I have always loved Einsteins but something about this place is off. My roommate and I come here often but today was just all wrong. Could have been new workers but they were extremely rude and yelled at customers. Now I never write reviews but I am hoping someone at Einstein sees this and fixes the issue.

Einstein does not sell bagels. They are bagel-shaped rolls. A real bagel is boiled, then baked, to yield a crisp exterior and a chewy, moist interior. Very different from Einstein’s product. Personally, I was totally disappointed.

I come here several times a week for my bagel and coffee. Popular bagels run out so go in the morning. The sandwiches are good too. The ladies who work there are quick and make awesome coffee drinks.
