Customer service is just not proper. Just got a new phone. I was not educated properly. Not everything transfered over and I am returning this new phone going back to a galaxy phone. The fact that my pictures didnt transfer over has me very upset. While at the store associate who help me was very nice but the proper way from previous experience it to wait for everything to transfer over with a new phone and I felt he just didnt want to wait for that to happen. Going to another location to return the phone.
Such rude people working at the store. This used to be my favorite go to store, but things went downhill since. I walked in and no one greeted me and then I was looking at tablets and one of the people working there rudely said can you move over so she can show something to another customer...well excuse you, let me finish what I am doing first. Will definitely call T-Mobile and let them know how rude their stores treat people.
I was greeted when I first walked in and an associate of the store was able to get me and my daughter phones chipped and set-up, shorty after that we was on our way. Great service, clean and friendly.
Wish I could 0 stars. I walked in yesterday around 10:30 ish and was not greeted stood there and waited to see if I would be greeted and nope. So I walked out and went to the store on avenue a by dollar tree even though associates were busy they stop to greet me. No excuses for poor customer service had me thinking hmmm are they only inclined to help the pale face customers !!!! I don’t like feeling like stores are solely to help “their kind” they need to learn how to treat all people fairly in this store more color needed ✊🏾 Black people do not go here.
Great store - the manager there, Daniel is a great person. Gave us a face masks when we came in because we forgot ours instead of kicking us out. And all the representatives are amazing and super friendly!

Sandi has such great customer service skills, I am so pleased with todays visit. She assisted me with everything during my visit. She is very knowledgeable of the products and because of her knowledge I am very pleased with my purchase.
I came all the way from Paterson to Bayonne after visiting two stores in Woodland and Totowa Route 46 West. I was giving the run around about migrating from Sprint to T-Mobile. I called Bayonne and explained my situation and Evander was able to help me, yes it took time thats what people do not understand about doing changes but it was done accurately and effectively. Staff is friendly and actually talks to customer to make them at ease of the process so yeah while the transaction is processing is nice to talk to people make them feel heard and human, tough times out here we all need each other. Would drive there again to make any transaction. Team Work at this location.
Definitely recommend this place especially if you live in Staten Island, the tax rate is much lower and the staff is so much friendlier and more helpful than anyone else!
My wife visited this place and she insisted I leave a review for a sales person who helped her by the name sandy. My wife went to multiple T-Mobile’s trying to figure out what’s wrong with her phone or her options on getting a new phone, no one was able to help and no one had patience. She says that sandy had so much patience with her and answered all her questions and helped her solve her problem without hesitation. Her service was top notch. This is my wife’s new favorite place for all her mobile needs. Thank you very much sandy. People like you make a huge difference not only in retail but in society! As for me, happy wife happy life! LOL.

There was only one person ahead of us in line, its been 45 mins and still waiting. All we need is a sim card which we let them know early.Update: its about an hour now and one of the employees is talking to a customer about his life and how hes trying to be a mechanic.Update: about an hour and ten, guy is now talking about his dad and his work. Still waiting.Update: our turn, conflicting information. Nobodys knows anything. Garbage company. Here I come AT&T.

I generally do not like going into any t-mobile store. I find its easier to deal with them directly over the phone.I went to go pick up my warranty exchange on my LG G5 at the store today. I was disappointed because the phone they were replacing my basically new G5 with was a refurbished unit. I was hesitant and decided to not go through with the replacement...The guy I dealt with was very friendly and nice, and I apologized for basically wasting his time. I plan to call T-Mobile and insist on getting a brand new unit.

Went here to upgrade to a new iphone. All sweet talk and no work done. Within a time span of 45 minutes1) my old trade in phone was checked but I couldn’t trade in2) i was told a new iphone in my requested colour would be available but after 45 minutes was told it wasn’t.3) It was incorrectly explained to me how a trade in and a fair mkt price value work. Wonder if thats why they got rid of me in the first place. When I called customer service they explained it properly and thats when I realised that the personnel at the store didnt know how this worked.4) after 45 mins I was told, go home try calling customer service and you will save 20$, which is also not true. You only save it online.Thanks to the guy on customer service on phone, so many things were clarified.The personnel need training on how the whole scheme works. Talk less work more!
Worst customer service. Do not waste your time going to this location. I was warned about two employees from a friend who actually wrote a review here but was taken off multiple times. Luckily one of them was not there but I got poor treatment when I walked into the store. I was in the store for 10 minutes and nobody asked me if I needed help. Hire better employees!

I was an ATT customer for many years and I finally made the switch to T-Mobile. My wife and I had to go to the store to set up our phones and the sales rep Hansley helped us and was so patient and knowledgeable. He made the process pain free and made us glad we switched. Everyone in the store was helpful and engaging. The manager Kenny was also helpful in helping us with a return of my wifes old phone. We are now happy T-Mobile customers!
I like the old staff there the young manager is a really cool kid. the new staff needs to be trained just a little bit more. I wish the old staff will come back but I understand people have to be rotated to different stores.

