I had stopped in on Sunday 7/18/2021. I had a question about a certain phone. I was told that they arent manufacturing LGs anymore! But, the young lady named Elizabeth told me that shed be working on Tuesday( which is today) that she would walk me through it. She would transfer all of the things that are dear to me from my phone! What a nice person! She had given me some prices that seemed more than fair! Ill be seeing her very soon! I really liked how professional she is! Thank You Elizabeth!

Good morning, America my name is Elizabeth I am a sales rep at Metro by tmobile. The world is suffering from the wrath of Covic-19. For all the people who lost a loved one due this pandemic I send you my prayers. I am a mother and I am also surrounded w much love from family and friends. I am considered an essential worker. So in case their was to be a shut down I do not have the privilege to stay home. Why? Because I am making it possible to keep the world connected with their Family and Friends. All we ask for our personal safety and yourself is to wear a mask. I interact with at least 300 people a day with no social distancing involved and unvaccinated people. Also with people traveling all over the world and not testing themselves when they return home and refusing to wear mask when entering location for services. Their is no need for fabricating stories and giving poor reviews just because certain individuals who refuse to wear mask when asked politely too. So moving on forward we should have respect and compassion for humanity. I am an outstanding sales rep and provide excellent customer service to the people.

Enrique is the best!! Awesome customer service and explains everything to you. Switched from boost and was the best choice to go to metro pcs. I ordered my phone and just like he said 24-72 hours my phone was there. The switch was easy. My daughter brung her phone unlocked and she was connected easily. Service is so much better than boost! Hands down!!!

Scamming...ppl..!!! And rude service!

They refused to install the chip on my iphone because the phone came from China, complete nonsense. This location a joke, go to another location, save yourself the time.
