The shop is ran by Tommy Turner, owner for 30 years. Great guy with a great team. Scott checked out my car for me after I noticed a leak in my radiator. He helped me out and told me what was going on with my car. I was probably in the lobby for an hour or so. I will definitely be coming back for my mechanic needs!(Bonus: Tommy pointed out this portrait to me, this is from when he was a kid!)

This company is great. Brought my truck in and he performed a rear main seal and upper oil pan gasket replacement as well as a radiator replacement. Not only were they friendly they had the best prices and fastest turnaround. I will use this business from now on!

Turner Automotive does great work for great prices. Customer service is great as well. I have gone to Turner Automotive for a broken shifter cable and a muffler/exhaust leak and both were fixed quickly and well done - haven’t had any issues since. I will definitely return for all of my car needs!

These guys are so helpful, and they do fantastic and fast work! I only spent about an hour waiting while they completely replaced my coolant reservoir and did an oil change, and they were absolutely packed. Paul was friendly and overall it was a great experience! Very happy with the service!

Tommy has a good thing going here. Very personable. The two Scotts are fantastic mechanics who have been with Tommy for a long time. I have had them do everything from minor maintenance to full front end replacements to engine replacements. Scott Madison will be heading up my latest project, here in about 6 months. He will be converting my 99 Chevy Blazer 4x into a beach buggy. Cant wait to chop it up and see what he creates!

Was given a quote to fix my oil leak and told to bring my car in on a later date. I was told this would be an all-day job and I would have to leave it overnight. My husband brought the car in the day we were asked to, around 8:30am. At 3:30pm (an hour and a half before close), I was told that in order to fix my oil leak, I would owe another $300.00, though nothing had changed with what needed to be fixed. When I asked why we couldnt stick to the original quote I was given, the owner of the store told me that no work had been done and I could come pick my car up if I did not like the price. I asked him to talk to his associate about quoting me and he did not attempt to resolve the situation professionally in the least. I was expecting my car to be done by tomorrow morning, for a certain price, as promised, but now Im having to go elsewhere. Please fix your customer service and do not expect your customers to fork over more money because of your mistakes. I wish there were an option for zero stars.

Went to this shop first time they told me every thing that was wrong with my lexus car and fix it got it out same day I left came back cause my check engine light was on they said leave they gone get me fixed up 3 4 hours later they call said piece was disconnected and they connected it I left car running perfect they patience reasonable want lie and cheat you out your money like most places do they make sure problem solved customers happy
