These guys are the BEST!! A few weeks ago I was headed home to San Diego from Palm Desert and my brake booster was going out. I ended up at this shop as it was the closest to my location. Dave went out of his way to help me. He and his staff took a look at my car and drove it to confirm I was correct in my diagnosis. He went online and confirmed the issue I was having was a covered warranty item (even though my car was outside the warranty period, Ford was covering this particular item). He found the nearest Ford dealer and suggested I have my car towed there. He said he was willing to fix my car but I should go to the dealer since it was a covered expense. I told him I have AAA and would have them tow my car back to San Diego and take care of it there. He let me use his office to make my phone calls and stay out of the rain and cold. When AAA arrived, they did not have the correct tow truck as my car is an all wheel drive (which I had told them but oh well) so they needed a flat bed to tow it. The flat bed was not available until the next day so Dave said I could leave my car secure at his shop and he was willing to meet AAA the next day to pick up my car so I could have a family member pick me up and take me home that day. He and his staff were more than accommodating. I have since referred my son-in-law to him and I would go there again myself if I lived nearby.

I’m so glad I took a chance on Dave’s shop! They took great care of me and my old high mileage car. Let’s face it, spending $$ at the mechanic is like going to the dentist but how you’re treated makes all the difference. Scotty has a great positive attitude & took the time to show me the parts and answer all my questions. I appreciate being realistic about my situation and knowing what to expect. These guys are genuine hometown mechanics — wish there were more like them! Also, shout out to Cody for providing excellent customer service!! I will be bringing all my cars here, good news or bad, lol! Thanks guys!!

I ended up in this shop because my car was in smoke on the highway. It was the closest and best rated. The service lives up to what everyone says. These guys were awesome. They went all the way to San Bernardino so that I could get the part I needed and fixed up same day. I’d take my car all the way from Riverside to these guys again.

I recently bought a car that needed a bit of TLC and the guys there took really good care of me, looked the car over, and made suggestions and told me exactly what the car needed to stay on the road and keep my family and I safe!Prices were great and the mechanics were trustworthy. I was driving my car from Arizona to California when it broke down on the highway in Beaumont. I had it towed to Beaumont Auto Repair and am honestly so glad this is the place I picked of all the places I could have ended up at that day. I showed up right when they opened, unannounced, with a car that wouldnt start, and they were nothing but kind, helpful and honest. I spent practically all day there while I waited for my girlfriend to drive the few hours to Beaumont to come pick me up. They talked me through all my options for fixing the car, explained everything that could be wrong and what the process would be to get it diagnosed and fixed. I also am confident their prices are fair and reasonable as I had already had some quotes for certain work to be done by a trusted mechanic I had before, and this prices I was quoted here were even better. I cant praise them enough for their patience with me and my situation, even though they were very busy and had customers coming and going all day long. If I lived near Beaumont, I would be coming here anytime I needed anything for my cars in the future, and am sad I cant make this place my regular auto shop. If you are in the area, this is the place to go.

Dave and Scotty are great people and mechanics. Dave is trustworthy and genuinely wants to help people. Its never fun paying for routine or required repairs, but you can trust Dave. Semper Fi brother.

My truck broke a cooling hose while going up hwy 243. I towed it to Beaumont auto repair. They fixed within 2 hours for a very good price. I would recommend them to anyone.
