I would 100% recommend Christian Brothers to anyone. Ive had my brakes replaced here twice and will gladly use them again in the future. Very helpful and professional! The free shuttle back to work was also a plus.

The only complaint i have is communication, i made an appointment 4 days in advance dropped my truck off first thing in the morning & didnt hear anything the first day, second day got a call letting me know what was wrong & that all the parts were available & that my truck would be ready by the end of that day. The end of the day came around & still no phone call letting me know what was going on. Had i not called before they closed i doubt i would of known. The third day it got fixed. Other then communication their an awesome shop i dont expect to be called all day but an update here & there would be nice. They solved my problem & even called the day after i got my truck just to make sure the problem was fixed. I will only use them in the future for repairs that i cant do myself. Awesome friendly staff & price was great as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed a battery. I also used Christian Brothers in 2016 to get a new battery.Today, they got me right on, tested the current battery and determined I need a new one.In an hour I was rolling out! Their service is great and all employees are very kind and helpful.

We had a dead battery. We called ahead and they knew we were coming in by tow truck. We got there 30min before they closed and they refused to help us change out the battery for a new one that we already had in hand. There was plenty of time to change it out as we didnt have to go through the process of buying another one. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere!

Great costumer service..had break ..front axle replaced in the same day and got my car back. The shuttle service provided is also a great addition to their service. Would highly recommend.

Ford dealership kept truck 10 days quote $1500.00 with no guarantee it would fix the problem. CBA quickly & correctly diagnosed the problem quote $561.00 got truck back in 4 days with all electrical problems fixed.

My normal place to get a car inspection was down due to construction. I went to Christian Brothers and found my new inspection. Spot. Fast and friendly and more efficient than most.

I was driving, rolled my window down and what do you know it wouldnt roll back up. I called Christian Brothers, on the trip, dropped it off right away and they gave me a ride back to work. They fixed my window plus some other things Ive been putting off and got me back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend them for any services you need done. They are extremely professional, fast, and reasonable priced.

I paid for my car to get fixed and a day or 2 latter the issue showed up again. I took it back to get checked out and I was just told it was my fault, when I haven’t driven anywhere far in that time frame. Now the problem is a lot worse and have to pay more money to a different mechanic to fix the issue.

They could not get to my truck that day, but recommended Bryans Automotive who were excellent.I want to give a shout out to Christian Brothers as they could have easily had me stay over night at a hotel, but helped me get my truck fixed that day.

This isnt the best place to bring a older vehicle. My sons vehicle was excellorating up to 60mph without touching the gas. Another shop was going to charge $150. to fix it but was so backed up with other vehicles it recommended Christian Brothers which charged over $600.. They called us saying the car was ready but I had to turn around go right back cause it wasnt fixed. They claimed now we need to order a part for your computer which will be another $275. for that part. We spent over $900. to fix a supposedly simple problem .

I had a 2008 Ford Taurus X it was drivable but water poured out the water pump so anyway my ex drove it to the parking lot across from his business that he works at and they towed it from there to Christian Brothers I gave them every penny I owned $5,000 to have new parts put on it and have it fixed so I can drive it they never fixed my truck and they kept the $5,000 they told me that the motor was rained well its kind of funny it was drove twice before this so-called engine was ringed and I never got a dime back the only thing good I can say about these guys is they were polite

Not only did they give me an accurate estimate when I dropped my vehicle, but they text me ( and I was able to reply, not just one-way texts ) and when my vehicle was ready, the invoice was actually a little less than the estimate. THAT has never happened to me, ever! Their staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and when I picked up my vehicle, there was a cold bottle of water in my console. Christian Brothers Beaumont took care of all my issues in a timely professional manner. They were honest and fair and I will use them again and recommend anyone to use them for their automotive needs.

