Guardian Self Storage is great. The customer service was great also. The owners are very courteous and respectful. They made sure that my unit was clean and before any paperwork was started theu showed me the unit ahead of time. I was really happy with there service and they gave me a good deal on the unit that I needed for the job that I was working. Other places in there area were way to pricey. I was very happy with Guardian Self Storage everything went great. I would recommend Guardian Self Storage to everyone. Thank you again Guardian Self Storage for your wonderful service.

Last minute move. Needed a storage unit last minute Nancy the manager was wonderful. Got a unit in minuets. Got stuck in heavy traffic they were closing. Nancy waited for us to arrive. This place is clean and impressive. Great manager. I highly recommend them.

First of all I rarely post reviews and I only post reviews for the most outstanding service. I moved back to Beaumont after many years from another state. I needed a large storage unit. Not only did Nancy and Harvey bend over backwards to help me, they are some of the nicest people Ive ever dealt with. The rates are fair, the facility is extremely secure and everything is clean. I probably talked to 10 other storage facilities and I can tell you dont waste your time. Go to guardian and talk to Nancy. She will take good care of you!

My wife has a real hard time throwing things away so we have needed storage facilities for many years and I have to say this is by far the best we have experienced. Great location with super easy access very clean and most importantly the price is right. Definitely get a lot of bang for your buck highly recommend Guardian Self Storage.

Not only did I have an issue with someone running my card when its not on auto pay, but for the fourth time in the history of me having a storage unit my card is not on file whatsoever and they cannot run it over the phone. I now live close to Idyllwild and I have to drive all the way to Beaumont to make a payment! This would be more convenient if the road to Banning or the road to Hemet were not completely washed away. This will be a two hour trip and $50 in gas. I do know who the owner is and Ive been renting since 2015. I asked the gentleman if he would get a hold of the owner for me and he told me that I can call tomorrow and discuss it with a new manager who I dont know I just need my card ran so that I dont get a late fee. Lately its been too much dysfunction. How does my card disappear on file this many times!?

My wife and I would like to give Guardian Self Storage the highest rating possible. Rick was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We had a 1948 Willys Army Jeep to be towed from Guardian Storage. The jeep had been in storage there for 20 years. If not for Rick, we would have never been able to get the jeep out of the unit and towed. Ricks assistance was the epitome of customer service!
