They replaces my mother’s transmission last year and shortly after she heard a noise, they were quick to check it out and fix it. Now my transmission was acting up they diagnosed it for me the next day and replaced my transmission. The people here are very friendly, professional, and do an outstanding job! I was confident getting the work done here because I know they stand behind their work.

So I brought a 2006 Dodge Charger in because it kept going into limp mode and throwing all sorts of crazy codes. By this time I had attempted to fix it myself thinking it was various sensors and had paid for diagnostics at the dealership and gotten a quote for like $4800.They had my car for almost a month!! But it was awesome because he called me at least once a week to tell me what he’s tried and we’d figure out the next steps. Even when he figured it out I had him drive it another week just to be sure we were clear.You see when you leave a car with a mechanic for something non-specific it’s not like they can just mess with your car 8 hours straight day in and day out. But I know he worked on it numerous hours when he could and he kept good communication.Anyway he did figure out the problem and my bill was a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge.

Really impressed with the entire experience. I have a modified dodge Dakota that sees a lot of track time. They took the time to ask the right questions about how I use my truck. Made suggestions about how to improve it then built it. Truck performed much better than I anticipated. Thanks guys, great work.

To make a very long story short… I am self employed and own many vehicles and this company gave me the worst experience to date. Very dishonest and poorly ran. I am completely familiar with the obstacles that come with running a business but this owner was nothing short of dishonest. We communicated over his personal cell phone over some issues which I was cursed over. Would be very careful if you decide to use this business.

Would not recommend this business whatsoever! The length of time it takes to get what you want done is ridiculous. I believe this is evident by the large number of vehicles always sitting outside the property. If you’re gonna go here you better have the gift of patience because they take forever!

Several years ago I had my 2001 GMC YUKON transmission rebuilt there,. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable,. My vehicle was actually ready a day before they said it would be, TOTALLY AWESOME

By far the most honest shop that I have ever experienced in my almost 60 years of being a Beaumont native. Everything was revealed to me about my car upfront and before any work was performed. I highly recommend this shop as they have been here in the same location since the late 1980s.

Literally the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with any automotive place and Ive been to many. They gave me a price to rebuild my transmission then after 6 weeks when I finally show up and ask them why is it taking so long and has the price changed? Im informed the person who gave me the initial quote was no longer there. My total went from $600 to $1600 which I didnt pay and then they had the nerve to charge me 100$ to get my transmission back almost 2 months later lmao. STAY AWAY poorly ran business all together

Left my car on Monday morning with a motor oil leak. Picked up the same day in the afternoon fixed with just an oil change and filter. Great service in a timely manner!

They fixed my transmission last year. It is still fine but my heater quit blowing. I dropped my car off and got it back the same day with my heater blowing again and it was a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Home town local owned shop with friendly staff and attention to detail. They diagnosed a problem that left other shops scratching their heads. They will not give up until your car is fixed!!!

After being told by two different national branded shops that I needed a new transmission, I gave Transmission Exchange on College Street a shot at my vehicle. The other shops wanted me to spend all my money. Transmission Exchange found the problem in just a day and the price was a fraction of what I was preparing to spend. I did not need a new transmission. They fixed mine without even removing it from the vehicle. Thank you guys so much!!

Dealing with this shop, you better have some knowledge. This shop tried to tell me my transmission was completely destroyed and that it would be 3400.00 just for a remanufactured transmission and that it would come with a 50,000 mile warranty. Then if I wanted a upgraded billet converter I would have to pay 700.00 more. I told them no thanks. I did some research and found a new transmission with all the upgraded parts plus it came with the upgraded billet converter and a LIFETIME warranty for 2200.00. They took me for someone who didn’t know I was getting the shaft, but wrong. I would recommend anyone looking to use this company to research your options and compare prices.

Excellent service from the tow to the clutch replacement. I cant remember his name, but I believe it was the owner was very accommodating to my difficult work schedule. On top of that, they did a quality job at an excellent rate. Highly recommended.

Seems like nice people. Just not a business I would recommend. Definitely takes time to do whatever it is you need. Make sure you dont need your vehicle for an extended period of time. When you get vehicle back, Id take it somewhere else to make sure done right. Cost me alot more than should have after all problems were solved. Nice guy though.

Very unprofessional poor service make a lot of excuses for why they couldnt give me a diagnosis I had to constantly go by to check on my truck because they would never Call me to give updates about what was wrong with the truck it stayed there for 7 days without giving me a quote to fix it