My fiancé and I were road tripping/moving from California to Florida when our check engine light came on near Katy, TX. We had already booked a hotel in Beaumont for the night, so we decided to risk it and try to make it the rest of the way. Luckily we made it, and before pulling into town I researched the best mechanic shop so that we could take our car somewhere in the morning. We chose Christian Brothers because it had great reviews, and now I’m writing another glowing review for them.We showed up right when they opened and were helped immediately. We explained our situation and they did everything they could to get us back on the road. It took less than three hours! We were so pleased. They explained what was wrong, quoted us a fair price (with a military discount!), and gave great advice without nickel and diming us. We appreciated their kind, professional, and prompt service. Highly recommend.

Everyone there was really friendly! I brought my truck in to see what kind of issues I was having. When I got the results I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything! They gave me recommendations on what I needed done and were very understanding when it came to the financial side of things. They assured me I would be okay and gave me some tips to make sure I was safe on the road if I could not go about fixing the part. I went ahead and got them to fix the issue and the service was quick!

These guys are awesome! Clean waiting room, professional customer service staff and spot on diagnosis (I know because after I got the work done, whatever it was that was making all that noise was perfectly silent). I brought my suburban that was making a terrible racket over speed bumps. They provided me with a detailed report, options on pricing and were straightforward about the urgency and priority of the work. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I brought my 2015 challenger hellcat to christian brothers automotive because it was badly misfiring. they had it less than 5 hours before calling me and telling me that the supercharger was bad and i would need pay $8,200 for them to get a new and replace it. They told me there was a vacuum and that there was oil coming out of places it shouldnt be. I paid the diagnostics fee and brought my car home because i wanted to go through the spark plugs, coils and fuel pressure to eliminate the things that usually cause misfiring. I noticed that i couldnt find oil coming out anywhere which made me suspicious so after eliminating the obvious misfire problems I decided to get another opinion. i brought it to Mike Smith Dodge and after about 6 hours they contacted me to authorize $350 to remove the valve covers to inspect, (something christian brothers should have done!), before the end of the day they had found the problem, a broken valve spring. They repaired the car under warranty completely free. When I contacted christian brothers to tell them that not only did they misdiagnose my car but almost cost me thousands of dollars and that i wanted my diagnostics fee returned the owner flat out refused. I offered to have the dealership send him the paperwork on the repairs to prove to them there was nothing wrong with my supercharger because i wouldnt expect him to return my money on word of mouth and it did matter to him. Now Im just waiting to see what kind of generic, seemingly caring, response this review gets from christian brothers before i put post this on every social media platform that exists to warn others before they make the mistake of bringing their car here. Always read the one star reviews first!

They let me know up front what needed to be fixed, the estimated cost, and time frame for work to be completed. The only downside was I was made to feel that the over-simplified explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle was because I was a female. Even so, the service was great and I will use them again.

Ive had the front end in 2 of my trucks rebuild here. They do great work, and they were open and honest. Really fair priced. Not the cheapest, but the confidence I have in them and their warranty is worth it, all day.

If you are one of those people who have a hard time choosing a mechanic because they could possibly tell you that you need this and that and other things fixed when you really dont need it, then I would highly recommend this place. I am one of those people who are worried about getting taken advantage of and when my truck started to run very rough and the check engine light came on, I had no idea who to trust. So the first thing I did was take it to auto zone and have them run the check engine codes and give me an idea of what was going on. Once I had that I took it to a a few friends that repair cars as a side job, and they both told me that based on the report from auto zone that they didnt feel comfortable trying to fix it because they both thought it was going to be a BIG issue. So long story short, I just knew that I was going to pay a lot of money to get my truck fixed, so I just took a chance and brought it to Christian Brothers and they said that they would take a look at it and let me know what they think is going on.To my surprise, they called me about 30 minutes later and asked me if I had the oil changed lately. I had it changed about a month ago. They went on to say that there was no oil in my truck. It was empty and before they did anything else they asked if they could change the oil and see what happens. So I get a call about an hour or so later and I heard the best news that I could have possibly hoped for. They said that they changed the oil and drove it around for quite a while and the issues I had were gone. The only thing I can think of that caused the oil to be completely gone is that the last place I took my truck to have the oil changed did not fill it back up after they drained it. I say that because I dont have any oil leaks and I have never parked my car somewhere and drove off and there was a puddle of oil where I parked.In the end, they could have been dishonest and told me I needed all these things fixed, but they didnt. So instead of spending a thousand or more to get it fixed, it ended up costing me about $65 bucks! I will use this place for all my automotive issues and I would highly recommend them to anyone who was in the same situation as myself, wondering who to trust to fix your vehicle to take it to them and stop worrying about getting ripped off.So thank you Christian Brothers for being an honest company and taking care of me when I really needed the help.

