Had an appointment on a Saturday morning for a flat repair and tire rotation. We were in and out quickly despite the fact that it was very busy. Always friendly but lately they seem to be focusing more on speedy service too. Great job.

Cant speak for other locations, this one though is amazing. About 5 months ago i got tires from them & today went up there to get them rotated & balanced. They did the job quick & didnt cost my 1 cent.... just asked if the next time i get tires consider getting it from them. In a world where almost everything is bought online i can tell you personally i will only go to them for my tire needs. Gained a customer for life with me.

Overall I have always enjoyed my visit. The tech that helped me he was okay but seemed to be in a hurry. Normally when they check my tires they start my car and turn the wheels so I can fully see. He just rubbed his hand on tire stated they needed changing I should of challenged him but never had a bad experience so anyway new tires was a plus for me I drive alot. To the tech that helped me you were nice just slow down when talking let the customer feel like you have the time to be with them.

Had a warning message while driving, that pressure was dropping. Was down the street from Discout tire, in Beaumont TX, so I pulled in. Very busy place. Still were very professional and were able to repair my tire. Quickly and reasonably!

Had a flat tire with the donut spare on and before I could even get my children out of the car, I was being greeted by one of the employees. He inspected the tire and was very informative of what needed to be done. He wasnt pushy offered different solutions in order to help us. I appreciated the fact that he took what we stated our immediate needs were and didnt push any further services. Austin was a wonderful salesperson and a great person to work with. Not to mention everything was done in about 20 minutes on a Saturday. We plan on being back once we are ready to purchase a full set in a couple months.Thank you!

Told them I was putting new tires for baby a gift and they let us pull off with 1 lugnut missing and 1 cross threaded on the front drivers side!!! Not happy

When you first come here they make it sound so great to do business with them. If you have to get warranty done at this place. No matter the store first thing the say is you need new tires. I have brought my truck and jeep and my other vehicles here. Every time I show up they say you need new tires. My truck was supposed to have 60 thousand mile warranty. Apparently they put 50 thousand mile tires on it. I have around 30 thousand on it and now I need new tires on it. Im only going to get 20 a tire for replacement. Thats with there warranty. I will have to cover the other 230 dollars to replace each tire. So thats buying new tires each time I come in. They dont even want to rotate and balance the tires on the truck.

Ive always been able to depend on these guys theoughout the years. Been coming to this location or one of the other 3 in the area for over 20 years. Theyre usually quite busy so it may take a while to get any service completed at times, but from what I gather, you can set up an appointment to expedite your service. Ive never done this, so I might try it out next time. The brands and quality of the tires and wheels they offer are quite decent, many are of the well known varieties everyone knows. I can think of only one time where Ive been disappointed and it happened recently. Two lugnuts had broken onto the studs when I attempted to remove them to perform some brake service to my truck. I dont know if I could blame it on the technician or the quality of the lugnut they used but they made it right by sending me to a 3rd party to make the repair free of charge. Still had to take extra time out of my day, drop off the truck to another shop, catch a ride to and from work but, sometimes life happens. This one thing after so many years is easy to overlook. Ill keep coming back

This morning my tires were rotated and while returning to work, the light came on indicating there was a problem with the tires air pressure. I returned on my break a little upset and waited on someone to help. All of a sudden, ETHAN came with the biggest smile under his mask, the best positive energy, and very soothing voice, and fix the problem. He leveled all tire pressures and told me how to tell what the front and back tire pressures should be. I will return because this is the very first time Ive had any issues the entire time Ive been a customer.

Stopped by to get an air check. They found something wrong with my front right tire. So I walked to JC Pennys with returns and then walked back. They were very friendly at Pennys and took care of every one of my needs. That was this Afternoon. It is late evening now and I think I had a good day. My tire got taken care of and I got a refund from Pennys. Ready to get to sleep.

Lug nuts got stripped out. All aluminum wheel was scarred up. I wanted to dispose of my own tires, they didnt follow instructions.

The technician that we had was not very knowledgeable. We were looking for rim and a tire to replace the donut tire that came with our vehicle. We werent looking for anything fancy just something dependable. His solution was a rim that required different lug nuts. Why would we want a spare tire that required different lug nuts than the tires that we use on our vehicle? It was one of the craziest solutions that I have ever heard at a tire shop. To make matters worse he wanted to charge us $300! We left and found a tire and a rim that fit our vehicle at another tire store. The best part is we werent charged $300 and it matches our lugnuts!

