I absolutely loved how they were so sweet and loved my Sadie Mae!! 🥰🐾💜 They gave her the cutest little pup cup and I am so happy! That was so nice of them to do that!💜 & my pumpkin spice latte was absolutely delicious!!

Had a great date night with my fiance. ❤️The place has such a comfortable and warm atmosphere and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. All the drinks and food were great as well. Will definitely be coming back here more often. ❤️

New Starbucks just opened right where we live - it is next to the chase bank and wine-Dixie market. T is the same high quality coffee now close to my house. It is beautiful and modern looking. They have samples passing out today - banana bread and lemonade tea. The drive through is working but the mobile order is not yet (6/8/19). They are very friendly and fast with my order.Definitely coming here everytimes I need a Starbucks.

I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! Salem always greets with a smile and a friendly demeanor. I have always felt welcomed and loved when I walk in the doors. Shay has done amazing with the environment. Such diversity in partners. Everyone is welcome there!

The staff here are always curteous and friendly. I nearly always use the mobile app, and always when Im still about 10-15 minutes away. I have yet to ever show up to my order being ready for pick up. It seems that the drive-thru operates faster than the inside/mobile service. Today I opted to use the drive thru instead, and it was very quick...however, I ordered a tall vanilla blonde latte, and there was definitely No vanilla added. :( Guess Ill go back to using mobile app to ensure my order is accurate since I dont have the time to go back to the store and ask them to re-make my drink. Overall they do a great job, its just these little hiccups that drove my rating from a 5 to a 4.

The lady said that Starbucks no longer served sweet n low for my Cold Brew. Worse, she wouldnt leave my Lemon cakes and Pumpkin breads in the wrapper. Said Corporate wouldnt allow them to give them out still wrapped. That absurd!! Thats more sanitary.

Website states open at 5 am. Arrived at 5:10 no one answered the drive up so I drove around and was told it would be another 20 minutes. National chain be ready to serve customers at the advertised time so people won’t drive out of their way.

No sense of urgency in the staff. No wonder the drive through line doesnt move. Id love to see the average time in line.

Salem is HORRIBLE. She is rude And condescending to the other employees. I wonder if she knows people can hear her. The store manager is usually in the back while I wait 20 min on a mobile order. This location used to be good what happened?? Staff is not Friendly managers are not friendly. What a let down because its a beautiful store.

This is by far the best Starbucks i have ever been to. It is my neighborhood SB, and the staff is just that, like neighbors. They know you by name, and treat you with affection, as well as respect. The Store Manager is the best!! The AM shift ROCKS. In the morning, during the quarantine, when the lines were super long, they got customers in and out quickly. I NEVER wait long. Ive even seen them out there, in the rain, under an umbrella, when the lines were supper long, in an effort to get customers orders taken and drinks served faster. It is a 5 out of 5 for me!!

Mango Dragonfruit refresher is a must!

Cant really share my opinion this morning because at 5:30am the workers were inside bustling about, all of the lights were on, and even the store times on the window say open at 5am, The worker is behind the counter stuck 6 figures up in the air to show that they opened at 6am. I dont have a problem with that, but if you arent going to be open at 5am, your store hours on the window at your entrance should reflect that.

It was pouring down rain on the day I stopped in I had to gift card as a birthday present and a customer service was great I got a Christmas coffee caramel

I absolutely love this location, especially the morning shift. When I walk in, I’m always greeted with “Heyyyyy Galay” and I love that. The part that really gets me is how they have a cup of water waiting for me every morning along with my drink. What makes this so special is the fact that you can’t order a cup of water on the app. The first few weeks, I would ask for a water no ice when picking up my drink. Now it’s already waiting for me. How cool is that?! You definitely are treated like family there and the customer service is ALWAYS on point. I’m not sure why they’re temporarily closed but I need you guys to open back up. I miss y’all!!!

The wait was abt 20 minutes from start to finish in the drive through. My frappuccino was a little more watered down than usual. But always friendly .

This time.... Our frappicinno was mostly foam. I paid 8 bucks for foamy whip cream and half a cup of caramel coffee

This is a very good location. My first time visit and i had a good experience. The staff was nice and friendly. My kids has fun while i had a meeting with someone. There were plenty of space and the store was nice and clean. The tables, chairs and bathrooms were nice and clean.They had all the products and services. The Starbucks on Siegen is the absolute worse Starbucks I’ve ever been too. They completely ignore mobile orders and don’t make them until you arrive at the store. Bad attitudes and horrible customer service are the hallmarks of this Starbucks!

Starbucks itself was great. But DO NOT BUY THE NITRO COLD BREW (with sweet cream). Its not cold, creamy or sweet! Not as advertised. On the other hand I DO recommend the pumpkin cream cold brew!

I love the new look of this Starbucks, it seems more open and spacious. Being new it was very clean, they had lots of staff on hand so there was no wait. It was a little warm inside for me, wished theyd turn the air conditioning down a little. The coffee was the standard Starbucks coffee so if you like their coffee at others youll like it here. I like the location too.

The new Starbucks on Siegen Lane was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in being there, the tables inside hadnt been cleaned, and the lock on the bathroom door didnt work. When the lock not working was reported, the employees just laughed it off. We wont be returning this location.

They dont fill the drinks, and then act like there is a problem if ask them to fill the drink up. I worked at Starbucks in the past, and this isnt normal. This is an issue.

Coffee was good, just like any other Starbucks, but it took me more than 15 minutes to get it in the drive thru. It might be because this is a new location and theyre still trying to get in a groove, but if you stop here for a quick coffee in the drive thru, dont expect to make your next apptStopped here a second time, but after placing my order in the drive thru and waiting 20 minutes to move forward, I left without my coffee. I dont think Ill be stopping here again anytime soon.

Came in at 7:30pm wasn’t sure if it was closed. The people were inside had me waiting at least 10 minutes and they werent able to give me the courtesy they were closed. They knew I was out there.

I am indifferent about this location in particular. They got my order wrong and when fixing it - it was still wrong.

Because they made my wife smile.
