anything saying I had returned the trailer. When I asked how I could prove I returned it and on time and in good condition the guy said I dont know. Then I forgot to get my personal furniture dollies from the back of the trailer (my mistake) and returned five minutes later to get them. The three employees were standing outside smoking and laughed when I asked about getting my dollies. I dont know what to tell you, Man, one of them said. Looks like youre SOL. I thought they were joking but when I asked them to get my dollies they ordered me off the property. I called UHaul customer service and after 47 minutes I finally was able to file a complaint with the Houston regional office...but still no call back from anyone. I wont use UHaul again because of this unless they correct this situation.

I scheduled a trailer hitch install with the lady on the phone. 7:30 am. I show up and there is 1 person running tbe place and he knows nothing about any trailer hitch installation scheduled for today. It must have been the U-Haul call center. According to this guy the call center is not supposed to schedule. Only the local store. They are having to call in people and 2 hrs. later we are starting to install the hitch. If that goes as badly as this mornings other proceedings I may post anothee review.

Lazy, disrespectful, and rude employees. Went to rent some equipment and had an employee turn his back on me and walk away saying nah, I don do dat. Asked for help loading a car on a trailer, he gave me a users manual and told me to figure it out. Called the GM who didnt apologize or fix his employees. Go to the one on eastex, the staff is way better there.

Truck broke down and they would not help us with another truck. They were very rude. Had to get a truck in winnie tx. And drive back to this uhaul to unload the broken down truck.

We reserved a vehicle and then they had issues with our reservation. They sent us to a new location without notifying them that we were arriving. Took us THREE HOURS to get a vehicle that we reserved.

This guys are rude no experience whats so ever one guy told me iam not qualified for propane are you kidding me lazy guys out there be carefull not recomended.
