I went to 473A Broadway Bayonne to activate a new family plan phone, the sales guy Cristiano opened an online account with our numbers, he put his own email address, password and security question the same day we activated the phones. When I tried to open an online account, I couldnt have any access, I called customer service for help, the lady asked me the security question name, I explained the whole story to her, how Cristiano the sales guy tried to hack us.. Thanks God, she was so nice and helped me have my own password, email address and security question. Beware people when you go to that store.