Katie (Katy?), the assistant manager, was very helpful and friendly. By far the best phone store experience my wife and I have ever had.I had to move to an area that doesnt get much T-Mobile coverage, and so Im back with Verizon. I miss T-Mobile so much. If youre considering switching, do it. If you live in Bayonne, T-Mo coverage is awesome, and its so much cheaper than the other big carriers.
I came to T mobile location a couple of months back and was in and out with a activated phone. The young women who took care of me was kind and very helpful. I hope they keep her @ this location when/if I need to go back . I appreciated her professionalism !
The 5 stars are for sales associate Jenni Hurtado. The rest of the associates dont deserve to have a job and should resign to let people with motivation and a good attitude work there. If youre miserable because you dont make enough money at your job, do not blame the customers or take it out on them. Pick yourself up instead of putting other people down.
Some of the rudest employees I’ve dealt with. Wasn’t helped at all after standing inside the store for 15 minutes. Every guest that cake they the door after me was greeted yet I was like a ghost inside the store
I had a problem with my phone this morning. I went in and only had to wait a few minutes. The woman (sorry I dont remember her name) was very helpful and fixed my phone. She was very courteous and pleasant. T-Mobile works for me.
These are so rude and they starting play games .special the manager Rubi he cannot manage the stuff. Start saying we are lying and we approved that in the camera we show same the phone to get the offer. Everybody have to take care because they are lying with the customer and they change they word always
There is absolutely no customer service in this location. The manager is very cold and non-apologetic to a customers situation. They make you wait a long time to help you and they when they try, the could care less if they lose a customer. Its worth driving to Jersey Garden or Jersey City to get your phone. You definitely get way better service.
Never met unprofessional employees in my life. No help and all workers are just talking amongst themselves. I asked one of the workers named Christian? Hes a bit heavy weight and black hair and I asked for a manager and refused to tell me and was so rude to me. What kind of people you hire?
I was so happy when this placed opened up. I have been a t-mobile customer for what seems like forever. Its nice to have an actual shop so close to me to take care of any issues I may have.. It never goes well for me if I have to call customer service. LOL...however all the representatives at this branch are always there to help even if its something small.
I went to the store this evening to understand T mobile offers. The store was nearly empty and the salesman didn’t have any interest or motive to entertain customers. When I asked him a few questions, he was clearly irritated and asked me to check the site. Overall, very pathetic experience.
I had an outstanding experience at this T-Mobile location. The staff was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable of the products abd service. The store manager Jubi welcomed me to his store with a great amount of energy and hospitality. I would definitely recommend going here.
The customer service in this store for a lack of a better word stinks! Attempted to trade in a phone on two separate occasions followed the instructions and recommendations of the sales associate and still walked away with no phone. On top of that after not completing my trade in on the second visit, they ported my phone number over that was on a locked phone. When asked on how to rectify, I was told I would have to resolve myself. Now stuck in limbo, I would never recommend T-Mobile to any friend or family member based on this experience and wish I could provide zero stars . Save your self some time and aggravation and pick another carrier.
I am a child, and the man Greg really assisted me, and was honest, and was very professional. He was also very nice. As soon as I told him something, he understood me, and told me more about T-mobile.
Tmobile pretty much sucks, from charging restoration fees that werent supposed to be charged to sending me a replacement device that was damaged horrible signal and device to the purchase of not one but two Samsung note 8s and one 8+ only to be told one was free but equal or lesser value when doing the buy one get one get one free promotion. Told me I had to pay for the phone but yet get it back on a visa gift card to which you couldnt withdraw the money from!!! Ive been with this sorry company for 5 plus years only to get lied given inadequate account information, not only that but the constant harassing to pay your bill well before the bill is even due!!!

Dont go to the light skinned woman with fake blond braids.The first person I spoke to their was very rude, I have rare form of hearing impairment, that most effects the way I speak. I am thankfully able to speak with accent that makes me sound kinda English to most people. But the woman just give me an dirty look and kept saying What I then started to start what I was saying in the air with my hands. I was told be here that I will be unable to open an phone plan for myself without my mother or father there. So I called my dad and ask him to come. Once there I learned from anther employee that we would have to do it over the phone any ways. If the 1st person would had just tell me that and not make fun of the way I speak I would had saved 20 minutes.Oh and I work in retail so I know my speaking isn t that bad and what should had been said if an person dose not understand another.

There is one manager, Shaun, who was unprofessional and has no empathy whatsoever. I came in to exchange for a 3rd phone because, right out of the box, my phone had a hardware defect. His coworker clearly saw my problem, but Shaun refused to acknowledge it. Telling him its a hardware problem, he decides to run the diagnostic to check software. After it said nothing is wrong with the SOFTWARE he tells me he cant exchange it. He was less than helpful with my situation and had an attitude about me wanting to exchange a device that was defected right out of the box. The other manager and sale associates are nice, cant say for the store manager, but Shaun just refused to acknowledge my problem. Im sure no one would want to own a phone where theres a problem right out of the box and potentially pay a deductible, where that could easily be prevented, but once again he lacks empathy.