This was the easiest and most painless tire purchase I have ever experienced. I ordered four Michelin tires for my 2016 Camry over the Discount Tire website which was straight forward and user friendly. The next day my tires arrived at the Discount Tire Store 6179 Eastex Fwy in Beaumont shortly after noon. I was notified by the store manager and we set up a appointment to have them installed that same evening. One hour later I drove up to the front of the Discount Tire store parking lot and was greeted by one of their technicians before I was even out of my vehicle. I was very impressed with their attitude and professionalism. I drove out of their parking lot 35 minutes later with a new set of tires and a huge smile on my face. I will do all of my future tire purchases at this store without hesitation.

I’m sure it’s tough selling tires but patient goes a long way. The person taking our information had a difficult time conversing and seemed unaware of the questions usually asked for someone needing info about tires. The clerk who finally spoke with us didn’t seem to listen to what was needing and could’ve saved himself time and energy by realizing they didn’t provide the service we were asking for. Went all the way to the car, back inside and then we explained again and then he finally realized what we had asked for.

Went here to get a nail taken out of my tire and get it plugged. I went home after that thinking my tire was ok. Took a look at my tire to see the plug and the nail was still in it. There was no plug in it. They worked on the wrong tire that did not have any problem. I brought it back only to sit a long time before they took care of me. I do not recommend this place😕

All I needed was a patch on a tire & the associate told me that they couldnt & that I needed to buy a tire that cost $142. He didnt even test the tred depth of the tire.

This location is the slowest on earth. I came to this location to buy a new tire today and I arrived at approximately 3:00pm and I’m just now leaving at 5:15pm. Just needed one tire changed out. Gordon was professional and the lead tire technician that runs the crew was professional. I’ll never come back to discount tire until they learn how to demonstrate speed to execution.

I had an 11:30 appointment. I waited an hour and they took in the car that had just pulled in beside me. Finally at 12:42 after I said something to them they took me in. Had I not had a leaking tire, I would have left. We buy all of our tires here, but will rethink this next time.

Stopped in this morning. Staff was fast and extremely helpful. The front staff identified a selection of tires for me and a ton of rebates and discounts. In fact.. they bought one of my used tires because it still had good tread, making my purchase even cheaper. I left the vehicle there because I thought it would take a long time to get done. I made it home and had time to pour a cup of coffee before I was notified the vehicle was ready. I should have just waited.When I got back to the store my vehicle was sitting outside with four new tires. They even stowed my spare back in its storage area!!All around perfect service this morning with zero complaints! ZERO!! It even smelled good in the lobby!!!I will definitely be returning to Discount Tire for my future tire needs!

Went into Discount Tire the day after the flood with a screw in my tire. They weren’t sure they could repair it and showed us tire options incase they couldn’t fix it!! But, they were able to repair it and make it safe!! They didn’t charge us a DIME!! Talk about being shocked!! We were like are you sure there’s no charge, so we left a tip for the employees!! Make an appointment they said, it will be faster they said. Well, I was there 20 minutes before my appointment, didnt get my truck in until 45 minutes AFTER my appointment. On a good note, only took 15 minutes to get my tires balanced and rotated.

They did an excellent job on my tires and new rims. My family only goes here and i will only go here for everything tire related. Great great service and they take care of theyre customers on all angles to help them. Give them a shout and visit.

It took awhile took awhile after we ordered to get them(hence the 4 stars) and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment they had put me down for the wrong date, but they went ahead a put me in and it did not take very long at all. The staff was very courteous.

Compared to buying tires at Modica Bros its good. I purchased the tires and paid at 1153 am. I was told that my expected time was 1223 pm. I actually got my car at 150 pm that day.

They are always busy, but very understandable. Floor salespeople are very courteous and knowledgeable about all their products to help you make the right selection.Wait time 1 1/2 hrs this visit.

Sometimes they have a pretty good wait... peace of mind knows no time... just knowing it will be done right is worth every second.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. I see they added a 12 hole power strip for customers to use for charging devices. Convenient, but they were fast enough that I didnt even need to use the power strip. I do recommend they keep tires technicians on hand even in the slow parts of the day. Only one tech was working because only 3 customers were in the store. But I had a 3 pm appoint, do they made me wait due to having only one tech.

Saw tires on line for $10 less at store. Price was honored, asked if they do military discount that was the bump in the road. Not given, had daughter so I bought tires w/replacement ins. will I be back...my tires have tpms and when they put thé new tires on rear, old on front. They didnt relearn tpms to indicate position of tire. Had to pay another company to relearn tires.... Thank you have a bless day

I purchased a set of Hankook Ventus V2 concept2 (H457) tyres online for my 2017 Volkswagen GTI/Sport and made my appointment for 12:30 p.m. on Friday March 6, 2020.I was promptly met and my car was taken right in to have the tyres mounted.I was in/out in 30 minutes and was treated with nothing less than courtesy and professionalism.I highly recommend this Discount Tires location!