If you ever need to have work done on your car in Beaumont or southeast Texas, this is the place to go. I needed to have my daughters car fixed, it turned out to need a hub assembly replacement. I found this shop to have high reviews online, so I thought Id try it. (I’ve used two OTHER local places and havent had the best experiences, so I was looking for a new service provider.)I was really impressed. Their staff was awesome and very transparent with pricing and got the work done quickly. They were honest and fair AND the car was ready by the end of the day!The vehicle was quickly diagnosed, and I was emailed a full report of the problem with pictures of my car showing me all that was inspected. They called then emailed me an estimate explaining the repair costs as well as some areas to watch for the future – with photos. I appreciate not being pressured or them trying to upsell me on extras repairs not needed at the time. They were cool with just fixing the problem.They were very professional, friendly and accommodating. They also helped to drop me off after I left the car with them.If you need anything done, Id highly recommend Christian Brothers Auto. Its on Delaware St, just past Dowlen Rd., near HEB. The inside was also the nicest and cleanest Ive ever seen.

I needed one of our cars inspected and one of the guys noticed the insurance company made a mistake with the VIN. He told me how to fix it and had the inspection done the next day. Theyre super friendly, nice and had me out within 15 mins.

2016 Jeep Cherokee check engine light came on. Rather than taking it to dealership, After ch anything battery, took it to Christian Brothers. They ran diagnostics and determined that the problem stemmed from the battery. Only charge to us was diagnostic fee. What a relief. Expected large repair bill. Brought my hybrid car in with warning system issue. Thought it may be transmission due to the jerky shifting. After they had a chance to look at it they were very honest and told me they could not repair it due to the hybrid system was showing a lot of different codes and they had no way to identify which module could be causing it. They suggested that I take it back to the dealer. Although they could not repair my car I do appreciate the honesty and will use them in the future for other needs.

My wife is extremely impressed with these folks! She had unexpected trouble with her car last Friday and they immediately helped her. It is indeed refreshing in today’s world to experience such professionalism and eagerness to help. They have made a new customer of both of us. Very courteous and friendly staff. I took my Mustang to have the brake light switch changed and they had it completed within the day. They brought me back home after dropping it off that morning and let me know promptly when it was ready that afternoon. What I liked most is when I went to pick up my car, I overheard an employee discussing some issues with a woman’s car to her. He made sure to take his time to explain the issues on her car so she could understand what was going on. He was not pushy at all. I was offered a beverage while I waited for my car at pickup, and I also had a bottle of water in my cup holder with a thank you note. I very much appreciate that type of service and integrity and I know other customers will too! Keep up the great work!

Complimentary coffee or soft drinks; Shuttle service to your home and back to pick you up when vehicle is completed.— The most impressive part was the 20 page printout of diagnostics of the upcoming issues our vehicle may need WITH the photos showing you the exact place the upcoming maintenance is needed. Oh... another thing they allow you to bring you own oil in if your purchased your oil elsewhere for cheaper as well as your own air filter. Then they ONLY charged me $20 to complete it! Must mention they have Christian books you can actually borrow from them as long as you return them. I did this also. needless to say we will NEVER ago anywhere else! CLIFF & YALANDA REEVES
