Amazing customer service.

I went here for my daughter the day before Christmas Eve too get her a new phone. I was with Natalia her customer service and attitude was amazing and very friendly. She did not make me feel any pressure and answered every question and if she could not answer she quickly got the answer from two other amazing young men that were here coworkers. She made me feel so great I ended up changing my own carrier and upgraded with my mom daughter and I. If you going there ask for Natalia.she made me feel like I was with a friend. And it was great!

My experience was excellent had a wonderful sales person name Kale. He was very helpful very informative provided me with the best deal. I highly recommend going to this store. I was one happy customer.

Some thief that is an employee put insurance on all my phones after my wife EXPLICITLY said NO multiple times and stated to them that SHE DID NOT WANT INSURANCE. Im sorry, do you people understand the language that you speak? (Its sad that I have to put this but you people does NOT refer to ethnic background). You people as in MAN AND OR WOMAN. I hadnt realized this store was open. I overall had a great experience. So glad it is open! The staff was very kind. I even witnessed a customer giving another staff member a difficult time. The staff member remained patience and respectful as he continued to assist the customer. Thanks for all the help!

Horrible store. They were not helpful at all. Thankfully the Avenue A sprint Store was very helpful. Only go to the Ave A store.

This is the worse phone company ever they lured me to get 5 lines for $100 after couples months my bills are over $400 every month, im stuck into the agreement and the network is worse then ever, i cant not even make a phone call when inside my house, i call support like 10 times being on the phone for an hour nothing changed. i went back to the store to resolve it they did nothing. Dont make the same mistake as i did you can get any other phone company but not SPRINT

They never gave a refund like they suppose too! Returned the phone on the timely basis they claim that they have to go to sprint company to get the refund of 30.00, I even have a receipt for the phone that returned! I spoke to sprint and they said that the suppose to give the refund! They never did !! They made a fool of my brother! Im filling a complaint to the better business bureau and consumers affairs! Also getting a lawyer too! Unfair bTaking advantage because my brother has a disability! Shame on you!

Im forced to give this Sprint location one star when it deserves a negative five stars. The woman (who claims to be the manager) that runs the Sprint booth is extremely unprofessional. She was eating at the table while handling my brand new iphone. Ill never return.

Do not go to this place. Their hours are listed as 11am- 8pm. Ive been to this location three times this week (during these hours) and each time no one was there. Finally I go in at 1pm there is a woman working there (at the Sprint table) who says come back at 4:30pm. I go home come back at 5pm. The same woman tells me I cant help you now Im doing inventory. What? You told me to come back at 4:30pm why cant you help me? I asked her. Now shes rude. Its depends. I tell her this is a major inconvenience for me to keep going all the way home and coming back and still not being helped. I told her I wanted to order a phone. She puts in the order. I was told it will be delivered to the store within 3-5 days. On the fifth day I calll Im told by the same women that she cannot give any information over the phone. I wait 7 days. On the 7th day at 2pm I go into the store again Im told come back at 5pm no is here to help you.This place is ridiculous. The women working there is rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Still no phone and no way to get info. BTW ...the day I order the phone I tried to pay with my card and the CC terminal was not working I had to leave the store get to an ATM get the money walk back to the Radio Shack to pay. Seven days later theres a hand written sign saying its still out of order. DO BETTER! Sprint and Radio Shack! Terrible service.

Ok I came here a few times with the whole note7 mess. The staff were great and very helpful in all aspects the only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because of the wait time. If you dont have an appt you will wait a long time. Make sure you book an appt before going.
