Rude and trying to sell something used for full price then they get mad at you.

There’s a lot of people making negative comments the bottom like is you signed a contract & should read it thoroughly if they’re calling to harass you that means you’re not paying, nothing more. PAY YOUR BILL PERIOD! The woman there went above and beyond to get me the bedroom set that I wanted calling every rent a center to locate what I chose and were very polite and joked around with me and we’re extremely sweet to the both of my sons and my kids loved them they explained in detail my contract and what I was signing if you think this place was unprofessional then you must be the problem because they were GREAT!

Not sure what a lot of those low scores are about, but Michael and Felicia were great to deal with. I had a problem, they explained to me what was going to happen...I asked about some details, and everyone was happy. Great place/people!

Great group of people. Carmine and Mike are the best! Any issues they resolve them ASAP. The only thing you need to do is pay on time, or in general pay your bill. Also, if something breaks they always replace it no problem. Been dealing with them for 3 years now and will continue using them until I move out of Bayonne.

Yes you overpay but its basically for the convienance of not paying up front. Carmen and Felicia are the best, super friendly. If you dont pay your bill then obviously they not gonna be nice - Pay your ish and no problems.

Do not go to Rent A Center there is a manager name Carmen who treats very bad to customers and I do not recommend that place because of lack of customer service and fairness. Also most of the employees are very rude.

I understand payments need to be made but harassing the customer and their contacts are unprofessional. Calling numerous amounts of times throughout the day is ridiculous, we also have jobs as well and are unable to answer.

Store is under new management, my job is to provide great customer service, to service customer with a servant heart. I believe I have done so, please stop by the store so that you may see. Thank you..

Please stay away!!! They should change their name to Rob-A-Center. Full of scamming sales people. They hit you with hidden fees left and right.
